If I were a stormtrooper, I'd leave my post to get laid instantly. In battle: " Commander: these wookies have us out numbered where trooper Kefka? Trooper: getting laid Commander: ok. I understand. Why didn't he bring the rest of us? Trooper: because then the wookies would take over and there'd be no more normal women. Wookie girls aren't exactly attractive.
Aside, the basis of what we have on 1313 is that its definitely a Next Gen title, so we wont be seeing much of it for a few more years, but its supposed to be a NFU based title taking place on Coruscant. And thats all.
It is familiar to the style of Uncharted, but Id say only because the Uncharted series has laid a new field for Action/Shooter games, and undoubtedly done it well.
I like the look of it so far. About damn time they took the focus off of those glowstick-wielding treehuggers and put the spotlight back on the true badasses of the Star Wars galaxy...
Apparently all of that teaser is just placeholder CGI and and gameplay for an early PC demo that they showcased at E3. Its also all Pre-Production work, so we can only imagine what the real thing will eventually look and feel like. All this is using apparently is a super-charged Unreal Engine with custom plug-ins and its requiring a prototype next gen graphics card just to run. Its all being made by LucasArts and its affiliates, so directly from the source instead of indirect like TOR is through Bioware.
