That's a picture of a black shuck, which is a ghostly black dog in some kinda English folklore.
I'm using that as the pic for a barghest pet my characters have in a story. He was picked up on an Elven island.
The idea is, he's a demonic dog and very aggressive towards anything considered an enemy, but friendly towards everyone else and otherwise behaves like a normal dog, just with demonic fangs, claws, and barks.
