[[yeah, its a little late to throw an emp bomb. But for the record dust, Tara could easily lift a car up. And she is the only one of the rising suns to have experience with machines, and her her case, too much experience, in her world, the force taking it over used machines, she knows the basic tics and tocks of androids and such. Of course now, yes, she better run.]]
[[well, I need to edit because the blast wa made smaller]]
Tara realized what the drones were doing only shortly before they actually detonated. She used that time to run toward the lake, tapping fully into her non-human blood and completeing her change into a feral cat demon/race. This made her larger and tougher, which she knew she would need to survive this.
She dove in the lake like a torpedo and was digging into the muddy bottom, only half way in when the flash went off. As she knew all too well it would, the water flash evaporated from the heat down. Yet for some reason, only about half the lake did so. The lower elevation, and the fact that she was in a very large amount of water, even though the remaining water was near boiling, made the area she was in slightly cooler, if only a bit. And the slushy mud she had been digging into had dissolved in the boiling water. Maleforce winds of the shockwave blew her and much of the water away with still searing winds.
Tara felt her fur burn to ash and all of her appendages burnt black in areas along with parts of her body and face as she was thrown into the air and dropped near the other end of the lake. She fell with a thud, sending a plume of sand and dust into the air. She lay there, breathing erradictly, her mind fading in and out of conciousness, wracked with the enormous pain of the blast she felt should have been much closer to dying from, not the first blast such as that, just the first time unshielded and that close. The blast should have been bigger from what she remembered about the immortal's weapons that had been used on her world. Even so, she felt like hell. She felt her feral form melt away, her human body coming back into form, her skin still black and charred, though the areas of burnt skin had lessened from her shedding of her larger form. She felt her super human healling fighting to bring her body back to prime condition, but it would be awhile. The last time this happened she was in a bed for 3 days, even with proper care, she didn't see fighting, for at least that long this time around, it would take about 1 days for her fast healing to replace and heal all her skin and her muscle to heal from the battery they had just gone through. It could have been much worse if the blast had been full force. Even so, she should be able to get up and make her way to the manshion after her body healed enough for basic functioning.
I hate machines Tara thgouht as she faded into unconciousness.

Truinthil spun on his heel to begin his second attack, but noticed the rising power within all the droids and assumed the worst. He grimaced and fled into the shadows just as the explosion ushered forth. He did not escape unharmed however, for just the sheer heat of the blast burned a good portion of his exposed skin and set his clothing afire as he merged with the shadows and fled the area. Whether the others he had been defending were to get out or not was not of his concern. All that truly mattered to him was that Draeken and his original were left alive for him to destroy.

Opening his mouth to speak to all the newcomers offering aid and to those obviously come to harm him or perhaps everyone, he only managed to get out the first syllable of whatever he was to say. The blast outside shook the mansion in its entirety. The library itself was to become a chaotic mess of fallen shelves, books, and scrolls. The training room would be a room of death, seeing as all the weapons on the walls would promptly begin to fall and all but fly around. The kitchens, parlors, and very likely every room with anything not bolted to the floor were instantly turned into absolute messes.
Outside, the lake would once again be evaporated, creating a huge cloud of steam to go along with the mushroom cloud. Trees for a goodly range around the area were either flattened, uprooted and thrown, destroyed completely, or stripped of their leaves and most of their branches. The shielding on the mansion would be seen to shimmer in and out of sight. It would not eventually fade back into invisibility however. For several minutes it would continue to shimmer every thirty seconds or so, but as time went on, the intervals between shimmers would get longer. The shield had not been comprimised, but it had not been undamaged either. It would hold, for now.
"Blood and bloody ashes! If I get my hands on that b*****d KB he will rue the day he was born!" Draeken's eyes flashed an unnatural green for a breif moment before returning to their icy blue. He had only just managed to stay upright during the literal earthquake the explosion had caused.

*Sundel turned around the corner aswell and glared at Kira* The observer of the three? I resent that. As if I'd let him tell me where to go. That's not the point though! *She turned to D* Draeken...Do you have ANY idea how much trouble you've caused me!?

"Hehe. Why on Earth would I ever tell you where to go, Sunny? You end up going where you need to without my involvement. You need not take such affront to everything." Erudemasa said, ignoring the explosion and tremors. Walking over to a window, he did look out at the devastation around the mansion. "Well, I imagine this'll make the place easier for some to get to now that the lake is out of the way. Water and circuitry don't mix well, so it's only natural they wanted the lake gone. Such a pity that none of you will have the chance to see tonight's sunset reflected off of it. It was lovely."
Erudemasa turned and faces the assembled crowd. "It's nice to see all of you again. I'm Erudemasa. I'll bet you're curious what we are, correct?" Erudemasa smiled widely at the group as he placed his book on a nearby endtable.

Upon the appearance of Sundel, something inside Draeken wanted to snarl. After a quick moment of thought he knew what it was. "You. You've come for not exactly myself, but my ancestor. What you plan or who these other two are I have no idea, but I know now that you all want Old D for something. Likely it isnt good since you have Death with you." He wanted to vomit, to tell the truth. He knew that this day wasnt going to end well. Not at all.

It is about time that you were to show up Sundel.
*She glared at the woman then turned her glare to Draeken.*
Yes. You are right, in a manner of speaking. We have come for the old man in your skull and I suggest a peacefull surrender on your part. Otherwise we may have to harm you or perhaps even those around you.
*She almost grinned at the casual mentioning of harming those around Draeken. She likely thought it would all be good sport. She ignored Erudemesa's ramblings.*

-_o Well soooooorry, but being the reaper of souls has its setbacks. Look, Draeken, I don't want to waste my time here, so I suggest you just hold still and let this happen. *She crossed her arms and bowed her head, allowing the hood to cover her head and face again*

As the explosion ended Amber in her state of euphoria, wondered as to how she had survived. Her ears were ringing and she felt a hot sticky substance oozing from her left arm. Craning her neck to see however sent agony along every nerve of her body and caused her to black out. On her next return to conciousness, instead of moving she just ran her senses along her body. Her entire anamtomy was scorched and burned, her arms were a charred mess that would take time in healing but if she was lucky her body would soon begin to heal. Since for some odd resaon her cells divided 50 times faster than most average human beings. However what kept her alive was to her as of yet unknown and as she past into the blessed release and collapsed into the darkness bearing down on every sense she possessed.

Sparkei's senses screamed in his head as his eye swung towards the window. All he saw was a blinding flash, followed by a severe shaking of the mansion, taking a minor step back to refocus his center of gravity, his eyes seemed to glaze over in a silent fury. The lake was gone, and what he can see of the trees were either incinerated, torn from their roots, or just plain singed...."alittle". Looking at yet another new figure in the room, he felt his insides churn to the point of where he felt like throwing up. She was definately the one to watch for...especially when she said something about being the reaper of souls. Hearing Draeken say something about his ancestor and thats who they were after, the first thought that came into his head was than why are they HERE? Oh...maybe they cant find his ancestor? That theory was thrown out the moment the other woman said that the old man was in his skull. He felt questions race in and out of his mind, but none ever escaped his lips, as the woman threatened to harm everyone if Draeken didnt surrender peacefully. A minor movement put Sparkei in a battle ready stance, but noone could really see what it was unless they were paying total attention to him, if even then. Sparkei's eyes than began to watch the reaper and the other woman, sizing them up. If there was going to be a battle, he knew already that it was going to be a very, very, difficult one.

Lex coughed and sputtered as he got to the sruface of the lake again, gasping for air quickly, singed lightly from the paticularily wonderful lashpoint before the shockwave had disoriented him big time... "What.. the hell Was that..." he asked aimlessly, then erked at the gaping hole where the beach had once been... lovely.... as for what remained of the water of the lake, and where it would likely go... well.. he was bound to go along for the ride unless he moved his tail quickly to the bridge again.. his whole back side had a fine black tinge, which was washing away lightly in the water, but stung like hell no matter the color.
