Growling, the demon moved back and flicked the elf's nose. "Brat." He muttered and blindly felt around for the damned thing and answered it, growling into the speaker.
Kyoshi was unfazed by it and told him what happened and what Joker had just told him from all that the insane man knew as a doctor on the scene.
The demon's eyes snapped open and practically jumped out of the bed, moving around to find some clothes to wear and head over to Joker's. Hanging up, he threw Kalore's clothes at him. "Get dressed now, no questions until we get to Joker's. Move." He growled, the nice demon going back to bossy demon.
Gambler gasped softly and froze at the whispered words. More tears came and she hugged Rave fiercely. It was mind boggling on how it takes a tragic moment for some of the most strongest declaration of emotion to come out and be expressed.
Yes, there was still some good here and it was Rave. It had always been Rave yet one thing was taken away and that was her pride and joy in the Twins. They weren't her's by blood but she wished it was so and treated them like they were. Then came along Rave to make her so happy sometimes she thought she was dreaming.
Sniffling, Gambler moved a bit back to look at Rave with tormented eyes yet there was that same great emotion that has been growing bigger everyday when she was with Rave through all the troubles they were having. Looking horrible with her red eyes and red, running nose, she wiped it to say, "I love you too, Rave." In her weak voice but the emotion was stronger than ever in her eyes.

Hearing the gasp, Rave simply had an arm around her waist, the other on her shoulders as he brought her completely against him, closing his eyes as he sighed softly. He had known that he loved her for a while, but he just hadn’t ever found the right time to say it… and now wasn’t really the perfect time, but it was more perfect than he was going to get. The man needed her to be okay, and the only way that he knew to make sure of that was to make sure that she knew that even though she had lost two people that he knew were her pride and joy, there were still those few things left that were worth staying and keeping calm for.
To hear that she loved him back, though, caused his eyes to open, slightly wide, as he looked at her. A soft smile was on his face as a single hand came up, wiping at the tears, “You’re beautiful, Gambler.” At the moment, she was probably far from it, but he knew that it was all in opinion. Smiling softly at the other, he shook his head, “We’ll find who’s doing all this, Gambler… I promise you.” Kissing the woman softly, he kept her close to him, sighing softly.
Kalore was confused as he tried to listen to what it was that Kyoshi was saying, but when Monty looked so upset, he soon was scrambling for his clothes anyway, “Monty? W-.” He didn’t say anything else, remembering the order not to. It wasn’t that he would listen to anything that the demon said, but Kalore sensed that something was wrong… really wrong. Getting on his clothes, he soon was following him, silent. Te look of worry, though, never left his features.

Gambler reached up to touch his cheek and nodded, feeling something burst inside her at the support he was giving her. There was no judgement from him nor were there some false words that everything was going to be okay.
Nothing was never going to be the same again with that void in her heart and in the group. Yet she had Rave and she was more than willing to fill up that void with him. Though it still sadden her greatly.
Looking down she took a deep breath to calm down though it was hard. "You look amazing w-when you smile, R-Rave." She said stuttering as she was trying to gain control over her voice.
Monty's steps were long and quick, getting to Joker's in record time. Entering, the demon went straight to Joker and grabbed him by the throat. "I want to see it." He growled. Kyoshi sighed and put his hand on his shoulder. "Wait for Gambler, demon." Monty looked at Eldin and frowned, for once concerned for the, now, youngest of the group.

Eldin, for once, didn’t flinch as he felt the other coming into the room. It was well known that he didn’t get along with the demon, but that didn’t mean much of anything at the moment. As Kalore came into the room, he frowned and soon was sitting beside Eldin. The two didn’t like one another most of the time, but now wasn’t most of the time. Sighing softly, he simply touched the other’s shoulder and it wasn’t long before h latched onto him, causing Kalore to sigh softly, looking over at Joker. “What happened?” Monty hadn’t told him anything and now Eldin was freaking out… What had happened?
Smiling just a bit more, he soon was keeping the other close to him, shaking his head, “Not as lovely as you, Gambler.” Kissing her cheek, he noticed that the others were back in the house and he sighed softly. “Would you like to go face the others now?” Granted, both were soaked… but that was fine. He just wanted to make sure that she would be okay with whatever it was that happened.

Monty stepped away to give Eldin his space and muttered something to Kyoshi in their languages in hushed tones that with each word it made the demon more angry than ever.
Sighing softly, he looked at Eldin with such fatherly sympathy he patted his shoulder lightly. "The...The Twins are dead Kalore. They were attacked. By rogues." Monty twitched at that and clenched his fists.
Shaking her head slightly at the compliment and not wanting to retort that Rave was a far more perfect being than she was, she started to remove her clothes a bit and nodded at his question. "I...Could you shadow in some clothes please?" The least she could do was not go out there and face the group looking like a mess, even though everything inside her was a mess.

Nodding at the woman, it wasn’t long before he was moving so that he would be able to get the clothes for the woman, simply sighing softly once more. “I can do that.” Removing his own clothes, it was a bit odd to be removing the clothes after the shower, but even he wasn’t able to find the humor in the odd words at the moment, though he tried. Closing his eyes, he soon grabbed her some clothes that she would like, grabbing jeans and a button up for him.
With another sigh, they both were out, rave leaning on the counter, “Dusk has given us three new people to use. I don’t think that you’re going to like two of them… but one of them is someone that seems to be able to keep them in line.” Touching her shoulder, he smiled softly, “They might be able to help us a bit.”
Freezing, Kalore didn’t break down like any of the others, but his eyes grew just a bit colder. He nodded some, “Okay.” That was all that he could say as he simply allowed Eldin to keep close to him, a blank look on his face. He wasn’t that close to the twins, but he definitely didn’t mind them, and now they were gone… Eyes closing, he took in a breath before sighing once more, “Rogues and Hunters… what next?” Grumbling, he watched as Eldin wasn’t crying, and he looked like he hadn’t yet either, but it was obvious that he was still upset. “Think they’re connected?” Kalore looked down, shrugging, “I have no idea.” He didn’t say anything about Kyin or any of that, knowing that the betrayal… he hated Kyin even more for the effect that he knew it was going to have.

Gambler nodded, listening to Rave as she took the clothes that were black pants with a nice top. Putting those things on, she sighed, rubbing her forehead trying to gain control on her of her facial expression but it was hard.
Taking another deep breath, she lifted held her head high, squared her shoulders and faced Rave, her face blank but her lips did tremble a bit still and her eyes glassy from her unshed tears. "I'm..." She cleared her throat. "I want to meet these three people. Now."
The insane man rubbed his chin. "They might be do to the odd influx of attention everyone seems to be getting. This is a dangerous game going on and it needs to be stopped now." Kyoshi and Monty nodded, both wanting to rip heads off for messing with their own group and killing Gambler's heart.

Kalore was silent, simply nodded as he watched, more like listened, as Rave was moving so that he would be able to call Raul. Ear twitching a bit, the blonde’s eyes closed as he tilted his head to the side, frowning a bit, listening to Rave speaking in elvish. Eldin looked at him, frowning, “What is it?” He shook his head, still listening before he opened his eyes, “New people? What?” Blinking more, he looked at Eldin, blinking more as the other shrugged.
“Sir Rave was talking with Dusk because apparently something else happened before, but I don’t know what it is so don’t ask me, and she gave the names of someone that would be of some use. From what I heard, they’re nowhere near permanent.” “For hires then?” “Of a sort, I think. I don’t know for sure.” As the two spoke, they were falling into elvish, forgetting that there were people in there that didn’t know the language, soon causing Kalore to sigh as he heard Rave shutting off his phone.
Looking at Gambler, he nodded some, “Raul will be here, but Cassandra is still trying to find the other member of their group. He tends to go off on his own a lot…” He rubbed his temples. “Normally… I wouldn’t like this… but Dusk spoke and she didn’t ask any questions and gave me the names, found them, and they don’t ask questions as well. Which worries me a bit…” Normally when you found people that didn’t ask questions then those were the people that wouldn’t blink at doing whatever it took, no matter who they hurt, to get things done. “But, Raul’s able to control the other two easily, and he’ll be here momentarily.”

Gambler didn't looked at anyone but she did nod. Silently excusing herself from the living room where everyone was, she walked into the kitchen to sit down to be a lone for a bit. Closing her eyes, she covered her face to let those few tears go that couldn't be held back.
Monty sighed and walked after Gambler but look over his shoulder at everyone with a scary look in his eyes. "Don't follow." He growled in warning, since he wanted be alone with Gambler for a bit.
The demon understood what his boss was going through and even though he's said threats and expressed his hate for her, there was still a part of him that used to be humane that wanted to reach out to her.
Kyoshi sighed and sat down. "What a f*cked up day man...Hopefully these "For hires" can play nice to our rules." He muttered.

Rave sighed softly, shaking his head, “Raul will play by the rules, and as long as he’s around I believe that the other two will obey… but I don’t know for sure.’ Tapping his chin, he soon was shaking his head once more, “I don’t know about Edward… he’s a bit of an entity to me… but Cassandra? She might be the one that will bother you the most…” And soon there was a knock on the front door, the large shouldered man coming in, nodding respectfully to all that were in the room.
When he spoke, his brown eyes were calm, as were his features, but his voice was one that rumbled; soft, but one meant for commanding. “We haven’t found Edward… Cassandra thinks she can find him.” Rave frowned, “Is this bad? Does he go off often?” Raul simply nodded, standing in the middle of the room, door closed behind him, “I’m afraid so… but demons seem to be like that.” Eldin jumped, “Demon?” Great… another one. “Lesser demon, Eldin… calm down.” Kalore raised a brow, blinking some. What was Dusk doing hanging around demons?

Kyoshi raised a brow at Raul. "So, you own this demon? Should I be concerned or can I sleep safe at night with one around?" He drawled standing up to look at this Raul from head to toe. "I have to be honest with you, that little girl you have around needs some lessons in manners otherwise someone might just snap it in her."
Especially given the mood everyone was in, it could be anyone to do it. Hopefully the Cassandra girl had it in her to not do something incrediably stupid with everyone's emotions on high, including around Gambler. No telling what could be going through her mind right now.

Looking at the other, Raul shook his head. There was no emotion in the other’s eyes save for a content and calm manner, something that showed just what type of warrior he was. The man was trained, and trained well. “Cassandra is someone that does as she wishes, but she changes as she wishes. I can’t do much about her, though the best thing to do is to ignore her. She didn’t want to be here, but given the vagueness of what was going on…” He glanced over at Rave now, his eyes still calm, “We didn’t have much of a choice.”
He sighed softly before soon glancing back over at Kyoshi, not bothering to look him over or inspect him or size him up. What Kyoshi was and how he fought and how he was wasn’t exactly a concern of the man’s. “The demon is not someone that I can control if he doesn’t wish it… but as long as he doesn’t get his hands on you, I promise you, he’s harmless.” But if he wanted to and he got even a small nick on someone… well, that was a different story. “I must ask, though… Do you all know as little information as we do?” He raised a brow, soon looking solely at Rave. The elf was hiding something, even if he masked it well.

Kyoshi looked between Rave and Raul, narrowing his gaze on the elf. "I have no idea what the hell your talking about. Could you enlighten us elf? I would ask Gambler but she's not in the mood at the moment and I really don't want a demon swiping my head off for not listening to him." He said, giving a serious look that said he wasn't going to take no for an answer.

Sighing softly, Rave was someone that was able to hide information very well. He had always been good at that because he had to be. Glancing over at Kalore, he shrugged, acting a bit like he was almost resigned; much like how he was when he was forced to give information anyway. “We are just preparing ourselves for the Hunters. Gambler and I hadn’t discussed these Rogues that have come out, so I don’t know about that, so stop glaring at me, Kyoshi.” Raul looked amused, still watching the man a bit before he nodded some. “Anything that you need done, one o f us will be able to get it done. We can work with anyone that we need to.” “Yeah, but where’s the rest of the ‘us’?” Kalore raised a brow and Raul was chuckling softly, “Who knows? They’ll be here when they need to be. I believe now, seeing as none of you seem emotionally stable… it might not be a good idea to have those specific two here.”

"I don't give a damn who's emotionally stable or not. You will get them here so that things may be discussed in one shot because I'm not into repeating myself for no one." Gambler said in a cold voice, her eyes dead and glinting like ice. "Otherwise, you will force me to apologize to Dusk for having her three buddies murdered for their stupidity." She said, standing straight with Monty behind her giving Raul an assessing look at his first time looking at the man.
Kyoshi had opened his mout to say something to Rave but shut it and then sat down without being told. Joker blinked at Raul and Gambler. "Wait a second...I'm emotionally unstable. Am I included or excluded?" He asked, looking at Gambler who was the only person willing to risk certain parts of his body to ask that ridiculous question.
