Michael looked over at Midna. "I have been meaning to ask, you use three certain names like some people where I come from simply use the word 'god'. Why?"

Sarri looked at Michael. "Here in Hyrule, the world was cultivated by the goddess of power, Din. And Nyru, the goddess of wisdom, gave the spirit of law unto the land, and the goddess of courage, Farore, gave life to creatures who would uphold the law." She smiled at him.

"They also created the Triforce. I know you're a foreigner, and probably don't know what the Triforce is... It's a part of each of the goddesses. Din is the goddess of power, and her triforce piece unfortunately resides in Ganondorf. I have Wisdom from Nayru, and Link has the triforce of courage from Farore." Zelda explained, hoping he understood it. "It's why Ganondorf is so powerful."

Michael seemed to be still for a second, like a computer stops for a second as it moves important or new files. "Saved and placed. Now, Wise One, what do you see?" Michael's eye started to burn again, his temper shortening.

Mona attempted to make sense of what he meant by "saved and placed." She didn't know what it meant, maybe it was some foreign thing. Instead, she watched Michael and the Wise One intently. "You are different from us. Your heart tells me so. This must be such a confusing time for you, such great change." She blinked a few times. "I can relate. Now, I see in your future an important decision, one that will impact your life forever. You will have to choose between two important things, Michael. Choose wisely, friend." The Wise One let his hand go, then looked at Sarri. "How about you next, dear?"

Sarrianna scooted forward and held out her right hand, wondering what became of Dark. She let her mind clear. He can take care of himself. Besides, if he turned back to Ganondorf, Link has already beaten him once.

The Wise One took her hand, thinking a moment, concentrating hard before a large grin spread across her elderly face. "You possess a strong feeling towards something else. Your heart beats and your mind thinks with it in mind for much of the time." She sighed, as if remembering something. "I do not blame you. What you seek is well worth seeking. I must advise you, though: Do not let this hinder you from your potential to be a hero among heroes; you have great power, and you will use it well." She leaned forward and whispered in her ear: "Good luck." Before setting her hand down and turning to Sunoka. "You're left, dear. Please give me your hand." Mona sensed Sarri's feeling, as well, and smiled at her.

Sunoka slowly stood up and walked forward, stopping in front of where she thought The Wise One was at. The girl held her hand out and let the woman read it.

Mona guided her the rest of the way and helped her sit down. As was routine, the Wise One took her hand, immediately knowing what to say. "You and I are much alike in our disabilities, yet I was born to never see your face. I have lived with this my whole life, and you shall too, without problem. Your sight will not stop you from your capability, I promise you."

Sunoka smiled brightly when she heard The Wise One's reassuring words. "Thank you." She said cheerfully. The girl bowed her head and moved back against the wall to sit down. The Wise One's words had hardened her self-confidence, but thought for a moment. "She can't see either?" She wondered curiously. "And, if we're the same, will I be as wise as her one day?" Sunoka smiled internally at the thought of being so wise and powerful.

"Yes, thank you very much for reading our palms." Zelda smiled. She's right... She glanced again at her injuries. "I've been wondering, though. Has it been you that's put the visions in our heads all along? "Some of your hearts told me you were seeing these things. Alas, I have not." "Do you know anyone that could've?" "I don't know, honestly. And I cannot foresee anything that could be of help, there." Zelda felt discouraged. "Thank you. Is there any other information you know that could help us?" "I can help you guys. You said your seeing visions? Tell me more about it. "We see them only when we're sleeping. We thought they were nightmares at first." "I know just the thing. Wise One, you should get some rest. The sun is setting." The sun was indeed setting. Their first day of adventuring was nearly over. The Wise One stood up, and Mona handed her a cane. "Yes, I will do that, thank you." "Alright, now all of you, follow me."

Sarri stared at her hand, slightly confused, but feeling a mixture of embarrassment and pride. She found herself looking up at the faces of those around her. A hero among heroes... She looked at Link and he was watching the Triforce insignia on his left hand. She could almost feel the emotions he was feeling.

Mona approached Sarri and whispered in her ear. "Don't worry, the Wise One won't say anythin'. And your secret is safe with me." She winked before she went in front of the group, leading them into her study. Bookshelves lined one wall, all of them full. Another wall had a desk cluttered with papers, diagrams, and other drawings. On that same wall was more shelves, but these held tons of random knickknacks and jars and empty bottles. In the center were four small cauldrons, small fires burning quietly beneath them. "Welcome to my place. Uh, its kinda messy, sorry." She laughed. "Anyway, I've been working on this potion for a little while. Have any of you heard of caffeine?" "It's a sort of stimulant, correct?" Zelda had heard of it in a book she read. "Exactly. It speeds you up, makes you bounce off walls... and prevents sleep. But! If I mix it with the right things, I think I've got something that'll allow you to drift off to sleep, while your consciousness stays alert. When you enter your crazy nightmares, it'll be just like when your awake. You'll know your dreaming, and you'll be able to control yourselves just like your able to now." She walked over to one of the cauldrons, pointing down at the one with the orange bubbling liquid. "It's this one. I must warn you guys, though, this has some setbacks. If you get seriously injured or killed in your dreams you'll immediately wake up, and you'll experience some brief pain. It'll go away, though. But I highly suggest you avoid getting hurt altogether." She began filling some empty vials with the liquid. "I'm hoping these will help, because if your able to explore your nightmares freely you could find some useful information. Plus there's a chance you could find the origin of your nightmares. By the way, ya'll should sleep in the guest house tonight. It's not far from here. I can take you there" Sleep sounded extremely good to Zelda. Nighttime was fast approaching. "It won't hurt to bunk here for the night. What do you think, guys?"

Michael looked at them all oddly. "I never understood dreaming. It is simply the subconcious creating images. I never have slept, so I guess that is why I have never understood. Where should I go? Oh, and Mona, you may not have known this, but caffeine is also addictive."

"I am fully aware of this. Its just a risk you'll all have to take. How many bottles should I make, by the way? Are all of you having the visions? And Michael... You've never slept? How in the world have you stayed alive this entire time?" Mona asked. It was astounding to her that he's never slept.
