(painfully xP but she didn't mean to. xP)
Orion sighed and put a hand on his forehead dragging it down over his face before looking up to the whole of the pack. "incompetent.." he said quietly so no one would hear.
"Now what Orion?" one of his own pack members asked as they surrounded the winter pack a little more "I dont know... " he told them. he hadn't prepared for this, especially the part where the alpha had refused the offer, although somehow he did know he would be too stubborn. knowing that his authority was getting lower and control over both packs was diminishing as he ranted on with his speeches. he kneeled back down to Kagu and Luna, and now Violet "I have a feeling the fighting will start again soon. I want all of you to go. now, Leave Andrew with me I dont want them chasing you" he stated to them. they Nodded and Luna helped Carry the Injured Kagu back home to the summer lands.

looking up she saw Tirion coming at her fast and immediatly she backed away as much as she could quickly "hey hey!. wait.. wait WAIT!" she yelled raising a paw above her, the other over her closed eyes as the sword was raised.

"What?!" he yelled furiously, still wanting to spill her blood.
Seeing the three wolves leaving, one of the guards stood in the way, saying "You're not leaving here without a couple of scars on the way." He was about to draw his weapons, until another grabbed his shoulder and said "No. To do that would be evil, not good. They may be the enemy, but we shall not attack innocents." Growling, he nodded and stood aside.

"you have anger problems. you know that right" she laughed immediately relaxing and taking hold of his hand that was holding the sword so he couldn't stab her. "and hey, I aligned it didn't I?" she grinned motioning her head towards his arm. using her good leg she kicked him down to the floor.

Luna nodded to the wolves in thanks as she walked past them. looking down to violet as she spoke "hm, Daddy doesn't know what to do now...." she said simply looking back to him from afar.

on the other hand... Orion knew he'd lost... not in battle but in the war, he had come to the end of how far he'd go to get the resources he needed for his own pack and refused to continue. his pack surrounded the winter pack but more killing was useless as the alpha was not going to agree to his terms.... so maybe he would create new terms...
"I have come to the decision there will be no more fighting" he stated to the crowd, his pack listening carefully. "the new terms I have not discussed with my pack beforehand are this: I will not become your leader, but you will allow the summer pack enough nourishment to survive...... in return I will appoint a new leader and I will step down as alpha and do with me as you will." his reasoning for giving himself was he was the one who injured Andrew and assumed they might think it was good terms, if it wasn't good enough, he would likely have to begin the fight again... yells from his own pack for him not to do this and allow them to fight instead were not convincing enough for Orion to let them. and just to sweeten the deal, he reluctantly stepped over to Andrew reluctantly and even though he was unconscious he kicked him in the head, then chest reopening his wounds on purpose just to look convincing.

Violet looked back and saw what happened and whimpered and jumped at Luna's leg because she got scared.She jumped pretty high and almost landed in Luna's arms

"whats wrong?" Luna asked catching her with one paw. "I told you you shouldn't have come here in case of this..." she said reffering to the death of the wolves.

Waking as Orion reopened the cuts on his chests, he yelled out painfully "Attack! Kill them now!" Hearing his command, the Winter Pack wolves immediately started fighting again, some even charging towards Orion before Andrew gave the command.
Growling painfully as he landed on the floor, he was still a bit tired from fighting the bear, and remained where he was, his blade still in his hand.

Alexus continued her walk north and stopped every once in a while to examine the scenery. Soon it was cold, just not cold enough for snow, and she figured she would see snow soon.

"hm, I guess I'll take that as a no" he smiled, he didn't really want that to have worked. "restrain them!" Orion told his pack taking a spear, he stabbed one of the wolves coming towards him immediately into the chest and went for another keeping his eye on Andrew while the rest of his soldier wolves quickly took hold of most of the other wolves in hand, there were more of them and they already had them surrounded so had an advantage "bad move.." orion sighed, but was actually telling himself.

Envy tried pulling it from him "hey, let go!" she tugged on it hard trying to get it away from him "gonna poke someones eye out with that thing."

Unable to break free from the robes, Andrew was stuck in place as he saw his men fight.
Not wanting to die from his own partner, he still tried to hold on to his weapon, until he finally gave and let go of his sword.

Shana wenrt over to the leader, before attacking and ripped up the robes binding him.. She knew that he would be helpful in this battle.

Thanking Shana for freeing him, he still didn't have a weapon, and the other guards were too busy fighting Summer wolves to hand him one. So he simply stroke out with his claws, as he made an attempt to strike Orion.

"good boy" Envy mocked taking the sword and throwing it aside away from him. she sat down and looked at his arm "well. did I or not?" she grinned taking hold of it "better say now before I try again" she was just bored.

Orion a little busy with the other wolves didn't notice the attack until andrew was close and caught only part of the strike as he backed himself away into the crowd of wolves that were attacking him.
the rest of the summer pack were struggling to restrain all of the wolves aroundas they were strong, and rebelling so some pack members on the outer parts of the fight brought out their weapons without orions permission and began using them (I dunno, like.. bows and arrows I guess? should we have guns in this RP?)

(( Wouldn't that be pushing the line then? Well, maybe like one shoot gun, and then have to reload it with another bullet and shoot again, but not machine guns. That's human technology. In fact, it would be funny if we brought one right now.))
"It's bleeding... not fixed... the bone's snapped... not misplaced." he growled, trying to kick her away, but all he could do was gently tap her with his foot.
