Hey Gregar! It seems all the villages have now stabilzed, so after these sets of profiles, you can open all the villages except Mist (It still has like 4 people more than all the other villages)

@Cipher: DENIED. Yes, you do start out with jutsu since you are auto ranked. But seriously? Raiton: Kage Bunshin? Lightning Dragon? Your a chuunin, you need to have chuunin level techniques, as well as some genin and academy levels.

@Disaster: Can you tell me the length of the chain, and put it on the profile? I just have to make sure that its not anything too ridiculous.
@Cipher: Now that you are using this profile, you may not use your chuunin one above. That, and medical chakra is considered an element, so you have to take out wind chakra and replace it with medical if you want it now, or wait until chuunin to use medical chakra.
General Announcement: Due to villages stabilizing yet again, I have noticed that the village with the highest number of occupants, Kirigakure, has 15 members, so I have made that the village limit for the time being. Therefore, not including the ones mentioned in this post, the limit for new profiles is:
Konoha: 4
Kumo: 2
Suna: 3
Iwa: 3
Therefore, All villages except Kiri are OPEN. But if I see a million profiles for leaf come in one after the other, I'm shutting down leaf again.

Tada Hakaze: 1. you know you can pick one more shinobi type right? 2. for elemental control, you have to pick one element to get the boost, under shinobi type put Elemental Control (Element goes here). Btw...I LOVE LIU BEI IN DYNASTY WARRIORS
Insides: There's a weakness to each strength. If you're strong in unarmed close combat, it's safe to assume that you are weak to fighting with weapons and long range
