Anyway, unless he's completely daft, when he sees the file you downloaded in that folder he'll probably already know he's busted. You can either not say anything and endure awkward silences for a week or two, make fun of him for keeping his porn in the default download folder on a shared computer (I mean really, that is probably the rookiest rookie mistake ever), or Rockblock all the good parts.
Personally I suggest the third option. Oh, and to tell him to keep them in a file labeled tax returns next time. Definitely yes yes and yes.
