Freezing, Eldin ended up almost falling, “W-…What…?” His voice was soft and it wasn’t long before he was curled up on the couch, eyes wide. It was no secret that out of all of the ones in the group, it was the twins that he had latched onto. “They… No…” Voice heartbreakingly soft and pained, the elf was biting his lip softly, shaking his head, “How did it happen, Joker?” It was obvious that he was trying to be professional about this, but it was hard. He could handle a lot of things, but the twins had been his best friends, hands down.

Joker clenched his jaw as Gambler wrapped her arms around herself and closed her eyes, mourning her dead as best as she could. "I don't know Eldin. I haven't asked Gambler yet." No Gambler hadn't said how because she was too far gone in her grief that she was unresponsive to everything around her yet when someone tried to come near she growled and protected her boys like a mother protecting her cubs.
"Stay home and I will bring Gambler there, okay?" He wanted her gone from here before it really got to her.
Gambler sat down and looked at the peaceful look on their faces touching them and placing a kiss on their cold skin. "My babies. I'm so sorry."

Curled up tight, Eldin’s voice was cracking just a bit as he tried to keep control over himself, “I-I’ll do that…” his voice was much too soft as he tried to suppress a sniffle, his throat tightening. Death of close ones had never been something that he had been very good with. “I’ll… I’ll tell S-Sir Rave th-that he can… can come here. W-we should all be here.” He was shaking a bit, curled up on his side as he was still trying not to lose it. “I… I’ll see you soon, then, Joker.” Eldin refused to say goodbye on the phone, not in the situation.

Joker listened and nodded. "Yes Eldin. We should all be there." He said then watched as Gambler turned to look at him with turmoil in her eyes and trembling lips. "What is it Gam?" "It was rogues....They killed everyone." She whispered and Joker cursed worse than a sailor. Twitching he growled and glared at the smoldering college that claimed many lives. "Rave should know about this." Yes it was a serious offense.

Hanging up the phone, it wasn’t long before the boy was curled up. He had grown up quite a bit since he had last been there, but that didn’t stop certain moments from turning him into the same boy that he was before. Biting his lip, he was still there as Rave came in, Raul and Cassandra in tow. Edward was still missing.
The elf saw Eldin, frowning as he moved to see what it was that was going on, sending the other two into the kitchen. Listening to his words, Rave’s eyes were pained as he allowed the younger boy to latch onto him. He knew that Eldin would take this hard, but it was Gambler that he feared for. Whispering softly, it wasn’t long before he had a shadow finding Gambler, wishing more than anything that he could be there for her, but he didn’t trust the mercenaries here alone. It was bad enough that they had lost the demon. He was wondering if Edward had something to do with this, but he knew how powerful the lesser demon was, and this just wasn’t something that he would have been able to do.

Joker had momentarily turned around to get someone to try and remove the other bodies of the dead victims, add more medicine and other things needed. When he turned around all he saw were the Twins laying there still and peaceful with a missing Gambler. "Ah hell."
Gambler walked straight back into the building, sensing more than one living being in there. She let her power unravel a bit to feel those signitures of the rogues that were still left over. Walking through fire and having some of her clothes lighting up in flames, she tilted her head to the side as one rogue came from behind her.
She purposely let herself be known to them so that she could flush them out and rip to the shreads. That was exactly what she did. The rogue didn't stand a chance against this petite female with her animialistic snarl and precise fighting techniques in breaking the rogue.
While doing this she attracted another one and she was more than ready, willing to fight until all of them paid. Then she would personally see to it that their handler was dead with his head mounted on her wall in the office.
This time around with that threat, she was dead serious and taking no prisoners when it came to the death of her boys.

Bending over the rogue that he had just gotten done playing with, Edward was messing with it, making sure that its last few moments were pure hell. He blinked, though, as he soon was looking up. He could hear something, and it was disturbing him just a bit. He had known that there were more rogues in the building, but the demon honestly didn’t care a bout them. As he stayed there blinking, he simply stood up before soon moving to where the commotion was.
Frowning a bit as he saw Gambler, his arms were crossed as he rolled his eyes, “Just had to come back…” Muttering his words, he simply moved out of sight and reach of the animalistic woman. He could tell that she was in one of those modes where she would kill anything, and the demon knew that demons weren’t things that most people would leave alone.
So, with a sigh, he went back to his new toy, playing with him a bit more before Raul called him back. Being bound to a damn saint like him was no fun… Then again, calling someone who would murder without losing any sleep a saint wasn’t right… but he was more a saint than Edward would ever be.

Kyoshi ran over to Joker's house at locking up the bar at a fast pace. Slamming the door open he looked around and was having that tunnel vision where his one track mind only was focused on one thing and that was getting to Gambler to see how she was holding up. "WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?!" He snapped at no one particular.
Finishing the last of the rogues after lord knew how long, she emerged from the smoldering college covered in blood and soot. In the chaos no one was focusing on her because of other needs to take care of the victims and hold off the nosy crowd as much as possible.
Joker sighed and walked quickly up to Gambler, not mentioning that he had the boys in their own ambulence to be taken to the hospital for an autopsy and to be left in the freezer box there until a funeral can be arranged.
Motioning for a doctor to take over his position, he lead his boss to a waiting car to take her home. The whole time, Gambler was silent rather than grumbling and cursing. That got him worried.

Hearing Kyoshi come in, he wouldn’t be seeing Rave or Eldin, or anyone that he knew. What the man would see would be the much-too-thin woman, leaning against the counter, and a man in between Kyoshi and Rave’s height, but with a more muscular build. Glancing over at him, Raul raised a brow at him while Cassandra just looked uninterested, “She?” The woman looked at the other as if he was something that needed to be removed, but a hand on her arm had her looking away as Rave came in, frowning.
“Kyoshi, Gambler isn’t here yet. I’m sure that they’re on their way.” They being Joker and Gambler, seeing as Gambler was someone that he was looking for and Eldin had spoken with Joker. There was no reason to ask if Kyoshi knew the news, seeing as it was obvious that he did. Sighing softly, he shook his head a bit, “I don’t know when they’ll be here, Kyoshi.” He glared at Cassandra, his eyes cold, “Behave, shifter.” The woman glared at him back, but she ws the one to break the staring contest, now able to meet those cold eyes for too long. “Sorry, sir.”
Rave sighed softly, shaking his head before looking at Kyoshi, but soon moving out of his way if the other wanted out of there, which he wouldn’t blame him for. “I haven’t spoken with either Joker or Gambler, though, so I do not know for sure.”

Kyoshi looked at the female and male that he just noticed as being there, narrowing his gaze on them. "Then answer me this, who in the hell are these two?" He snapped again, though he didn't mean to do so at Rave since it wasn't the elf's fault that this sh*t happened suddenly.
Before anyone could answer, the sounds of car doors slamming shut sounded from the outside front and the door opened. Gambler walked in first since Joker didn't trust his boss to come in have him. So the boss looked a mess and down at the floor, making a B-line to the bathroom.
Kyoshi snapped his head up and frowned, staying where he was and pissed off as hell. Joker sat on the couch and shook his head. "What a f*cking mess this is." He said, cursing for the first time.

A single hand was up in defense, the man ready to answer, but soon he too heard the car door. Looking at the door, Rave looked saddened as he saw Gambler, but he didn’t stop her on her way to the bathroom, soon nodding at Joker. “It is… Eldin wasn’t able to tell me how it all happened… what happened, Joker?” Frowning more, he was walking into the living room where Eldin was up on the couch, his legs brought up, arms around them, resting his chin on his knees as he was silent, his eyes downcast to the floor.
There was another sigh as he looked at Raul, “Control that woman… Actually, find Edward.” Raul nodded, walking out of the house without a glance, at first, behind him. When Cassandra was simply standing there, defiant, the powerful man simply glanced back, his eyes sharp, and she soon was following him. Rave watched them leave before looking at Kyoshi. “Those two are two of three people that Dusk recommended for us to use against the hunters. I apologize for the woman… I don’t like her much either.”
Without another word, he sat on the couch next to Eldin, a hand resting on the other’s shoulder. What worried him the most was that the other was silent, his eyes practically dead. He had also been close to the twins, coming over often to see them when he probably should have been working with Kyin… But now he wouldn’t be able to do that anymore, and it killed a bit of him to think that.

Kyoshi blinked and scowled. "Leave it to Dusk to pick someone who is unlikeable." He grumbled and sat down on the couch that was across from Eldin, Rave and Joker. The insane man rested back with his legs stretched out in front of him as he looked at the ceiling so calm it was a good thing someone wasn't out of their mind for once.
"Rogues. They did this from what Gambler said and saw." Kyoshi narrowed his eyes on his friend. "Rogues? That's not possible. How in the hell they could have targetted the boys college when they have different identities and their "presence" has been shielded by us?" Joker shrugged and looked at Rave with concern. "This could be another problem. Hunters and now rogue angels. What else is going happen? Another betrayal?" He snapped throwing his hands in the air frustrated.
What they didn't know was that a betrayal was like ninty percent most likely to happen. Sighing softly, the insane man touched Eldin's shoulder lightly. "Hey, if they saw you looking so down they would most likely pull you down to wrestle." He smiled sadly at the image in his head.
Gambler entered the bathroom and turned the shower on. Absently, she just walked in under the cold spray of the water, letting it cool down her overheated body and clothes, her lower lip trembling a bit.
Kyoshi looked over his shoulder and sighed. "Rave, I think you should check on her. Most likely she will prefer your comfort than ours." Joker nodded then blinked. "Has anyone called Monty and Kalore?" This time around he didn't crack a joke about them.

Rave had a comment, but he kept it to himself as he sighed softly, “She wasn’t her choice. Raul and Edward were, but she said that there was someone that followed the two of them around, though she didn’t always know who it was going to be.” He didn’t understand that for sure, but he had a few theories. Looking over at where Gambler was, he nodded some, staying silent about the betrayal. He didn’t think that Kyin had anything to do with the killings from the rogues, but he just didn’t know anymore.
Sighing softly, he shook his head once more before looking at Joker, “I… think that you or Kyoshi should be the one to call Monty. I’ll go check on Gambler.” He barely was in there long enough to hear Eldin slightly smile as he said, “I… I guess you’re right…”
Instead, the man soon was in the bathroom with Gambler, sighing softly as he entered the cold shower with her, not bothering to take off his own clothes as to not ruin them. Rave’s arms were soon around the women, silent as he simply let Gambler do what it was that she needed to do to calm down. There had been too many betrayals, too many deaths… He could only just hold onto the woman and hope that she was going to survive through it all.

Kyoshi and Joker looked at each other. "I'm not calling him. He growls." The insane man said and rested back. "If I call him I just might lose what little sanity I have left." Saying that, he already missed the brats and wished he wasn't so mean to them even though the Twins took it as fun and games and used that to butter up Gam to get away with anything.
"Damn brats. Eating my food. I miss them already." He grumbled and crossed his arms. "Who the hell is going to eat my food now?" Kyoshi rolled his eyes and dialed Monty's number since the seraph had a tendency to growl too.
The cell phone was vibrating but the demon didn't answer it, dozing off and deaf to the world with Kalore tucked against him comfortably. For all the demon cared, the world could go to hell. Right now he was warm with his elf.
Gambler flinched slightly and bit her lip, closing her eyes tightly. Her body was shaking from the force she had on herself in holding it in but she couldn't.
Turning around she buried her face against Rave's chest and let it all go. The immense grief she was feeling, the anger, the hate for those that caused this, the love her heart had for her boys, the boys she will never see again.
The woman clutched on to Rave desparately like a lifeline and prayed that nothing took him away from her because if he was gone from her life too, it was completely over for her.

Holding Rave close, the man stayed silent. He didn’t tell her that it was all going to be okay because he didn’t know if everything was going to be okay. The man didn’t tell her to hush and calm down because she shouldn’t calm down. Gambler should be pissed and livid and hurt, and he was just there to hold her as she was high with the emotions, and catch her when she came down, hopefully calmer.
Rave rested his chin on the woman’s own head, his eyes closed as he held her tighter. The cold water was completely ignored as he simply let the woman that he loved let it all out… Wait… love? Sighing softly, he kissed the top of her head, whispering to her, “I love you, Gambler…” He didn’t know why it was that he had to say it, seeing as it wasn’t the most romantic scene… but it seemed like Gambler had to be reminded of some good that was still there. Rave wasn’t planning on going anytime soon, and if some Hunters came after him, or even Kyin himself, he wasn’t going to go easily.
Groaning as he felt something vibrating near him, Kalore’s ear ended up twitching just a bit, his eyes opening some as he nudged Monty. “Hey… sleepy head… wake up. Your phone’s going off.” Sometimes he wished that he had normal hearing so that sounds didn’t wake him up so freaking easily.
