Ieyasu nodded his head. "I'll remember that." Pausing, he glanced down at the sleepy gryphon, smiling faintly."I suppose I should really take him back to the house if he's getting tired..." He looked over at Alyosha and grinned. "Thanks for the food and the drink. I'll see you around soon, no doubt."

Rising to his feet, he scooped up the Aerandir gently. Osusuki made a little chirrup, twisting around in Ieyasu's arms before falling still again. He clacked his beak a couple of times, resting his head on his guardian's arm.

Nodding to the other kitsune, who looked as if he was about to fall asleep himself, Ieyasu then turned and left the beach, trekking up the path to Cetalu and to his own house.

Kami strode out across the sands of the beach after pushing through the green foliage, smiling and shielding her eyes from the sun. Another beautiful day on Cetalu. She held a small bag on her arm, containing a few odds and ends, and something special, Keanu's bonded item. After emerging only a short while ago, he needed to keep close to it. And she had promised, as she often did, to take him out to the beach, his favourite place to play.

The wispy Aerandir zipped across the sand, tail trailing like smoke behind him. He hovered over the waves, snickering almost inaudibly. They couldn't get him wet anymore! He went a bit lower, and ran from them as they came in, before returning to Kami and Mazin.
Kami had already laid out her towel, and was spreading a little sunscreen on herself. She wasn't dressed forswimming, but the sun was still out, and she didn't need any burns. "Don't wander off to far, okay?" she asked, squinting as she looked up at him, happy to see him nod, and move off to dive bomb Mazin, who was digging nearby.

Kami looked p as she heard her name being called. Looking about, she quickly caught sight of Foenix, and smiled. "Hey Foenix!" she said, and waved as she moved to stand up. She had to squint little at the small form next to Foenix, until he remembered that it was indeed her Aerandir.

Keanu continued to play down by the waves, unaware of the approaching Aerandir and caretaker, too caught up in a game of tag with Mazin. Though it was awkward, they simply played as he and Luc had played tag, trying his best to be aware of when Mazin actually got him. It was hard since he was untouchable.

Kami smiled, making room on the big colorful towel. "I've been great. He's just playing down by the waves, with Mazin." she said, chuckling. She was sure he'd return soon enough, when Mazin tired out.

Keanu turned as he heard Nehanda, and smiled delightedly, hovering down to see her. He waved, and hovered in a circle around her, seemingto envy her solid state. Already he was missing the ability to hold things, and he was sad he couldn't eat. He tried to pat her, but his hand only passed through, and he seemed a bit exasperated.

Kami smirked proudly. "Thanks! Err...I can't remember the exact name, but it fits keanu's job pretty well." she said, and reached into her bag to pull out the bowl and grinder. "This is it." she said, offering it for Foenix to look at.

Keanu smiled softly, and nodded happily. He would have to find ways to get Kami to get a move on and find the things he would need to progress. He knew it would be tough to put up with not being able to do the things he was used to doing.

Kami chuckled, and rubbed the back of her neck. "So that's what it's called!" she chuckled. "I've introduced him to a few herbs, but I haven't gotten into cooking yet. We're going to start real soon, though." she nodded, and looked thoughtful over the next question. "Yes, we do." she looked a bit worried. "I hope I can gather everything soon enough. I don't think Keanu is enjoying this stage so much.

Keanu frowned playfully, envious of his friend. He would learn that stuff, too. In fact, he was fairly sure he would enjoy reading. Kami always read to him at home, whether it was a bedtime story or just reading to him during the day, if it was too hot to go outside.

Mazin watched the other youngster, and clicked curiously, moving over to inspect her. He fluttered his dark wings, and sniffed a bit cautiously, realizing she was probably one of those funny creatures that Keanu was.

Kami smiled delightedly. "Wow, that's all very, very kind of you! I have a few books of my own, but I'm pretty sure they're just basic stuff, so that would be wonderful!" she said, sifting through the sand at the side of the towel. "And, yes, in fact...there was one thing on the list that I'm a bit worried about. I need a couple of animal teeth, or claws." she blinked, looking to Foenix. "I'm not quite sure where I'd find those." she chuckled. "They don't strike me as objects I'd find just lying about, even outside."

Keanu let out a soft squee at her words, and nodded his head vigorously, displaying his acceptance to her invitation. He would enjoy that very much. He let out as soft, happy sigh. It was nice to be around friends.

Mazin sniffed, licked her fingertips gently, and moved away from the water, taking a moment to shake off before trudging off to join Kami on her towel.

The smile widened on Kami's face. "Wow, that's great!" she said, a relieved look coming to her eyes. "Thanks so much. I owe you one...if there's ever anything we can help with, feel free to come and ask!"

Keanu nodded, and followed after her, aving wanted to follow Mazin as well. He spun ahead of Nehanda, and looking back at her, his face holding a challenging expression. Could he be asking for, perhaps, a race?
