$10!!? I really have to buy it now~! heart I actually just got given a promo poster for it as a birthday gift. o_O;;

I originally never bought it because the Justice League game that came out at the same time was SO BAD. ._. It was so mediocre, killing the same two robots for level after level. Once we did the powerup cheat, the game became more playable, but there's only so many giggles you could get off GL's "Gears of War" move~

I don't understand game companies. If you're going to rip off a concept from a different company (Activision's X-Men titles in this case) at least make it playable. They had something to copy from...they must have tried hard to mess it up. xd

Anyone see Ratatouille? I personally found it more enjoyable that Cars or Incredibles, but chocked full of stereotypes.

I saw it, and agree that is it much better than Cars, but on par with the Incredibles. o_o I liked it a bit more than Finding Nemo... Toy Story still remains my favorite Pixar film, followed by Monsters Inc. :3

Chocked full of sterotypes? Which ones? Short disgruntled greedy frenchie ones? Rigidly stiff evil man with crooked nose?

I thought the rendering was beautiful, and at times the backgrounds seemed so real they made their stylized characters seem out of place. Loved the rodent breathing and running patterns, and the hair looked amazing. Vespa chase scene~!

Monsters Inc. and Toy Story, the two greats. I see no one remembers Bug's Life 3nodding . I guess I was exaggerating when I talked about the stereotypes, but scenes like the couple trying to shoot each other with guns one minute and making out the next minute kinda made it more evident, or they could be trying to push the city of love thing. I agree, that Pixar spent a great deal of time on detail. I enjoyed the Lifted short also.

Oh geeze, I actually LIKE Bug's Life too. mad Although, why are worker bugs in ANY animated movie potrayed as mostly male? I think hive species only have a few males in them, which never leave the colony and just mate with the Queen. o_O I suppose its the same reason that horrible Barnyard movie portrayed dairy cows, with huge utters, as males as well. x_x At least Bug's Life had a few strong female characters, though. And a trannybug~! :3

I loved Lifted too. Much better than that horrible shaved dancing sheep bit x_X;; Did not know what pixar had put into their brownies when they were rendering that one.

Nah, the Flash one is great in that retro sort of way. I keep waiting for J'onn to ask Wally if he's a bad enough dude to save the President. mad d

OK....E3 has started and the Big 3 have had there press conferences on Day 1. I have now come to the conclusion that gamers are the whiniest, bitchiest, most annoying fans on the planet. It seems almost all the Nintendo fans whining about their company's showing while the MS/Sony trolls are showing up to rub it in their face.

Wii News:

WiiFit announced: excercise program using a mat
Wii Zapper: A frame that turns your Wiimote into a gun
Release dates on Mario Galaxy and Smash Bros. Brawl: Nov 12 and Dec 3
Wii Mario Cart announced
New Medal of Honor Wii - With 32-player online multiplayer - makes use of "Wii Zapper"
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles - Makes use of "Wii Zapper"
Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock - Online play

They wanted world shattering news/slash games announced and they felt like nothing announced was a big deal. And they're denouncing Wii Fit as for casual gamers and that Nintendo doesn't care about the "hardcore" gamer anymore.
