Zach has tried to get me to have sex on the beach but sand during sex seems super unpleasant. We have had sex in a park before. And our first time was on my aunt's couch.

Sexual conquests, eh? Well, I'd post a confession anonymously, but this'll be long, and my writing style would definitely show. Plus, I'm honestly not all that shy about this, I know I've had this discussion with a couple people here.

Conquest is an overused word, especially when it comes to sex. Conquest implies, well, that you conquered something. A new position, or place, to me, doesn't really fit the bill. Conquest, is, at the end of the day, a human thing. You can conquer a hill, but it doesn't mean s**t unless you mow down a bunch of bitches to get there.

True sexual conquest, in my own opinion, comes from bending someone to your will, in both an erotic and chaste manner. It is something I revel in doing, and I've become quite skilled at it in a lot of respects.

I know a few people internally recoiled reading that opening statement, and I don't blame them. It stems from a misunderstanding of what dominance means in a sexual (and, again, non-sexual) context. Can there be dominance by brute force? Of course. We see that applied in non-sexual ways every day. That doesn't appeal to me, for a number of reasons; not least of which being compassion for whom I happen to be asserting my authority over.

The other way to approach dominance is subtler, and a hell of a lot harder. It can take some time to assert your dominance this way, and, in general, it's hard to define. The only way I can really define it is "shifting paradigms." You have to establish a relationship with a clear hierarchy, but be very fair and just in your handling of said relationship.

This can have a lot of forms. For me, it tends to be some aspect of a Dom/sub relationship. It has wormed its way into most of my romantic relationships over the years. I've had several wonderful romances blossom from Dom/sub, as a matter of fact. A few years ago, I was talking to a friend of mine on the subject, and she asserted that there is no such thing a Dom/sub relationship, because the sub's limits have to be respected. I agree that this is true, but the reins of control can always remain in the Dom's control without having to worry about limitations. This is done by interacting with the sub in such a way that she (or he, for others) genuinely wants to serve. This, of course, obviously lads to some give and take on the Dom's part, and is the main reason why the "Non-brute force" method requires more patience, and is overall harder.

I don't really have a specific conquest to share, just the general feeling of satisfaction that occurs when someone whom you care for, and who cares for you, is willing to please you as you see fit, sexually or non-sexually. It is a beautiful, fragile thing that must be nourished and cherished, but it is the ultimate thrill to be able to feel someone so intricately tied to you.

Confession: I am so into the dominance and submission thing. Zach very much uses this to his benefit.
