Wow, I just don't know what to say. Almost makes me want to take Moderator action.

Eh. So sue me. Its the only rational explaination for being so uptight I could think of. I've grown rather bitter, and I'm not entirely fanatical about being chastized for being polite.

I agree. I read the posts, and you were in the right. He just refuses to admit he may be, and likely is, wrong.
I'm just waiting for an excuse now...

Plus, that's why I also have the option of "white text".
I can put my witty subconcious banter (or lackthereof) to justify my responses..

EK, I'll let you handle what happens. I'm going to wait until this thread actually goes back to its original purpose, rather than a large trashtalking of mods..

I think that's a smart idea.

I wonder how much of the GAR were conventional soldiers? not clones, but Armies raised on outer rim worlds to fight for the Republic. Surely the army could not all have been clones if it spanned a galaxy.

Dunno. I'd guess at 20%, most of them taking more support roles.

Does anyone else think Plo-Koon survived the crash?...

No. A far more plausible "Might have lived" Scenario would be Jango Fett.
Fett had clones of himself made. Plus he was a bounty hunter with a very exclusive Clientele.
What if the man Windu killed on Geonosis was a clone Jango had stand in for him while he was on a hunt? It would have fooled everyone, and it wasnt like overseeing a simple Execution was going to be a very difficult job.

I've always thought of that, but Lucas wouldn't give us that much now would he?

Nah, I think that really was Jango. He had all of that information and had all the battle scars of whatnot of the real Jango. Besides, don't you think he would have told Boba about this plan and not have had his son there? I like the idea better that Boba had survived the sarlacc pit.

I think a far more likely surviver candidate is Mace Windu. Lesser Jedi than him have survived having hands cut off and being blasted with Force lightning... It's very easy to believe that, with all the stuff going through the air on Coruscant that he hit a speeder or platform a few feet down, and went into exile.
