Eri gave a bewildered look to the girl scolding her.She didn't really understand why she was being fussed at."What is a tomato?" she asked the girl who continued to scold her.This girl was very dirty.To Eri she looked like she had rolled around on the ground.Her ears flatten on her head to try and block out the girl's fussing.

Ayla looked just as confused as Eri did. Her face was totally blank.
"You don't know what a tomato is? A tomato is a fruit that has identity issues. It thinks it's a vegetable. They taste good, but don't like being squashed. So why did you step on the innocent tomato?" She asked, automatically assuming that the tomato had been stepped on.

She thought about what the girl had said."Tomatos are strange things, and I didn't step on it.It fell down and went splat."she said in a matter-of-factly tone.She looked down at the dead tomato and made a disgusted face."Doesn't look very tasty to me."she said.

Ayla looked from Eri to the dead tomato.
"Oh, well I'll have to explain that to it's family. They were calling you a tomato killer." She bent down, putting her hands at the base of the tomato plant. She didn't appear to be doing anything, but she was telepathically explaining the situation to the tomatoes.
"Okay, they forgive you. But they want you to take back what you said, about them not being tasty. They are." She picked up a tomato and pulled out a small knife from no where it seemed. The knife could barely puncture flesh, but she carved off a piece of tomato and offered it to Eri.
"It's good." She insisted.

Eri watched the girl curiously.'Is she talking to a plant?' she thought to herself.The girl offered her a piece of the dead tomato.She eyed it carefully and then took the piece.Eri put it in her mouth and chewed.'This isn't so bad.' she thought.She swallowed the piece and smiled."Okay, it's not that bad."she said to the girl.

Sachi held onto Bukotsu's head as he balanced her onto his shoulders. She thought the girl named Amy was quite interesting, and also wanted to know more about her curse. "Bukotsu can cure anything. He's really really good with plants and herbs; he can cure you." she squeaked.-------------------------------------------------------------- Oni was lost in thought. She wanted to meet this child that Tetsuo had discovered, but at the same time, she was afraid to do so. After all, she would be, in a way, meeting herself."Look. Let's get something to eat. You look like you want to think this through." Tetsuo said. He took her hand and led her to the Dining Hall.

Ayla smiled brightly.
"Good!" She turned to the tomato plant.
"It's happy and forgives you." She seemed very pleased herself.
Ayla offered Eri a hand to shake.
"My name's Ayla. Half faerie, half tree nymph. I talk to to stuff, plants especially."

Eri grinned and shook Ayla's hand."Please to meet you.I'm Eri.You talk to plant huh? That must be really cool."she said.She was glad that Ayla wasn't fussing at her anymore and that she got to try some new food.'Maybe coming in here wasn't such a bad idea after all.'she thought to herself.

Ayla nodded.
"Yup, plants and animals. Actually, I think my problem lies with talking to people." She grinned sheepishly.
"Eh, I should probably take a bath soon so they'll let me in for dinner. But, it's very nice to meet you Eri." Her smile brghtened. "So, what're you? What can you do?"

"That's really awesome.I sometimes have trouble talking to people too.Oh, and I'm part succubus, part cat demon.As far as my powers, I'm a telekinetic.It was nice meeting you too.I hope we can talk again sometime."She said to Ayla.Eri grinned.Her ears twitched alittle but that was normal.

Ayla looked confused.
"What's a succubus?" she asked, but the way she said it was 'suck-you-bus,' further proof of how she didn't get it. This was a typical problem for her, going inbetween how everything talked was hard, and it made communication confusing for her.

Eri stared at Ayla blankly.Now that she thought of it she didn't really know what a succubus was either.She tried to remember what her mother use to tell her."Ummmm....My mother said that a succubus is a night demon that preys on sleeping people.It comes into their dreams and sucks their life out.Or something like that."she said.She shrugged."Course she might have just made it all up cuz she didn't like my father."

Ayla nodded, this didn't seem to help.
"You're a neko." she stated. Her voice held a seed of hope, praying it would be okay to just call it that. She was rather pitiful, it was amazing that a simple tomato could spark such fierceness, and one thing she didn't understand could make it all come crashing down.

"Yeah, I guess you could call me that.I do have cat ears and a tail.So yeah that works."she said.Eri grinned again.Explaining who she was had always been hard for her because she really didn't know herself.Eri hated the other part of her so being called a neko was a compliment in her eyes.

Keilantra pushed open the large glass door, it seemed abit heavy for some reason, maybe because she wasn't very strong.Hand still on the door, she peered inside.She hadn't noticed Eri or anyone else yet.
"Perfect....."She whipered to herself as she released the door..She let out a breath and slowly walked along a small aisle of plants.She spotted a variety of healing plants, eucalptus, aloe, arrowroot, verbena, myrrh, cardus, and much more than she could count.It was just what she needed...everything was there.
She knew off all these mainly because she had always wish she had the power of healing.So she was trained to using healing plants instead.As she walked she spotted a dying aloe plant.'I guess I didn't help it...'She thought to herself.Aloe was the most comingly know plant for healing and here lied a old crimpled dead one.She gave a sigh as she remembered the last time shee was here.
Last time Keilantra was here she grabbed a pot she added alittle soil and walked back over to the dying aloe and plucked it out of its pot then placed it in the other.Then Keilantra grabbed the spray bottle and sprayed the plant lightly with water.Smilling she placed it back in its original place.Hoping that she would help it...
She shook her head and leaned forward as she thought about the pooor plant.Plants are very much alive so when one dies...it just made her feel weird.'Maybe I should try to help it...I wonder if I could train a new power....all for other day I guess...'
