Darkness and more darkness filled the area until Dorien could almost feel it touching his skin effectively putting him on his guard as he dwelled deeper into the forest. He stopped as he approahed a large clearing in the trees, their bladed edges dripping with what could only be elvan blood, much to his displeasure. He plucked one of the nearby leaves, examining it before tossing it aside.
This blood is fresh... Dorien thought, his pace slow but steady as he made his way into the clearing. He stopped once he felt an invisible barrier pulsate infront of him, the darkness becoming even more intense for a moment before going back to normal.
This barrier was only to appear if there was dire need of it... he thought, remembering when he placed the spell around the elvan nation. He raised his hand slightly, letting his now seldom used elvan powers combine with the barrier, his dark light overpowering with little trouble and watched as the area brightened, only to step back from the overwhelming scent of bloodlust...and iron.

Magnolia was helping her mother make her bed in her room when a chill raced up and down her spine. Her breath caught and she stiffened. The sensation left her as quickly as it had come.
"What's wrong?" Her mother was frowning at her.
Magnolia shook her head, "Nothing...just....nothing." She smiled at her mother and tucked the sheet in.

Kaiser gave Rike a deploring look. "I can tell she's fae, but the last time I checked your race doesn't influence where you are born. Look at me." He took a quick drink from his glass. "So if you aren't from here, then where are you from?"

Obsidian nodded, "Most other races don't recognize us unless they are told or have met our kind before." She commented, "I was born in the Dark Fae realms...I believe in the theater, my mother and father were at an opera when I decided I'd spent enough time in the womb." And so the dancing began again. Goldie was about as tireless when they first started, though she was dancing a bit closer to Tyran than before.

Kaiser raised an eyebrow. "Well at least you have good taste." Kaiser grinned a bit and took another swallow of his drink. He set it down, a strange look coming over his features. He looked around the bar for a moment with a slightly annoyed look, as though he were trying to find something.

Taking a sip of her hot chocalate she glanced up at Kaiser then did a double take, "What? What's wrong?" She asked, looking around as well.

Rike rolled his eyes before saying, "That's why I said most. After the Ten left most of teraces left Signet and went back to their own realms...." he trailed off looking at them both curiously, "Yeah Kaiser, what's wrong?"

Malen slowly stood up a few minutes later, grimacing slightly as a sharp wave of pain shot through her before a red smoke like surrounded her. Once it was gone, Malen only appeared to look like her normal self.
Malen looked into a nearby mirror and smirked, "Powers. Gotta lov'em." she said, reaching out to take her things just as the doctor came in, "Thanks, for fixing me and all, but I'm gone. Tell that Leader of yours I'll be back once her wounds heal." she grinned before walking out of the door, the small glowing light of a cigarette being lighted barely seen before the door closed.
"Now...where can I get a decent drink around here?"

Tyran was of course far more comfortable than before and was enjoying himself even more as he noticed the closing gap between them. The song slowly melded into a much slower beat, making the elf smile slightly before offering his hand to her.

Who are you and why have you come? a voice said just as Dorien caught the moving blurs of people going through the trees and a large group of black robed elves closing in on him.
Since you are speaking to me this way, then you know who I am.
There was a small murmur as the hooded elves turned to a lone figure coming towards them, its gait slow as the white hooded robe it wore flared slightly, showing only a hint of who was inside it as a few strands of white hair falling against skin the color of moonstone..just like vampiric elf himself.
Dorien's eyes narrowed as the figure came closer, If you are alive then why did you not stop your fellow elvan people form destroying themselves? he asked as the figure stopped, its slender hands lightly taking the hood off.
How strange of you to speak to me in such a way when you left your kind without a single goodbye. Two icelike eyes mirrored Dorien's own as the female elf looked up at him, two fangs just barely showing as she grinned. Father.

(( eek *is totally broadsided* X.x)) Goldie looked up and let out a small laugh. She took the profered hand and spun herself into his arms, dropping her other hand on his shoulder lightly, "I was beginning to wonder if they actually played slow songs."

[lol Awesome. Yeah, Dorien has a daughter, but it's a comepletely messed up story cool But atleast it's not very long...]
Tyran looked at her in amusement before saying, "You should have came here on Couple's Night. You would have thought that we didn't play anything but slow songs."

She laughed again, "Probably. Personally, couple's night bores me because of that, this is perfect." She tilted her head back to look at the slowly oscillating lights, "So far, you're perfect too." She looked down at him then, meeting his eyes.

Tyran felt the familiar feeling of rushing to his cheeks after that, "Me? Perfect? I...I don't know about that..." he looked away for a moment before saying, "Because if I'm perfect then there are no words to describe you."

((yeah, I know. rolleyes )) A surprised laugh burst from her before she quelled it, "Well, thank you!" Her smile was delighted, "You'll find, sooner or later, though, I can be lots of trouble." Her smile morphed into a mischievious grin, "I'll go easy on you, though." She winked then.

Father... Dorien growled before walking past her, I am no one's father. I created you and nothing more. he replied, his nose wrinkling at the growing stench of iron with each step he took.
Come now Dorien, I am of your blood. You're true blood. she answered, turning around, I have your sight, your smell, your hunger... she trailed off, watching as Dorien stopped infront of a large building, And your ambition to make everyone who stands in my way pay with their lives. she finished, tilting her head slightly The elves that you see here have lived long because of me. When you left and the war soon began, we were not a lost and confused as those beings you now live among, but our logic did in the end create our own war.
Logic you say? Dorien replied, his eyes glowing slightly, Did your logic tell you to use iron against your own kind? he carefully lifted a box open and nearly growled as he looked at the arrows, Arrows filled with iron...
You sound shocked Dorien. You always said to use our enemy's weakness against him. It just turns out their weakness was our own.
Kari, you above all people should know how I despise betrayal... Dorien said as he turned to her, Maybe I must should you what iron can do...
Oh but I do know Father, she said, her slender fingers moving her bangs aside to reveal a circlet, The silver has traces of iron melded into it. The iron holds back my full power along with the darker crature within me. she twirled slightly as more elves came from the clearing, These are wood elves, creatures that live within the forest and listen to me unquestioningly. These are my people, ones I created as you taught me to Father, and as you can see, I learned very well.
The elves moved deeper into the clearing, all of them wearing gloves as they began to go along with their lives, some going inside the building and others training. They were quite the opposite of the elves Dorien had witnessed onlu hours ago, for they obviously did not want peace. Their warlike cultures thrived from the darkness within the forest, something Dorien was sure was also created by the female standing before him.
I can make a circlet for you Dorien, Kari said, looking at him calmly, The beast inside you will not be able to free. The rest of the elves will be under your rule once again and so will the ones your counterpart made now that she's is dead.. her eyes narrowed with an almost malicious gleam before she smiled You will be Death in the human race once again.
Dorien stayed silent after he heard her proposal, actually looking as if he was considering it before he said, The iron has corrupted you even moreso than I thought. I will not hold my power back because of my darker half, he is weaker than me and I shall make sure he stays that way. I will not conquer my own kind, they will come together with or without my leadership. he then began to dissappear, And when the time is right the humans shall fear me once again. And so shall you.
Kari growled before she grabbed his arm, You wish to show me fear? Well ten allow me to give you my version of it! she snapped just as they both disappeared....right where Dorien left Magnolia.

Magnolia straightened, feeling Dorien's close proximity again. She grinned and ran out of her room, taking the stairs down two at a time and flying down the hall and out the door. She skidded to a halt when she saw the young woman standing near him. Her green eyes widened moving to the girl to Dorien and back again, Dorien? She asked, frowning in uncertainty.
