Crimson Scar:
Description: Luna executes a powerful and precise strike against a single opponent, aiming to inflict a ragged and painful wound. Has a 25% chance of inflicting Bleed on her victim, doing 5% damage to them for the next three turns.


How does this manifest? Is it like a spell with its own attack power, or is it added to your weapon/fists?

If it's a 10 point spell, and it's added to a 10 point weapon, that weapon would have an attack power of 20 points for that turn. But if you want to use it just on its own, without adding it to a weapon, that would work, too. It could manifest in some magic-y attack.


It's an ability added to weapon/fists which does damage and has a chance of causing bleed. The bleed doing 5% damage on her opponents next three turns o-o.

For the projectiles, I was thinking flexibility over raw damage. She could use them to attack the same target, or she could have them strike multiple targets, but I currently have their total damage set as 10(check for details in the description). For targeting, I was thinking of making 1 roll per target, so if I attacked more than one opponent with it, I'd make 1 additional attack roll per extra target. Otherwise, it would just be a single roll. Largely because she's having to split her focus between each target she attacks. Also, I would have to designate which bolt went to who, or which bolt went first. This is also discounting the possibility that she doesn't fire them at all. She could instead keep them around her to discourage melee attackers.


Okay, that sounds good. People can go to attack you, and will need to take into consideration that those bolts are circling around you. So they'll step up to hit you and be all 'wut, I have to defend against this thing first'.

Really neat ability. I approve.

And now the questions to clarify! muwhahaha. You're not able to use two abilities in one turn, so the way I see this working is you would activate drop the beat, say which song it is on currently, and then the next turn you can use Power Chord or Face the Noise. Is that what you had in mind as well?

Drop the Beat would be active through the entire battle, but changing songs would take up an ability use for that turn.

How long were you thinking the time of the status effects would be reduced? Reduced by 30-50% of their normal time would work.

You won't be able to self-cure, 'cause that would cause you to control the passive, to actively use it to cure yourself of a status effect. Passives are active all the time, though, so you can't control them.

Sounds good. Statuses wear off at the end of their life-cycle, so this works well. If it's an uneven amount of time, like it's supposed to last 3 turns, then it wears off on the 2nd turn, but you take half the damage it would have normally done on that turn. Like it was supposed to do 5 damage a turn, you'd only take 3 on that turn ('cause 2.5 is silly).

Description: Marked by an ancient guardian of the balance, Ahria gains specific bonuses to certain aspects of her abilities as she grows in power and wisdom. These bonuses stack with other buffs, but can be temporarily dispelled.
1st Tail(active) Confounding Magic: Every ability that deals damage to an enemy has a 20% chance to strip 1 action from them on their next turn.
2nd Tail(inactive) Purging Fire: Gains 10% piercing vs fire resistance, but does not bypass immunity
3rd Tail(inactive) Cauterize the Wound: All healing abilities and items heal 5% more health
4th Tail(inactive) Illusive Aura: Gains 10% miss chance vs all physical attacks
5th Tail(inactive) Built for Speed: All abilities that grant multiple physical attacks gain 1 additional strike
6th Tail(inactive) And Another One: All projectile abilities gain 1 additional projectile at half the ability's max power

Confounding Magic - What action would it strip? The charge action, ability action, etc.?

Purging Fire - You mean you're 10% more effective against Fire-based defenses / monsters? That's cool, I like that.

Cauterize the Wound - I like this as well

Illusive Aura - Looks good

Built for Speed - Yeah, that's neat. :3

And Another One - Also good

Strut - There isn't really any speed stat, so I don't know how this would work exactly.

Mystic Might - Looks good

True Kitsune - If you level up to this point, you deserve this ability.

I do want to make sure, though, that you understand this character is supposed to be Earthling-You, as in you. You you. Not an original character. It's like a Jumanji RP. We all got sucked into the bored game. Only different. But same concept, sorta. XD

Strut would essentially work like a weak version of haste. She moves just a little bit faster than most people. In combat you wouldn't normally be able to cross 50ft in 5 seconds, right? Ahria may not be able to get there either, but she gets closer than most people in those 5 seconds.

Confounding Magic should also be okay. Defensive actions are unlimited, so it would be a 1 through 3 roll. (Charge, Ability Use, Attack)

Name: Luke
Age: 29
Gender: Androgynous male
Appearance: Luke stands at 6' 2", give or take, and is lanky, with skinny, long limbs - though he is a bit chubby in the stomach and torso area, it's not very noticable. He has large hands and feet, making him look all the more goofy, long, medium brown, wavy hair down to the small of his back, and chestnut brown eyes, though they seem to turn green depending on what he is wearing. Currently, that is a green tee shirt with the Hylian Royal Family's Crest in yellow on the front, with a green/black/white plaid short-sleeve button-up over it (not usually buttoned up though), as well as a pair of blue carpenter jeans. He also wears a pair of silver-framed glasses - constantly wearing them, as he can't see otherwise. His hair is usually let down, parted to the right when he has time to brush it. As he grew up in the woods, he walks everywhere with bare feet, and is rather stubborn about it, which has gotten him into trouble on occasion. He usually has a purple ribbon tied around his right wrist, a black USB wristband, and a lanyard which holds onto a spinning keychain with a picture of the Sears Tower on it. This keychain holds three keys which no longer hold any importance, as well as two tiny virtual pets, one of which is never turned on. He has several small scars in various places on his body; they are usually only noticeable up-close.

This can last for 3 rounds, then the energy creature will disappear.

I only want you to be able to heal 10 HP to start. You can heal 10 HP between 3 allies (like, 4 on the first, 3 on the other two), but not all of their HP. It can have a 20% chance of curing one status effect from each ally.

Also, does this heal you, or is it only an ally thing?
