Pistil For the worse? Mine has definitely changed drastically, but probably for the better... I won't know for a while how it'll all pan out. So far this year it's going pretty good. There's been bad stuff, but it's balanced itself out. Like for example: -my bf and I broke up Feb 7th -my cat died early March -my bosses announced that the plant was closing the same day I was going to start looking at houses to buy (mid-March) -I got laid off June 27th BUT: -I met my new bf May 30th (although we say June 1st cuz that was our first date) -I applied for college -I went to Alberta -I got accepted into college (in Brandon) -I passed the entrance exam with flying colours -I went to Minneapolis -I got one of the last two spots in the program (30 seats - usually a year waiting list) -I went to the East coast -I found a place in Brandon (super hard to do with the population explosion) -EI eventually accepted me (took four months) etc. The bad stuff happened at the beginning of the year. Ever since then nothing seriously bad happened. Even when I twisted my ankle on Saturday it ended up being a GOOD thing (a 20 pound box hit it last November and a bone has been out of place ever since. Twisting it on the weekend put it more into place than it has been since before the accident) My year has been pretty much the same, I've been laid off, car finally died(didn't have it for even a year), an asswipe stole my brand new $500 race BMX bike, had two toe nail infections on the same toe(two procedures, don't feel like going through the whole thing). I have a carpentry ticket which I kinda regret now, I broke my schaphoid(bone connecting bone from tumb to wrist) Only difference, I don't hate myself anymore, nor am I in a deep depression(Except for the cast and unemployed, lol). And me and my GF have offcially been together for 5 years mrgreen

Of course, I've only had two relationships and I'm still at the beginning of the second one (4 months today). We don't even see each other on our 'anniversaries' (except the first one, cuz we went and saw the fireworks for Canada Day), there was always something preventing it lol. Like he was in Alberta, I was in the states, and today he gets to sleep all day and work all night (plus he lives in a different city... but it's only half an hour away) Last time I was really depressed when when my ex and I broke up.... and a month before that because of the box-to-head accident XP I usually get depressed in the winter, so hopefully that doesn't happen this year because I won't have anyone to kick me in the butt to get to school o.o

Only 5 years and we act like an old married couple, only difference....not going to say xd I actually get depressed in the warming part of spring. To wet to do anything, but too warm to play hockey. Because the lack of money and equipment, I only get outdoor hockey :sigh:
Maybe this dude's the one smile

Maybe this dude's the one smile Less wrinkles? rofl I don't think I can even skate this year. Don't think I skated last year. Dumb ankle mad I've always had weak ankles but this is definitely extreme. I should figure out how to strengthen it real good. Sucks you only get outdoor hockey - plenty of indoor rinks here... even in Brandon when I move I believe. I hope so. Don't really see him often so getting to know each other is kinda slow lol. But talk about eventually moving in together comes up relatively often. He even said he'd move too but there's no one hiring for his field out there (he works at a print shop).

(And my catcher hand is gonna be weaker, because it's the one thats broken-_-
And I know Brandon has hockey rinks, they also have a WHL team lol.
If you two are supposed to be together it'll work out 3nodding

She made me do an errand during the only time I would've been able to see him today. Of course, I was kinda willing to do the errand because SOMEONE had to and there was no one else to do it (I had to drop off family at the airport)

Were you joking or what?
I live like 45min away from my gf, and she's in uni right now. Just trying to find time is hard, I'm like the MSN boyfriend on weekdays, and weekend boyfriend from Friday to Sunday night lol

I should probably look that up now lol I was kinda joking. I was a little upset about the errand but other than that I kinda figured I wouldn't see him. Plus I had a three hour nap when I got home from it lol. Right now we live half an hour away. But he works shift work so when he's on nights I can only see him on the weekend. When I move we'll be two and a half hours away.

Same, I worked clean up in a mill for three years, topok s**t from every level, and in the last year, was taught about lock-outs that I was never taught, improtant lockouts, the ones that if I didn't lock out, all the other locks became useless, so I could have still been killed -_-;. Then they got rid of clean up(weekend-which was the group I was leader in). And I have't worked since :sigh: And not many places are hriring right now. sweatdrop

But his main job I think is to just feed the press, and clean it at the end of his shift. That last part sucks because they switched chemicals and now he sometimes burns himself with it... and stinks of chemicals for a while.

Been there a couple years I think, so he has a little bit of seniority and they keep teaching him new things - which makes him not want to leave lol Haha, same, only with my knees. And here I am, aspiring to get the rest of my goalie equipment and play goal in a mens rec league sweatdrop
And I have't worked since :sigh: And not many places are hriring right now. sweatdrop I'm probably joining a gym once I move to Brandon so that I can work on my ankle and shoulder. 3nodding Well that's kinda important stuff to know... my bf is basically being taught to be able to run the press machine himself - which is pretty cool cuz I think you're supposed to have a ticket or something (proper schooling at least) to be able to that lol. But his main job I think is to just feed the press, and clean it at the end of his shift. That last part sucks because they switched chemicals and now he sometimes burns himself with it... and stinks of chemicals for a while. That sucks. But he should watch it, I don't know about Man. But in BC if you don't have that little piece of paper, and WCB(Worker Compensation Board) catches that, him and the company are screwed-_-
And I'm thinking of making a hockey sim league in the guild *ponders*Yeah, I know. He just needs to actually go and get the paper-getting course over with... but he'd have to go down to North Dakota to get it supposedly. How does that work?

Pistil Linkin Park316 Pistil Linkin Park316 Pistil Supposedly I already knew some exercises. Toe press (duh) and the 'alphabet'. There's a few more that I found that really... hurt... so yeah, should probably work on those lol. Just walking around a mall has me limping and wincing in the end sad Yeah, he works. Too bad there isn't anything closer to home. Haven't totally thought of it yet, but probably, I have NHL 08 so I sell the 30 teams for 100g(or more) each, sim the games.29 games each. Who ever wins the Cup gets the prize money. Haven't really thought it out though
