Bio:
In the beginning the World was whole and full of light; but people came to desire that light for themselves; the darkness emerged from their hearts and consumed the World, the World was restored by the Light in the hearts of children but it fragmented into pieces and these pieces became worlds of their own,
ages passed and a certain fox was born; despite legends of "keys that destroyed the world" he grew up happily and upon discovering an affinity for magic he went to study at the Horin Academy, one day when the youth was visiting his family when those who still wished to make the Light their own executed a plan to summon the door once more; the area was devastated by the resulting clash of light and dark leaving only the shredded body of the young fox and the weapons of the greedy ones, seeing the explosion even from far across the world the mages of Horin academy hastened to the area and upon reaching it they found the body of Remias buried underneath the remains of his father; they wasted no time in bringing the body of their apprentice and the weapons back to the academy, Once Remias awakened the mages told him the story of the war before revealing that his family was dead; The young fox spent days in shock barely reacting to anything around himself; after a few days Remias took one of the weapons to one of the labs without a word to anyone and began to study it; while he did this the mages noticed the devastation caused by the battle had began to spread; gradually consuming their world, Noting that only enough land could be protected to sustain a few people a plan was conceived; to build a gate and send most of the population to the future while a select few stayed behind to heal the planet, shortly after the gate was built Remias took one of the academy's "White Ray" ships and went through the gate where he found a terible sight; something had gone wrong and nothing of his world remained; even the gate itself was gone, Remias spent some time weeping for his fallen world before turning towards the weapon he had brought into the future with hatred filling his heart; he would finish learning how to destroy the weapons and their wielders and he would prevent anything else from being destroyed by the Keyblades and their wielders

Remias let loose his breath and relaxed his body as he heard the cessation of sound that signified the end of the transit and the White Ray slowed to a lazy drift, the fox sat up in his chair and opened his eyes expecting to see a lush and green world but was only greeted by the sea of stars; Remias' eyes opened wide in shock "Where is it? it has to be here!" his eyes darted left and right as he span the ship in a tight circle; scanning the void for his home, discovering that there was indeed nothing to be seen the fox slammed his hands down and stood up; he stared for a moment longer before turning to the Keyblade laying on a side desk behind him "You..." the young fox leapt to where the weapon lay and sent it clattering to the floor with a sweep of his arm he summoned his weapon and started to slash it; accompanying each hit with a scream of rage,
after a few minutes Remias fell to the ground panting; as his ring blade disappeared he stared at the undamaged Keyblade and tears began to fall from his eyes as he made a solemn promise "I...I will...destroy you..."

1) What's this about suffering random attacks of extreme pain?

2) Your extended writing is a bit... well, you overuse the semi-colon by a good margin. It should really be reserved for when two complete sentences are extremely relevant to one another--and even then, in most cases, a period still works as well or better. Semi-colon overuse is pretty common, particularly in writers that have just discovered its usefulness, but it's a very niche punctuation mark, more often than not proving to hinder more than help. Maybe revise your sample post a bit just in case.

Personality: Xaviere is a book-worm type person who enjoys her alone, self-reflection and meditation time. She’s relatively easy to get along with and enjoys being social (though she likes to offset it with time on her own). Bio: Xaviere was born in a village in the Wild Lands of the North, a vast expanse of land to the north of Narnia, and home to many people living in tribal bands. Her people, the Silvi, were a group living in a winter tundra-type environment with a tribal culture. From the time she could begin to remember her life, the great lion Aslan would visit her people, specifically to see her. It was something she never understood, but when she was old enough he explained that he had chosen to share a connection with her. This connection made him her Galiant, and allowed them to remain bonded. Xaviere never understood why he chose her over anyone else, and this was a question he would never, and still will never, answer. Through much of her young life he guided her and helped shape her to be a wise and gentle soul, but quickly discovered that there was a fire in her spirit that could not be stifled. He helped her utilize this with magic, and she learned to use fire as an element for healing, but as well as for destruction. With Aslan’s careful guidance, she discovered the balance of her magic and became wiser for it. As she entered her early teenage years, Aslan sent Xaviere to apprentice with various mages, wizards, and sorcerers while he tended to tumultuous relations in his lands and in other worlds. This time away from Aslan brought Xaviere much knowledge, strife, and growth; but she always remained true to what he taught her. As she got older, she grew more proficient in her craft and learned more of the worlds than she’d ever known. Her travels found her joy, sorrow, pain, and ecstasy. She would see Aslan as often as she could, and he very quickly saw her blossom into a strong and intelligent woman with a true kindness in her heart. Once she had reached the peak of her abilities and studies, Aslan redirected her and asked her to turn to the Kingdom Academy to become a professor. Very eager to share her knowledge with others, she gladly accepted this appointment and sought Master Eraqus to ask for a position. He took her in as the professor for Medicine and Healing, Wilderness Survival, and Modern History. Over the years, she proved to be a fine professor, and eventually took on the appointment of a guidance counselor. During her time as a professor, Aslan would stay with her for brief stints of time, mostly traveling to see to important matters of peace. His stays became longer and more frequent as the academy became a bigger resource for knowledge about the warfront.

Appearance: Luna is a tall young woman, standing at roughly 5'10 when she isn't slouching or leaning against something and weighs in somewhere between 140 and 150lbs. She is very pale and has shoulder length, wavy, dyed black hair which frames her face, further emphasizing how pale she is. Luna can definitely be considered to be pretty, having nearly flawless skin, full lips, a fairly cute, albeit large nose, and light-brown, almond shaped eyes brought out with a light application of black eyeshadow.

Luna's outfit is composed of a high quality, open, black, cropped leather jacket with raven feathers lining the collar in a similar fashion to fur. The jacket is slightly armored on both of the arms with a silver metal in an asymmetrical way, with her left arm featuring shoulder armor in the shape of a raven's head, and armored all the way to the hand with a gauntlet, the armor itself having many gaps in it where one can see the leather underneath. Her right arm has only a small piece of armor just below her shoulder which wraps completely around her arm and features several spikes at the top which point upwards, while the end of her sleeve possesses buttons to close it and has been left open. She wears a fairly tight black, low-cut t-shirt underneath her jacket with several tears on the left side of her stomach in the shape of a wild animal claw which reveal the red colored tank top underneath. Luna's lower attire is less armored than her torso, sporting tight, black bell-bottom jeans with a large plate of thigh armor on the right and front parts of her right leg, along with several rips and tears along the legs, yet still looking like impossibly high quality material. For boots, she wears steel toed leather boots in a combat style with a slight high heel while a solid fifty percent of the shoes bottoms are covered by metal.

I've been thinking about how multiple-missile type attacks will work. Each ability starts at 10 points, so the bolts would need to equal 10 points altogether. For example, one bolt is 4 points, and the others are 3 each. When you go to use the ability, you can decide the power behind each bolt. If you want all 10 points in one bolt, and the others with 0, for show, you could do that, or however you want to disperse the points at the time you use the ability. You'd need to include that info as a note on the bottom of the post (you can white it out if you want to try to keep it a secret).

10% instant heal is okay, but not the additional points. That can be added later, as you level up. cat_smile

How about 20% miss chance for both ranged, and melee? The 50% chance to hit someone else (if the attack misses) is fine, but the person being hit would be allowed to calculate their defense, so it may not hit depending on how good their defense is. Half damage is good if it hits.

Also, the passive as it's written now will be in effect at all times. Do you want this always going, or instead only when people are attacking you / combat situations?

The idea behind the multi-projectile was similar. But I was thinking about each having their own set damage on hit, and they must be targeted separately, so she would essentially have to make 3 attacks with them.

For the heal... I specifically wrote that as 10% to encourage the regeneration aspect. Maybe knocking it down to 5% instead?

And the passive was meant to be included for roleplay purposes outside of combat. It would always be active, but she would have near complete control over what everyone sees. In essence, it may always be around, but you won't always be able to tell. Also, the reasoning behind the higher % for melee is that you've essentially been surrounded by illusions, so you have a higher chance. Perhaps knock it down to 25 or 30%?

How would this work? You'd activate your ability, and all three would appear at once, and then you could only attack with one that turn? (That would be your ability-attack that turn, and you could still attack with a weapon). If that's the case, you can have all three be worth 10 each, and the others would be on back-up to use in the next turns. You can only use one ability per turn, so attacking with a bolt would use up your ability for that turn.

OR you could attack with all three at once, hitting for a total of 10 attack power to multiple targets in one turn.

Because everyone's supposed to be weak to start, I'm going to limit healing to 10% of your HP. You could spread it out over three posts, like a Regen. Heal 4 the first turn, then 3, and 3.

Your Heal ability would be at 10 points, so when you level it up with more points you will get more %. Say, if you add 2 points to it, it would now be at 12% healing over 3 turns.

I'm OK with this stacking, too, so you can use it the next turn, too, and you'd get the added healing benefits.

Passives are meant to be abilities that you don't control or activate. They are always active, like being able to see in the dark, or being immune to an element.

I was imagining this as copies of yourself, or some kind of shimmer around you, making it hard to pinpoint your location and hit you, but as you've described it, it's more of the ability to create whatever illusions you want kinda thing. Having power over illusions is too powerful to start, and it's not really a passive because you have to control what illusions are being projected.

Upon success, the target becomes marked for death and takes an additional 20% damage from all subsequent attacks or abilities Luna makes for the next three turns, excluding other Renegade Mark attempts.


For teleportation, you can only go as far as the points you have in the ability. 10 points = 10 feet. Looks good. The 20% extra damage number won't begin increasing until the ability goes over 20 points.

If it's a 10 point spell, and it's added to a 10 point weapon, that weapon would have an attack power of 20 points for that turn. But if you want to use it just on its own, without adding it to a weapon, that would work, too. It could manifest in some magic-y attack.

As I understand this, once this ability is activated, it stays activated until the end of the battle or until she gets hit. It's like a Shield spell that adds to your Defense stat, and also teleports you away. This works. People would hit at you, and wear down the added Defense.

You're gonna be super annoying to hit, but this is legit OK, 'cause anybody can have an ability that adds to their defense and it would also be annoying.

For the projectiles, I was thinking flexibility over raw damage. She could use them to attack the same target, or she could have them strike multiple targets, but I currently have their total damage set as 10(check for details in the description). For targeting, I was thinking of making 1 roll per target, so if I attacked more than one opponent with it, I'd make 1 additional attack roll per extra target. Otherwise, it would just be a single roll. Largely because she's having to split her focus between each target she attacks. Also, I would have to designate which bolt went to who, or which bolt went first. This is also discounting the possibility that she doesn't fire them at all. She could instead keep them around her to discourage melee attackers.

For the healing, what if I set it for 5% base healing and 5 points over the next 2-3 turns?

Passives... If that's the case, I'll have to come up with something else. I'll pm you with a new one when I have it.

It's an ability added to weapon/fists which does damage and has a chance of causing bleed. The bleed doing 5% damage on her opponents next three turns o-o.
