Dusk sighed, trying her hardest not to tackle Kyoshi to the floor, and asked. "What's the plan then? What do you wanna do next?" She hated that Kyoshi and her couldn't have met on better circumstances. If that were the case... she wouldn't ever let him leave her sight.

Kyoshi chuckled softly. "The plan for the time being is to get you some food, while I wait for Gambler's call. That's the only way I know for sure that anything can be done." And that's the only way I know I can protect you better, he thought to himself. For now he would try to not let her worry about the threats because no one, not even the great God Almighty can enter his apartment.

Aura nodded. "Fine. I'm not hungry though..." Yeah, she was, but the girl didn't know if she would be able to stomach anything still. Her head was going in a thousand directions, and Dusk didn't know which one to take first. At the moment, she just wanted to be near Kyoshi. For some reason, whenever the half elf was near the annoying man, she was at ease. It was odd...

Kyoshi rolled his eyes. "Your not hungry. But then you cause me trouble when you are hungry." He teased gently. He did in fact understood that she wasn't hungry because he wasn't either. Though he did want his cigs and his Kiseru to clear his thoughts and organize them but the stupid rogue Seraph blew up his apartment and in it was his Kiseru. Life just seemed to throw curve balls at him and at his Dusk.

Dusk sighed and rolled her eyes. "Well, now that neither of us are hungry, and we have nothing to do..." She poked his forehead. "I'm bored Kyo."

Kyoshi glared at her. "Don't poke me, woman." He backed away and took off his tie. Then he took his jacket off and threw it over at the sofa and then walked away unbuttoning his shirt. He went to take out a cig and lit it. It was a relief. "Do you at least want a drink? Or do you want me to break more news to you?" He never forgot about the plant with the keys to Devils Nest and the letter that came with it. It has been bothering him for a long time now.

Dusk sighed. "Just tell me, that's what I asked before, remember?" Instead of walking to him to join Kyoshi, Dusk went the opposite way, avoiding the smoke.

Noting that the smoke bothered her, he put it out before he finished it and went to get the plant. Underneath it, he took out the items and placed them on the table and sat down infront of them. "You might hate me for this but I won't keep this from you for long." He looked down at his hands. This was the moment he was waiting for.

Dusk walked to where he placed the paper, sensing the aura of tragedy. Picking it up, the girl read, reread, and read again. "So...he knew...That a*****e knew and he still let me freak out!" Crumpling the paper, she threw it against the wall. "I knew he was dead. I sensed it, and Ziggy confirmed it, at the club." She glared at the wall, "But I didn't know Zaine new beforehand."

Kyoshi sat there in silence. He really didn't have anything to say but he did feel somewhat reponsible about not telling her in the first place but at the time it was still all too new that they started living under the same roof. He regreted doing this but she was going to know sooner or later eventually and now that an attack happened on her life this needed to be known before someone else told her.
Gambler was out walking the streets with Raid on her left side and Casanova on her right. They looked like a couple of maifa henchmen with there leader, keeping everyone in line by just looking at them. "I wanted to tell you that there is a traitor among us. I have known you both longer than anyone. So you will not say a word and let it play out. For the sake of everyone here you will act as if nothing has happened and find the information Kyoshi needs. If there is war rising against him and his female then that is war against us."

Dusk sighed and slumped against Kyoshi, "This sucks." She had known already, but still. Yes, Dusk had gotten over the shock of Zaine being dead. She had seen visions of it and Ziggy had told her, but to see that he planned on dying made her mad.

"I'm sorry that I didn't tell you sooner. I didn't know that the idiot would do that but now at least you know everything that is going on." 'At least most of it.' He thought wryly. This was getting to be annoying as hell with all these attacks and that stupid vixen from his past. He would go and kill her just to elliminate the enemies but he wouldn't now that Gambler was on his side.

Dusk sighed and spoke. "Listen. I'm ok, you're ok. Apparently your friend is gonna help us right?" At the moment, Dusk didn't care about anything but her and Kyoshi being safe. Dusk would survive. It was what she was known for. Now, in the process o f surviving, she may get blown up and stabbed...but she would live.

Gambler walked into the underground club with her two main men. They both part to their left and the other to the right while Gambler took the middle. She looked around and when she entered the dance floor, she felt the pulsing life among all the humans and non humans. Everyone made eyes to her that were full of wanting and need. She gave them a playful smile but she wasn't here to play. She was here to investigate.
"Of course she's going to help us. We are damn lucky to have her helping us because had she been recruited to the ones after you it would be hell on earth." He knew Gambler was one of the most dangerous Seraphs because she had been His personal bodyguard but during the great war along time ago, she, along with countless others fell and never went back. She had powers that most would kill for but the odd thing about it was that Gambler never used them to further herself or others. Kyoshi trusted Gambler because when they first fell they had each other then they met the demons she called her friends. Knowing Gambler she must be suspicious now that he and Dusk were attacked. She would help us, if not then she wouldn't have said anything and shot them right there.

Dusk nodded, "Ok." Smirking, she poked his nose, "Well then, I'm bored now." She had her finger on his forehead now. "Entertain me."
