Shane Allgay Errday Lol, sorry for the wait, but no way. That's Warrior's Ressurrection v2. We don't allow ressurection... anything, unless you're a cleric. Sorry, too overpowered. Three songs at once? I don't think so. XD I can see easy exploits for this. So is it just the resurrection part that needs to be removed? confused Done.

RPC Name: Zaila E. Mar Rank: Novice Bloodline & Class: Vampire Berserker Talent Description: This talent is a very unique one which actually sets Mar apart from the others of her kind. Within battle she will create "fangs". These "fangs", however, protrude from her fist. There are two per each hand and this fangs extend to a length of six inches. These Fangs being as hard as steel and razor sharp. This gives her a fighting edge in two ways. She is a Berserker and fights using CQC. Now these fangs add a bladed edge to each strike. The "blades" work as her really ones would. This allows the female vampire to literally feed as she fights. There are, however, many downsides to this unique ability. Talent Weakness: To begin with this talent does cost energy. In order to simply draw out the fangs within battle the cost of such a maneuver is equivalent to a B-Ranked technique. These Fangs can last quite some time before it takes energy to uphold their appearance(10 Posts. -10EP every post after word). The Fangs, as well, are not a permanent replacement for her true canines. Therefore, not matter how much blood is touched by them, they cap out after refilling a third of her feed energy. Being slightly unnatural they also negate her healing abilities. Meaning, after they are withdrawn, the wounds created from their appearance damages her hands and takes time to heal. For five posts -3Str. Then for five more -1Str. After a total of ten posts the wounds will finally heal. And there is still a cost for healing. How did the character get this talent?: This ability was first discovered as the female experimented upon herself and her combat techniques. As she work upon her, both her training in Berserker skills and Vampirism, she realized she acquired the ability to produce Fangs upon her hands to satisfy urges from both sides within combat. Ex. Requiring complete obliteration + insta regenerating is just too much. Even if you were Sage I'd be iffy about this. ;~; @Alex: Er... It's approved. Kind of creepy. xd

RPC Name: Michael Mycenae Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Nephilim, Seul Talent Name: Lux Cherubim Talent Description: Michael is a very strange and very rare case among his people. Unlike what he assumes to be any other Nephilim in the world, he is the child of a Nephilim and an angel, rather than a human and an angel. While a large base of his ancestry is still human, the majority of his ancestry (and his genetics) is angelic, and therefore he has inherited a large amount of angelic power.
The real powers -- useful powers -- of this talent are: 1. As a Cherubim, Michael can create a radiant set of wings from his back. These wings can constantly shift their size, capable of completely wrapping around him at their greatest length. Not only can these wings sustain flight for C ranked energy (similar to the Incubus skill, but without the speed boost), but energy can be applied to them to block attacks and magic. Considering he is a Seul and a Nephilim, he is already almost completely immune to magic, and is highly resistant to physical damage. What makes the wings special is that they can block magic for two ranks below in energy except for S and SS-magic (S and SS spells can be blocked for one rank below), but they can also block shadow/dark magic for a rank less in energy. This makes him an extremely durable fighter, as angels often are. The wings are very nimble and move fairly quickly. Often times, they will even be consistently wrapped around him as a form of armor. Finally, for C-ranked energy, the wings can launch holy-element feathers at the foe, a barrage of very sharp feather-like blades. 2. The second ability of his heritage allows him to call upon angelic weapons. Quickly sheathing his holy blade along his belt, he'll draw a glowing white spear, crafted by his energy, and a glowing kite shield, created the same way. They can both be used as projectiles; in fact, this is their most common usage. The Kite shield can be flung and controlled mentally, as if a form of holy telekinesis. It can only be controlled from up to forty feet away. The shield is very sharp, and very sturdy. It costs D rank energy to create, and C ranked spells to destroy. He can also throw the spear, as his sort of long-ranged projectile blast. The rank of energy put into the spear will determine the damage and radius; D - about ten feet in radius, will apply up to second degree burns C - about twenty feet in radius, will apply up to second degree burns (almost third degree; deadlier on unholies, as usual) B - about twenty five feet in radius, will apply up to third degree burns (with the potential of one-shotting unholies) A - about thirty-five feet in radius, is capable of igniting a foe, which would do an insane amount of damage. Most foes struck with this would be in critical condition if not worse. S - a wave of white energy about forty-five feet in radius; enemies struck with this explosion will almost certainly die (especially if hit directly). It'll be paramount to the white hot light melting around you. Unholies will light on fire even for being at the edge of the explosion, although they might not die if they're not actually inside of the radius.
Talent Weakness: This close attachment to Heaven and the angelic order, but physical binding to the world of Axiom, has left him quite unfocused. He often feels like he's stuck between two realms, and can experience shock and trauma when he's alerted from his strange... sessions. Michael will often space out, and disrupting this weird meditative trance can leave him hyperventilating; totally bewildered. This is one of the greatest reasons as to why he's never been able to fit in.
Since all of the powers of this talent make him light up like a christmas tree, it's impossible for him to be stealthy whatsoever. This makes him highly predictable in certain circumstances.
Unlike other Seul, he cannot learn a second element.
He also can't learn the final ability of the Nephilim, "Gift of God".
The final weakness of this talent is that all of his psychology traits from being a Nephilim are intensified. Unlike other Nephilim, he's almost completely angel in personality, which means not only will he relentlessly hunt all demonic creatures starting from Adept rank -- but he's more cocky, very stale in persona, and puts himself at great risk all the time because of his mental issues. How did the character get this talent?: Genes.
This is acceptable. I crossed out the second ability because it is literally Soul Judgement (Paladin) on crack. lol

I'm not okay with accepting useless/pointless talents, or having one for myself. I like the second ability, and since I plan on making him a sub-pali (and Nephilim are holy anyway), I don't think saying it's too similar to soul judgment is really that viable. All of the holy skills are similar to other holy skills. It's just not something we seem to be creative with. I mean, have you looked at the pali list? It's like the same thing in 50 different forms. All I want is a long-ranged explosive spear, which makes sense for a Nephilim to be able to use, especially a Seul. The shield is mostly for defensive purposes, and there's no other skill I can think of that allows you to do that, especially not in the way that this skill is supposed to work.

"Often times, they will even be consistently wrapped around him as a form of armor." You could have that around you the entire time and not be affected by someone who relies heavily on magic, such as Arcanists. I'm willing to change the radius. It's just an offensive spell, and a lot of S-rank spells do a lot of things you'd expect from an S-rank, since it costs so much energy. The mental control over the shield is not OP. I can think of very little that could be done with it; it's only controlling one projectile. It's like throwing a Frisbee around. The wings are easy. First of all, shadow/dark magic is not my weakness. That weakness is essentially diverted because of my choice of class, the Seul. Shadow/dark magic is one rank less effective, and one rank more effective, meaning it's normally effective on him. The wings' special ability is to shift that over to resistant, but only on the wings. All Michael is, is a tank. He's built for defense against magic. We already have speed-stackers and nuke-stackers, I don't understand how a Nephilim/Seul, which is a combo meant for countering magic-users, is somehow unacceptable. That's like saying gunslingers can't use guns, and paladins can't use holy. Nephilim/Seul are tanks. Especially when crossed together. And their choice of resistance is: magic. I already have a -2 rank reduction on magic that crosses me, meaning Michael would probably completely shrug off any spells that hit him below like, A-rank, and even then it probably wouldn't do that much. This only even potentially takes magic out of the options if you're simply a non-mage, at which point you've already got a huge advantage over him, since he doesn't have much physical resistance, or offensive power. This is meant to keep up with mages; he can somewhat reciprocate their energy costs, even though Seul have no mana boosts, by defending for a rank below. And also, the logic that he can just wear it like armor and it'll be ez is not that solid. In the RP, whether it makes sense or not, it will always be acceptable to just whip out a barrier or fling a counter spell at last second, and so wearing it like armor really does feel more like aesthetics. I think you're not looking at the straight-up reality of it; that this concept, however it may look at first glance, just doesn't work very well. Nephilim/Seul as a combo have s**t for offense. I could probably have a -5 rank energy reduction on blocking everything and would still never be able to kill anybody. I just want a talent that I think is cool. I don't think this is nearly as efficient as it could be, so I find it strange that it's being denied. Tricksters, not even built for tankiness, could do this except with 0 energy cost; with any rank of spell, all they'd have to do is type "he dodged", and we wouldn't even question it.

Shane Allgay Errday Hiro Allday Errday Shane Allgay Errday Hiro Allday Errday Shane Allgay Errday RPC Name: Michael Mycenae Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Nephilim, Seul Talent Name: Lux Cherubim Talent Description: Michael is a very strange and very rare case among his people.
The shield is very sharp, and very sturdy. He can also throw the spear, as his sort of long-ranged projectile blast. The rank of energy put into the spear will determine the damage and radius; D - about ten feet in radius, will apply up to second degree burns C - about twenty feet in radius, will apply up to second degree burns B - about twenty five feet in radius, will apply up to third degree burns (with the potential of one-shotting unholies) A - about thirty-five feet in radius, is capable of igniting a foe, killing them very quickly S - a wave of white energy about fifty feet in radius; enemies struck with this explosion will almost certainly die, and with little delay. Unholies will light on fire even for being at the edge of the explosion, although they might not die if they're not actually inside of the radius. 3. Finally, as a benefit of his genetics, he gains one point of speed.
I crossed out the second ability because it is literally Soul Judgement (Paladin) on crack. lol That's less than acceptable, considering the one thing you left is [extremely] easily obtainable for a Seul/Nephilim. It'd basically just make this talent aesthetics, other than being able to fly, which Nephilim can already do at higher ranks. The second ability is OP, Shane. Mental control over a sharp and large shield and the ability to shoot out an explosive blast that affects up to 50 feet in radius, meaning a 100 feet in diameter that can instantly kill anything in the blast, not just unholy creatures, and set fire to any unholy creatures near the blast. How is this in any way not OP? The first ability already allows you have wings capable of flight, and use them to block magic (shadow/dark magic aka, your weakness). Let's acknowledge the existence of tanks for a moment. They do actually exist, and their existence is not a stain upon RPkind. This is what I envision when I see a shield controlled by telekinesis: You sent it out, and since you can make it go where ever you want with telekinesis, it follows people, eternally interrupting their attacks, threatening them for no costs at all. Either add a cost to this shield as well and make it breakable (because you can always just make another one), or make it so that you simply put a spell on a normal metal shield so that Mechanists or anything with a 'Magentize' skill can halt it. I am not saying I have a problem with the Wings. I said they were fine. But adding more to that can really tip the balance. Right now, with the explosive spear, no one but a trickster can dodge this. When you have a skill with such a strong effect and impact radius, you typically have a charge time of at least one post. You're speaking of quickly throwing a spear that has a enormous impact radius, and if they say they dodged it, you can argue that you through it where you knew they could run. Tanks exist, for sure. But this isn't the first time that we had to nerf an incredibly defensive ability. The last time it was the dreadnaughts with the ability to shrug off A Ranked abilities at master rank for E Ranked energy. So can you understand why I am treading carefully?

Most foes struck with this would be in critical condition if not worse. S - a wave of white energy about forty-five feet in radius; enemies struck with this explosion will almost certainly die (especially if hit directly). It'll be paramount to the white hot light melting around you. RPC Name: Cassandra Venarius Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Nephilim/Cleric Talent Description: It is by the wish that those of angelic blood who follow a holy path become empowered beyond those who do not. The Nephilim who seek to further their holy powers are gifted with near flawless abilities in their profession. Most believe it is enough to serve the lord, though there are a select few who seek to master their holy abilities above all others. Those who train in cleric or paladin skills often see a noticeable boost in their abilities as a nephilim, even without training. Cassandra is no exception. If anything, she may have found a way to further the boosts naturally given to her. The first boost is a simple +1 Rank in Strength to all Cleric skills. Especially the heals. The Minor Heal receives the effects of a Normal Heal, and the Normal Heal receives the effects of an Expert Heal. The Expert Heal can now even regrow limbs, should they need to be healed, and removes all poisons from the body. The second ability is simple. It allows Cassandra to be able to heal other Nephilims, despite their rejection of being healed. It is one of her many gifts that go above the average capabilities of those of her class. The last, and final boost is that Cassandra uses 1/4 less energy while using Cleric skills. Talent Weakness: First of all, by focusing so heavily on her main class, Cassie is incapable of subclassing at all. Her mind is always so focused on the quality of her Cleric skills that she can't learn a single skill outside of her class. It can sometimes prove to be a dilemma, especially when cornered. Seeing as how Cassandra doesn't have many offensive capabilities in her class, if would be easy to corner and capture her. Similarly, she removes the chances of her being able to learn her staff/sword skills. She's a Cleric. lol. Not scary at all. How did the character get this talent?: Genes
