"I never said you'd stop caring about her... It doesn't make you shallow, just normal I'd say." The squirrel woman, thanks to her good mood, was attempting to at least wash away some of that guilt. 100% gay men didn't stop their morning jog if they catch glimpse of a naked woman skinny dipping.

Vasile didn't look too convinced, he just averted his eyes and shrugged. "I wouldn't do that to her. Not unless I was certain," he said with a steeled nod.

Vasile frowned. "Not really. I mean.. she has like... " he motioned to his nether-regions, "equiptment and all. Just it's more snakey than human. I mean, I guess its snakey..I'm not really versed with snake sex organs." He snorted. "But I mean... snakes mate, right? So I bet its not like she couldn't.. you know?"

"I'm sure they don't exactly mate in the same way most mammals do," Antony said gravely, running a hand through her hair in thought. "Maybe that's just the mammal instincts starting? I don't know, I haven't had sex with anyone changing to a reptile. But," she paused, brow furrowing for a moment before she continued, "I've found myself enjoying the company of another rodent more so lately..."
Yeah, there was an explanation for those damned internal naggings.

"Oh yeah? Besides this new guy I met the other day, I seem to be attracted to dogs the most. Like Ambrose and Avery. They are related to foxes, right? I guess... I guess that kind of makes sense. Jamal and Timmy.. they're all mamamals."
Vasile could live with that. It was still the labs fault for tunring him gay AND his mammal instincts.

With a nod, Antony let out a quiet sigh of relief, and allowed herself to flick a splash of water towards the fox man. The mention of one name caused her to blink and raise an eyebrow, "I wouldn't suggest hitting on Jamal if I were you... While he's great in the sack; he's most certainly straight and would not appreciate the suggestion of otherwise."
A mental image of Vasile being turned into tiger chow flashed in her mind before his next question caught her off guard.
"One of Moreau's old classmates. He's turning into a rat," she offered, making sure to stear clear of the fact that there could be anything else (There wasn't! A nagging voice chortled in her mind.) between her and Chert.

Vasile barked out a laugh. "I figured, but he's still nice to look at."
Vasile's attention turned towards this rat guy. "The guy new Moreau from high school?" He shook his head. "Must have made quite an impression. And not a good one."

"He's got a temper on him, but I have no problems handling that. Takes one to know one usually." Her eyes raised to the lowering sun as she spoke, soon enough glancing down to her now pruny fingers. "I'm getting pruny," she said stupidly, glancing up the beach towards her towel.
"If you'd like to keep talking, we can head to my duplex and apparently have girl talk." A smile and amused look flickered across her features for a moment before she turned and made her way up the beach. Her hips swayed naturally despite her slight limp, and her tails were attempting (and failing) to shake themselves free of the sea water.

Vasile followed her towards the beach. "Oh oh! Does that mean I have my first f** hag?" He laughed heartily, finding the concept amusing.

"I have never, and will never be a 'f** hag,'" she said, reaching around to squeeze out as much water from her tails as possible, and after a quick rub down with her towel, her bikini was replaced and her bag hoisted up on her shoulder. The towel was tossed to Vasile, in case he wanted to dry off a bit too. "If you haven't noticed, I don't tend to get along with women quite often, and consequently don't really have 'girl talk.'"
Not that she actually cared. Talk was just talk.

Vasile shrugged and dried himself off a bit before slipping his shorts back on. "Fine, ruin my fun. But sure, I wouldn't mind talking." He bowed and motioned towards the path. "Ladies first."

"Fun is not allowed," she said with a faux serious tone, tails swishing and flicking behind her the entire way to her duplex, which she opened and then stepped aside so he could squeeze by before her shutting it once more. "You're welcome to a shower if you want since you seem to be furrier than I."

"Ah, perfect," he said with a switch of still wet tail as they headed back towards the village. He looked over himself. "I'm worried. Seems the canines tend to go faster than everyone else." He frowned. "Have you seemed Pyroth? The poor chap can barely walk on two legs anymore. Ambrose is afraid him, and himself, and possibly me are going to end up like animals. Like animal animals, ya know?"
