Gambler cleaned up a bit really well and then sat down in the guest bedroom that Kalore offerred. Laying down on the bed, she closed her eyes and let the silence of the house fill her so that she could hear and feel everything that went on without seeing anything. It wasn't that she had elf hearing but that she trained herself to at least do something about her senses and heightened them.

So far, everything has been peaceful without any trouble. Though if trouble did come they were going to have to take a time out to find a better place to fight because this house was freaking nice.

With a bit of a smile, it wasn’t long before rave was speaking with the three, but he noticed that the smallest of the three men was soon missing. He frowned, looking around for him before looking at Raul, “Where’s Edward?” The man sighed softly, shaking his head, “He’s a demon, Rave… If you don’t mind my calling you by your first name?” the elf shook his head, “I don’t mind. But… where did he go?” Raul simply shrugged, “He’s never been in this area before. He’s doing what all demons do.” “And that is?” “Explore, find what it is that they can control, and just destroy what they can for the hell of it.”

Gambler dozed off slightly until she felt her phone vibrating. Frowning, something forbodding ran down her spine as she looked at it and noticed it was Joker's number.

Answering it, she couldn't hear nothing but the sounds of Joker bellowing over the sounds of sirens and great commotion from people and...screaming? What the hell was going on?

Sitting up to hear better she caught on to the words that registed to her brain and made her whole world freeze. A college was under attack by unknown assailants who were masked, opening fire on everyone there, burning parts of it down and the police, firefighters, medics where all doing what they can to stop this.

Yet what made everything in her body freeze and turn her world upside down was the college. It was the same college that her boys went to and were currently in right now. Without saying a single word, Gambler, the seraph angel of heaven and along a** title with it, left Kalore's house not caring if Hunters saw her and put her on a list to kill for interfering in their plans. She could care less right now.

Getting to the college in a short amount of time, she passed by the shouting people, some where trying to stop her and Joker spotted her but knew better than to stop her, watched as she went straight into the burning college to find her boys.

It took a long while but she managed to take out a few of the masked men, until she spotted two blonde and pale bodies of her boys, they were lifeless and they were trying to protect the classes mates by using their bodies to shield them.

Collasping to her knees her world went from happy and carefree to gray and desolate. She felt her boys lifeforces leave them slowly and too much damage happened to their bodies to save them.

They were so young as angels that they hadn't managed to increase their abilities to their full potential because she had wanted them to live normal lives. She felt it was her fault that she couldn't do more for them.

Grabbing their hands she pressed a kiss to their cold fingers. The whole roof was lit in heavy flames and looked about to collasp on them. Yet it wouldn't happen yet when a masked man came up behind her and pressed the barrel of his weapon to the back of her head.

Pressing hard he spoke a bizarre language but she knew it well and closed her eyes, letting her power flow through her a bit she turned around to glare at him with such hate that you could taste it.

The man didn't flinch. On his wrist there was the same marking that she and Kyoshi found on the rogue seraph who attack Kyo and Dusk from the beginning. Who ever was controlling these rogues was going to seriously pay for this.

Yet she couldn't move from where she was, too stricken to move at how slow she was to act for her babies. Even though she had Rave and everyone of her friends, these were her boys and they meant the world to her.

Perhaps she should let this rogue kill her too but then who was going to bring justice to Ivan and Hans? No, she was going to let the silence drag on until the rogue was uncomfortable.

As he looked at the fire, Edward was blinking a bit before soon moving over to walk around the people who were screaming and trying to get away from the massacre. Passing a man who was helping someone, he leaned over Joker, not knowing who it was before blinking at who it was that was getting the help. He simply shrugged, silent but still visible, as he practically glided into the building, not minding those that were telling him to move away. The fire practically parted for him, but it wasn’t his own doing. Not all could control fire, but Edward couldn’t control fire. He just minded it, and it in return minded him. More like an agreement.

He soon was tilting his head to the side, though, his scarred arms to either side as he looked at the rogue in front of him, the woman dropped on the ground in front of the two dead boys, twins it looked like. Chuckling softly, it wasn’t long before he figured out who it was that was good and who was bad, but Edward couldn’t just let the good one, someone who was so pretty, just sit there and get shot… Even if she was someone that reeked of the light.

Walking towards them, he tilted his head to the side once more, able to sneak a bit behind the rogue before his fingers were trailing down the man’s arm, drawing blood as if there were razors in just his fingertips, not even bothering with his nails. Smirking a bit, he tilted his head a bit to the side, whispering something softly. The marks turned violet, as did his eyes, as Edward was doing what his type of demon could do so easily. Possession, in a certain sense, was what he was good at. He was nothing compared to half the demons out there, but he was good at this one thing, as long as he could get his hands on you. And that one thing was enough to make him a threat to anyone.

He grinned a bit as he soon was whispering more words, watching as the rogue was struggling against the possession, the control that the one man had over him. It didn’t last for long as Edward simply stood back, smirking at the other, “A rogue seraph… damn, I didn’t think I’d ever get a hold of one of you…”

Gambler stood and narrowed her eyes on the stranger. "If you know what's good for you demon, you would leave the rogue with me to roast here." She said, her voice calm, cool, and collected. It was the complete opposite of what she was feeling right now.

Her hands never let go of her twins, feeling them leave her even though she was pulling tooth and nail to give them something back to live. To have a fighting chance but again the rogues got to them and knew what to do to the twins.

How could she have let this happen? If the rogue was going to kill then she was going to bring the b*****d down with her to hell and torture personally. Not this demon, who didn't come off as evil, but did have what all demons had and that was the dangerous edge.

Raising a brow at the woman, Edward turned to her, his eyes matching the same violet hue that was in the scratches that he had given the rogue. “Hmm? But I don’t want to…” He blinked slowly, his eyes slowly returning to normal as he sent the rogue collapsing on the ground. “I want to have some fun.” Blinking a few more times, the demon tilted his head to the side, looking almost cute if it wasn’t for the fact that he was a low level demon with the ability that a low level shouldn’t have.

“Shouldn’t you be getting out of the building, Angel?” It wasn’t said as a pick up line, but as what the woman was. “I don’t believe that your kind is fireproof…” part of the roof ended up collapsing, right above him, but he simply side stepped it, the fire moving away from him but in turn moving towards the rogue and Gambler. And the twins. “Hmm… Cherubs?” He blinked a few more times, looking almost amused at the scene.

Stepping back just a bit, he chuckled softly once more, shaking his head, “So many pure things… or were pure things…” Edward was messing with someone that could easily kill him, and he knew that, but he couldn’t stop the comments. Loki was often someone that he was referred to being too similar to. Someone that was a troublemaker, holding more power than they could control, but not being high enough in power to cause enough damage to make a name for himself. “Shame…” Looking at the rogue, his eyes were turning back to the violet that they were before, “I want to play with him… Surely you won’t deny a small time demon some fun while you get your persons out of here?” He raised a brow, looking amused once more.

Gambler turned away with a dismissal of a high rank would someone who was just wasn't worth their time. Only she rarely did that because if this was a different situation she would join the demon. She was one of the best angels to be around yet right now, a hole was forming inside her.

A void that could never be filled and that could be dangerous when her thoughts were starting to turn bad. Gasping softly she stared at her twins and felt so numb she didn't feel another part of the ceiling drop on her and lit her arm on fire. They were...gone. Nothing else but lifeless bodies. They were erased from existance. That void was forever going to be there, haunting her until the end of her days.

Kneeling down, she pressed her head to the hot floor and clenched her jaw. "Go away. Just...take him and go away." She whispered softly to the demon. "Go have your fun but leave me alone." Her voice was so soft you had to strain to hear it among the roar of the flames and the noise outside.

Gambler, despite herself and the rational part of her, decided to stay and just burn. She would be there until she was ready which would have been never. Maybe she should get their bodies out but her being just refused to move.

The shock was too great. It hurt. It hurt to know that her boys were gone and never going to come back with their charming, boyish smiles and their pranks. They won't mess with Joker or play video games like junkies. They were...nothing. She felt nothing.

In a normal circumstance, the man would have simply shrugged and let the woman burn. She wanted to die with people that apparently meant something to her, but he never understood the point of doing that. But looking at her, he stilled, his arms still lying by his side, the scars prominent against the slightly tanned skin. Sighing softly, he shook his head before moving closer to them, the flames moving out of his way and getting away from Gambler and the twins as he knelt down.

“How about I help you get these two out of here so that you can bury them properly?” his green eyes were back; almost cat like as he watched the woman. Specks of violet were still in them as he was careful with her words. “You’re powerful… What are you doing here?” He didn’t know who this was, he didn’t really care too much, but there was something just wrong about torturing someone when there was a woman kneeling here in front of what seemed to be her friends or sons or something.

“They deserve better than to burn, Miss.” He was mentally cursing himself. Edward had spent way too much time with Dusk and Raul, feeling an urge to help someone that actually needed it. “Just get them out of here.”

"Why do you care demon? Your only interested in playing with your food." She said softly mentioning in the rouge angel but knew that the demon spoke true. If she could at least give something to her boys, it would have to be a nice funeral and to be properly respected with friends and family.

Yeah that was something she could do. Without breaking hand contact with the twins she effortlessly picked them up and placed them one on top of the other on her back and started to walk out, abeit slowly and sluggishly from the dead weight, to where she had come from. "Carry on demon. I will heed your words."

Edward chuckled softly, shrugging some, “I’ve been around people of good heart for too long to not be slightly affected…” Smirking just a bit, he soon was moving to do just as she had mentioned and play with his food. Tilting his head to the side, he continued to watch her before sighing some, shaking his head. He didn’t know why it was, but there was something that was there about the woman that wasn’t exactly normal.

He simply shrugged a bit as he continued to watch her, but soon is attention was back to the writhing rogue in front of him. Licking his lips, he chuckled softly before shaking his head some, “This will be fun.”

Coming out of the burning building with her two boys on top of her, Joker smiled slightly relieved to see them yet he frowned and looked on in horror that the boys were lifeless and not walking.

Running over to her he took the twins off her and layed them down each on a stretcher. Looking at Gambler her pulled her into a hug she didn't return. Moving out of the insane mans hug she kneeled down hugging them close to her chest.

Joker touched the top of her head knowing that he couldn't do anything but let her get through this. Taking his phone out the man dialed Kyoshi's number to tell him what was happeneing.

Kyoshi listened and blinked. "WHAT?!"

Pacing in Joker’s house, Eldin was frowning and he didn’t know why. He knew that there was some form of problem going on, that much he knew, but other than that… he knew nothing. He was tempted to call Joker, but he decided against it, simply forcing himself to sit on the couch, frowning more.

He had gotten more information from Silia’s daughter, something about Kae, but there was no one there… And it was bothering him a bit. Soon though, there was a ringing and he was answering his phone, listening as Rave explained about the three new people that were around. He nodded some, promising to call Joker. “I will, Sir.” With another nod, he soon was calling Joker, the sense of dread back, but he still didn’t know why.

Joker finished speaking with Kyoshi who was swearing when he hung up and answered Eldin's call. "Yes Eldin?" His tone was grave and if the elf was here he would have seen the grim and pale look her had. "Is something wrong?" He asked concerned that something had happened to the elf.

Looking worried, Eldin shook his head, “No… Not here… But…” He bit his lip softly before sighing some, “S-sir Rave found help… he found three people, given to us by Miss Dusk, that she says would be helpful for when he find whoever is doing all of this… He wishes to know if he can use your home, seeing as his isn’t a place where we all go.” But then the man was frowning himself, “But… Joker… Something is wrong, but I don’t know what it is… I sense something’s wrong…” It was the annoying thing about being an elf intoned into what was around them. Being a life mage sucked. “What’s wrong?”

Joker watched as Gambler just stayed with the lifeless bodies of Ivan and Hans in a catatonic state. Walking away but far enough away to keep her in his sights. "Eldin....Something indeed has happened. The Twins are...Dead." He said, laying down the bombshell he gave Kyoshi moments earlier. "Those three that Rave have can stay with me for as long as they want. If they need space we can give them an apartment in Gambler's building where she lives if they like." He said, rubbing the bridge of his nose.
