He felt a bit concerned at how 9 was acting, but didn't mention it. He smiled slightly, a forced one if any were to describe it. He sat next to her and with his knees against his chest and his hands at his sides, looking up at Axl. Waiting for his turn to ask his questions patiently.

David turn to look at her and shyly asked. "9... What's going on...?" He wanted to know what's been happening to her, hearing her mention something about Forge having her soul and having missed what Forge had asked her to do to get it back when he was slightly impaired.

David blinked and sighed at Axl and turned back to 9. "I ment, why have you been acting strange? I'll listen." He looks at her, trieing to force a caring grin on his face.

"I understand, i'll leave you aloen then." He got up, not very happy with the answer he received but knew he couldn't change it. He was just the newbie in the group, the guy who joined a couple days ago and wanted ot fix everyone's problem. He walked back to the training room, picked up and slid his sword and scabbard over his head and walked back out, looking at 9 one last time and walking out of the dojo, and away from the guild.
