"It's fine" She waved at her as to confirm she didn't took her words as an insult but rather appreciated the comment. "Well who am I to complaint about my superior's opinion right? But I also thought it was just too soon." Placing the stethoscope back, Melanie would proceed to hand the bandage. There wasn't any weird feeling to it as the bandage itself would have the same density and firmness as a normal one, yet she was careful not to "harm" the supposed burnt skin or scars within there. Looking for the end of the bandage, she finally found it at the height of her shoulder. "oh there it is." She replied as if it was a complete puzzle to find it in the first place. While she knew this was no ordinary method to place a bandage, she remained ignorant of the truth beneath it. Starting to peel it out. "Oh don't worry I'll take good care of -" The words of the nurse were shut off abruptly. Just as the bandage was detached from the shoulder, the rest of the bandage fell along with the apparent arm. Falling into the bed before the figure of the arm disappeared, leaving only wraps over the white blanket. The fall was silent, barely making a sound. But Melanie was frozen as if someone had just shut a shotgun near her. "W-what?!" She exclaimed, shocked as she could swear Samantha's arm detached only to poof into thin air before her. Alarmed about this she was quick to touch, the shoulder, following the fine silhouette of it right to the armpit. It was all clean. No scar, no stub. "No no no, this can't be right." Contrary of Samantha's calm beating. The nurse's started rushing abruptly, increasing the phase as the stress was overcoming her. It was quite a surprise. After all, not everyday someone's arm snaps out and disappears like that. While she didn't scream, her face revealed she could do so anytime. But because of her professional training she could at least keep them in to prevent disturbance to the rest of the interns. There was pain, guilt inside the nurse's eyes. Which stared into the emotionless azure ocean within Samantha as if looking for a mixture of explanation and forgiveness.

She turned towards the girl "what's wrong with you" she asked her seeming pretty calm about the fact her arm fell off she then looked at her or where her arm was "ohh...your freakin out over the arm...isn't it unprofessional to get shocked about something like this? she asked

When this ability starts, the arm basically dissolves the wrapping. The ability of this arm allows her a boost in Soul based attacks. while this arm is out she ca absorb Soul energy from around her to strengthen her abilities more. the main flaw of this arm is that is has no physical form, meaning she cant touch anything using this arm but it also grants her the use of it never getting harmed. The one thing she can touch with this are Souls, but she can not harm them in any way, she can reach into someones body and force soul energy inside of them granting them more energy or even power if needed, this one move tires her out since she uses her energy, so her arm ability disappears after this unable to use another arm for a while(end of fight)(magically re wraps itself after fight, or to injured to keep it out) Soul Charge Sam is able to force out her Soul in a burst creating what looks like lightning from her body. she is able to harness it into parts of her body to enhance damage given by the part of body when attacking. without implementing to her legs the Charge already gives her boost of speed, jumping, and agility, but the effects are gone when she focuses it to attack but it returns after the attack. Black Rose Dance LVL 1 Black Rose Dance makes Sam able to turn into what looks like Black Petals for a breif moment to a long time. this is used to dodge attacks and travel far distances or go through places one would normally never fit. she can not attack while in this form, rather she is harmless in this form, but be warned this can easily lead to her forming back up and attacking. the way this works is that her body turns black and falls apart quickly into petals to which begin to fly as if there is wind around blowing them. Melanie would originally apologize the first chance she got, but it appears she needed some time to digest the situation and to calm herself down before making this scene even bigger than it already was. "Just... how long has it been like that? Does Nurse Mortem know about this?"
Sighing, the redhead placed a hand over her forehead, breathing calmly trying to calm herself down. Achieving it on a smaller scale to at least refrain of going any further.
"I'm sorry, but I do freak out when I'm uninformed. Should I have known this I could assure you this wouldn't be happening. But you are right. It was unprofessional from me. I'm sorry."

Sam shrugged "not everything is as they seem...the senses can lie through everything granting a obvious trap" she told her she looked at the bandaging and grabbed it with her real arm "i don't know...if i had to guess four years ago"she said bundling the bandages up "to be honest...she never looked under rather just looked at it when it forms an arm...so i don't know..probably..since she couldn't find a pulse" she said sighing "its fine i guess...as long as it doesn't change the professionalism in how you operate...id have to decline any assistance from you if so" she told her being serious when she spoke it.

There was something in her eyes that made Melanie knew she was alive somehow. But the way she acted gave the redhead the impression she was treating an automaton.

At least this far." Melanie sit by the bed next to Samantha as the dark haired meister closed her eyes. At this point, Samantha did look like a porcelain doll. Beauty, but also lifeless. Was this also part of the curse? "Does it hurt? Is it spreading all over your body or only your arm alone was affected?"

Sam opened her eyes as she grabbed an edge of the bandages and touched it where her arm would normally be. the wrapping then slowly re wrapped itself to form an arm again, she lifted it in front of her as she moved each finger she then looked at her again "no..its the price of the curse...i cant feel anything" she told her as she placed it on her lap with her other hand "dont get me wrong...but its not spreading nor has it affected anything that i know of...including my arm"

Nurse Mortem listened intently to Xuza and nodded. A reverse wavelength effect. All kinds of things could happen if two incompatible souls attempted to suddenly resonate. Though hearing backwards wasn't a common one. Still, at least it wasn't life-threatening. she watched the little Weapon for a moment to make sure she was okay before looking back at Xuza. "Hmm...well, in that case I should just be able to reverse the wavelength resonance that's still affecting you until it balances itself out again. This shouldn't take long at all..." Nurse Mortem raised her hands again, this time towards Xuza. She had a much narrower focus on her resonance force as she attempted to cure a small, specific problem. It was like untangling two delicate strings and straightening them out to their previous form. She couldn't pull too hard but she had to pull hard enough to straighten them out.

The trainee nurse would smile as she heard her sempai's voice at the distance. "Well it seems like things are going better than expected with Mortem sempai. She shouldn't take long before she's able to attend to you." While the curse still worried her, Samantha didn't seem to show any signs of being afflicted by it. Which made Melanie feel better. But there was something strangely familiar with Samantha, she didn't had the time before, being busy with the check ups but she could swear she had seen Samantha before. However, since her classes at DMWA where more about theory. It was likely that Samantha may not remember her as she appeared to be more of the type of student that prefers practice over theory.

Xuza shrugged at Nurse Mortem, and wondered why people thought they could just go taking to her--interpret! That's what she had to do. That process might not have been different from what the nurse practitioner was trying: a blindfolded untying of a knot from memory.
"Hm, kinda tickles... Ack--son of a b***h!"
And down she went, melted and coiled like one of those fireworks no one likes, only not as smelly and about twice as pathetic. Her wings burst forth from her back and a bizarre, Möbius shade fell over her like James Brown's cape at the end of a show.
To Xuza everything would get weirder and weirder for a while. The room seemed to eat itself, spitting out images all bent and obscene to the beat of her dashing eyes. They were the only part of her she could move. He skin felt like it followed the sound of a cafeteria chatter down her ears to next and lay crazy things on the warmth of her brain; every voice was clear though...
The entirety of the conversations since the scramble all came to her, but that wasn't all. She also heard voices of those at a sidewalk cafe, voices quietly yelling in the library, voices of hate, who carried torches and Bibles. She covered her ears.
The room exploded in waves of all kinds. The others would hear a sound which could only be described as dozens of unrelated thoughts stacked sideways in order to fit out of the girl's mouth. "Help" is what she meant to say.
Those who looked saw the doorway lead not to the hall, but to the training field, which was obvious because of the "hiyahs" coming from it. This was no illusion.

After her break was over, the headmaster was on her way to the office but what surprise did she found after finding herself at the sparring arena just seconds after she stepped into the nurse office's door. "Well that's awkward. I don't think I've got the address wrong." Walking back from the door she came from she would finally arrive into the office for some odd reason. Observing Mortem and Melani doing their job she used her soul perception only to find out the reason behind all of this was a young meister in one of the beds. "Excuse me" Said the headmaster before intruding anyways. Taking her Stethoscope she warmed it up just a little before putting it under Xuza's shirt and over her chest, just at the hight where her soul was. The stethoscope was more for aesthetics since people usually freaked out if she were to simply put her hands in their chests. Something she wouldn't understand anytime near. As she did, she was able to locate the partially unstable wavelength of the angel. Mortem had done a good job controlling whatever crisis Xuza was being under. And just now it was on their way to stabilize. Of course since Cynthia didn't want to risk any other possible distortions in space and wished the school back to normal as soon as possible, she would infuse her wavelength inside Xuzas body. The girl's fever would spike once more before reaching a soothing warmth, kicking the fever out and stabilizing her soul at last.
This was because of Cynthia's expertise of soul wavelengths, and not many had this quality in their disposal. One of the few reasons she was the headmaster. "There you go, feeling any better?"
Once the main problem was settled, she could feel there was another person in pain but she was far more stable than Xuza. And as such, she could wait for her to calm down without having to use her wavelength unlike with Xuza who was distorting space around the place.
There was also some uneasiness in the trainee nurse's soul so she glanced quickly only to meet up with Melanie and Samantha. Looking at Melanie's reaction it was because of something the meister had done previously, but who would know at this point. Given her status she knew about Samantha's condition. Perhaps something about Samantha's arm freaked Melanie out since she wasn't supposed to tend to Samantha.
"Melanie, next time limit yourself to do only what you are asked for. " She stated calmly, enough to ease the traine nurse's tension who merely blushed as she nodded.
Turning over Samantha she would perform a quick scan, using her super soul perception.
"Well Miss Blackheart you are as healthy as always. Do you need anything else? I'm sure I can fill the form myself. I hope to see you around just as healthy."
She knew Samantha could take care of herself, and honestly didn't understand why the arm was that much of a concern. But protocol was protocol and as so, they were asked to keep an eye on Samantha's development. Probably to prevent things such as Xuza's little space shift to happen in the near future.
"I leave by only an hour and you girls made quite a scandal."
The headmaster sighed as she finally took her hand and stethoscope from Xuza's chest once the angel's Wavelength was completely stabilized.
