At the same time, the witch had landed on its back. Using the six appendages, the licker formed a cage around the woman, unaffected by the lightsaber. It would use its tail to attack that neusaince.

((It didn't understand, Kaze. You can't make something in a bloodlust rage go insane. Its like trying to make water wet. It already is insane.))

Jaden jumped back from the racking of the beasts claws, valor running through him like a river. The Sith Knight had long become furious with this beast, his hate and despise running through him. He was tired of all of this, he was tired of nothing working. Finally he stared deep into the beasts eyes, and basked into the power of the dark side. Using the technique he was taught long ago, he stuck his arm out and then focused all of his hate, his sorrow, and his pain on the beasts lungs. Slowly, he made a grasp on them, and then began pushing his hands closed into a strong fist, unleashing force crush.

"Very well." He looked around the cargo hold before replying. "Currently, the Loyalisst Empire is bussy funneling a ssteady flow of ssmaller sshipss -corvettess, fighterss, and bomberss- mosst hidden within the large cargo freighterss. We will be planning on attacking a certain vesssel under consstruction, in the hopess of either desstroying it or capturing it. The majority of our larger ships will be diverted a** a diverssion, in an attempt to draw out the sector fleets on duty. We will, meanwhile, acquire the coordinatess necessary for a microjump right into the facility, where we request the GA fleet aid uss."

As the Vratix bore in on him, the Immortal decided to take one of his opponent's advantages away from it.
He blinked a quick code into the camera eye in his helmit and suddenly his visor flashed, blinding white light illuminating the ring.

The Insect hastened its arms up to cover its eyes bt the damage was already done.
Its multifacited eyes were blinded, taking in far too much of the light. While it was a temporary measure, it would prove the deciding one in this bout.

The Immortal took the initiative, shooting his whipchord out from his gaunlet to wrap the insect's legs.

Thus slowed, the Immortal sprang onto the insect, swinging around it's flexible neck with a blade extended from his knuckle plate. He held the blade directly under the creature's head, where a quick pump of the Mando's arm would drive the weapon into the creature's brain.

"Yield." he commanded it. "This match is not worth your life."

As it's vision cleared, the Vratix realized the position it was in.
It was a frustrating situation, being forced to yield to what it saw as an inferior opponent.
"Your trickery will be remembered." It told the Immortal, its mandibles clicking in a threatening tone.

"And so will your strength." The Immortal responded. "It is wasted in fights like this. You are alone, far removed from your people. And it frightens you. Yours is a social race, derived from hiveminded creatures. It is that lonelyness that drives you. You channel your fear into your aggression."

The Insect hissed angrily and tensed to prepare to throw the armored mando off.

"But what if you could end your lonelyness? Be a part of a collective group of like minded individuals? A group who wouldn't shun your martial skill, but praise it?" The Immortal continued.

The Vratix, now interested, turned its head slightly to gaze upon the armored warrior who mixed soft words with possible death.

"The Mando'ade care not where you are from, or who you are. We value strength, skill, and cunning. And we only ask that you follow our people's laws."

The Vratix's continued to stare into the unreadable visor that glared back at him, seeing its own reflection in the helm's mirrored gaze.

"Join us. And you will never be alone. For like the Vratix, the Mando'ade act as one. We live, fight, and die as one people. For though we are many separate lives, we are united by one purpose."

The Vratix said nothing.
But it dropped its arms, and lowered its head, signifying surrender to the Mandalorian.

The Immortal released his grip and dropped to the ground.
He had one not just the match, but another warrior to his banner.

Sven shook his head. "None. I'm getting worried..."

TRhe Knight couldn't contact Kathleen. They were too far away, plus the with herself wasn't at full power, or would even know what to do. Coupled with the fact that her powers were dangerously dark, there was no way they could make contact.

Detre nodded, even though he could not be seen. "Correct."
