Sylvester scowled, getting to his feet. "What I do to my child is my own choice. Since things have been settled here, we'll be leaving. Come along Eleanor." He said, holding out a hand. After kissing Ambrose and Lia good bye, she took it, and together they started for the door. Sly turned briefly, his gaze honing in on Danni. "Remember what I've told you, Isadora. Behave yourself." With that, they walked out the door, slamming it shut. Shortly after, Ambrose and Lia silently made their way out. Danni got to her feet, turned to Ialo, not quite sure what to say.

"I, um...thanks...for the room thing...I won't...make any trouble in those classes...I promise...No more woods either...or demons...or trouble..." She said the words in a low voice, her head bent towards the ground. Meanwhile, Sly and Eleanor had caught sight of a female elf who had caught Sly's interest. "You there, elf. What's your name?" He asked, cocking his head slightly to the side.

Lin had been practicing her archery when she heard someone say 'elf'. Obviously they were addressing her as there was no one else around who was an elf.

She turned around and spotted 2 adults. She had to be completely polite and respectful.

She bowed to them. "Hello. My name is Lin Yin. May I help you?"

((Getting off soon, it's getting late.))

"Ok, please tell me you can see this guy too." She said to Ialo, then answered all the figure's questions. "Pa doesn't get hangovers...it wouldn't be very...dignified. I don't believe he's...ever had his head slammed, either..." She said, rubbing the back of her neck. "I can't...I can't disobey them, ok...They almost killed me once already...I won't give them a second chance..." She said softly, absently rubbing the spot between her shoulder blades where there was still a faint scar. A memory of what happened when you let your guard down just because the other people were related to you.

Meanwhile, Sly and Eleanor were smiling at Lin Yin, satisfied. "Nice to meet you, Lin Yin. We're Sylvester and Eleanor Rinaldi, Ambrose and Lia's parents." Sly said, not noticing the fact that he left out Danni's name. We were just...admiring you, I guess. Your nice white magic is so refreshing after the stink of dark arts inside the room." Eleanor said, putting her hand under her nose as though blocking out the smell. "Isadora could learn a thing or two from you, dear. You're so polite." Sly commented with a smile.

"you go lizard breath, and no he can't see me to bad right? WAIT! they tried to kill you? well not with me around, I am your personal Guard ... a Gift from Kai If you must know where I came from. I am at your service my good lady" the figure bowed slightly

((Yeah, but I have work at seven, practice at ten tomorrow.))

"Yes, well, since you seem like such a good student, we are aware of a certain girl here that you should avoid if you wish to avoid dark magic. Her name is Isadora, but many call her Danni. She consorts with all sorts of demons, and has practiced more black magic than we care to think about. You'd best stay away from her, and we say this out of concern for your education and safety as well. We've advised our own children with getting to know her as well." Eleanor said, and Sly nodded his agreement.

"China, you said? A wonderful place, I think. I always enjoyed it there, didn't you, dearest?" He asked, and Eleanor nodded.

Meanwhile, Danni was busy being stuck two people, both talking. "Um...This random person here says he's my...what...personal guardian, a gift from Kai. Where is Kai?" She asked him, hearing Ialo's question.

((Your schedule makes my head hurt sometimes, Mitsuki, just thinking how I would feel if I had the same type of schedule. Good luck!))

Lin's eyes widened greatly. "Really? It sounds as if she chooses to consort with these creatures and chooses to use black magic! I cannot believe anyone would ever choose that! Why would someone choose to slowly kill their soul, give it over to the darkness? The light is so healing and brilliant... Why wouldn't everyone want to stay in it forever?"

Her eyes seemed to glaze over slightly, almost as if she was going somewhere else. She was in fact. She was back at her home in the forest. Surrounded by the light filtering through the trees, the magical water in the deep, large spring in the background, the beautiful, enchanting sounds of elves singing their hymns.

She then blinked a few times rapidly and brought herself back to her current position. She nodded her head in apology. "My deep apologies. I was simply thinking of my home. You mentioned that you have been to China in the past. Did you happen to tour the large forest there in the far East?"

"Riser What you missed the memo? or perhaps the shiny silver encased shrine outside his tower you were in." the figure twisted around to Ialo "you know I can show myself at anytime, but you have to call it ... better then telling them everything I say. it tends to get a bit tear jerking."
