Thanks, Marida. I needed a reminder that Aureate needs to get back in the scene and get on with the plot.

Okay gang I think I need to put this out there again if I haven't said it enough but here's what I need to have Aylin accomplish for Day Three in no specific order.

1. Have her moral dilemma over meditation and reflection - Achieved
2. Talk to Chef about what she threw at him last night before bed
3. Get Terra and Seren to not be afraid of magic and better understand what's going on (this may or may not include an epic Battle of the Grannies)
4. Get Lunette to not only acknowledge her (even if it's to simply tell her to get the hell away from her) but to see that someone she hates so much is actually concerned about her because the girls need to at least work together (WHICH IS FAILING IN GRAND FASHION)
5. Get the Bartobs to open their gull dern eyes and realize something is majorly different with Aylin that, yes, does related to the main issues going on in Barton at the moment (I mean if you've interacted with her and didn't see the cat she never had before she left town for four and a half months and been away from them for five months then you need to get glasses from Agatha STAT)

Number one went beautifully with Alice and I'm quite proud of how it's helping to further the story. Number two will happen when it happens but I'd like to do it before the day is up. Number three will only be a matter of time once the girls are properly fed and fully awake. I had thought I'd get a jump on number four because it's important to the defense of Barton to have the girls working together but that's falling apart before it even gets going. Number five is kind of becoming a facepalm moment for me because it shows how much attention her close friends are have given to Aylin over the years to realize she never owned a cat before and that the gray cat in the house is not one of Cree's. It's why I made the crack about glasses from Agatha because, dang it, the changes happened for a reason and that connects to what's going on damn it, which is also related to why she's FINALLY spent the night at the manor. That right there is a huge question asking reason being handed on a silver platter for the Bartobs. Why now after years of knowing her did Aylin finally choose to spend the night at the manor when she's always left to go home every time? So yeah that's what I personally want to get accomplished for Day three. I know there's side stuff that relates to the main plot that does need to get done but that's the most important Aylin stuff I need to do.

I've been having Kai be with Prim partly because of what I was trying to do with Lunette and partly, now that in world Cree is up, to get him noticed by one of the Bartobs who have never seen him before. If Cree the queen of the cats actually notices a brand new cat in the manor and asks where he came from then maybe THAT will set off a light in the heads of the others as to something being completely different with Aylin. I mean the fact that she actually spent the night at the manor house FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER should be another huge flag because of the reasons why. So yeah notice the cat and notice the fact that she spent the night and we can call five achieved.

So. Do I need to just shut this RP down or what? I don't like this constant fighting with each other. It's really just unproductive. I don't want to make the call, but if things don't straighten out again, then that's where it's going. All of you are my friends, I want for this to be a fun RP. The OOC thread is here to develop ideas and discuss happenings within the RP. It's for all of us, and last I recalled our main focus was just working together. While this is a senshi RP, it's also a Gaia RP. It includes all aspects of Gaia. All OCs are welcome and everyone here should be accepted whether they be a senshi or from BFAA or not. No one character is going to overshadow the other, and no one person's problems are greater than another. We all share pain, grief, guilt, and many more human emotions, and we're all a part of the same story. We've created many chapters, all unique and all important. We all have made this RP. So why can't we keep developing new chapters? Why can't we blend our ideas? We can go at our own pace, and savor the moment. Not everything has to be done all at once. We need room to branch out and give details about our characters as we go along. It's not fun if we cut ourselves off from how we feel. No one should feel guilty for having an idea or posting what they want to. There shouldn't be any kind of manipulation to anyone's OC's to please someone else. If there are disagreements, then they can be resolved, but it doesn't mean that either is right or wrong. I don't want to be the one to call off this RP, because I love you guys and I'm really happy with how far everything has come. I want to keep going, I want to know everyone's character's a little better. This is my most successful RP that I've had in a few years. I don't want to waste the opportunity to keep it going. I also really enjoy RPing with everyone. You are my friends and I love you guys. So please just think about things, take a deep breathe. We can work through this. We can work this all out.

I'm sorry for upsetting anyone and for possibly starting any frustrations. I don't want anyone to fundamentally change their characters if they never intended to or post something in order to do what they think will "appease" me or make me happy. That's what I don't want to happen at all. I love everyone's characters and I love the way they work together. I've been seriously using this to help further develop my character and better establish her in world connections with the in world Bartobs and that can't happen if people feel like they have to walk on egg shells around me.

Part of my frustrations comes to play when either A. I've been responded to and there's nothing obvious I can really work with, B. I set something out there for someone specific to pick up on and they don't when I've said something about it in here, C. it feels like someone might be intentionally ignoring my characters or playing a character a particular way just to avoid interacting with my characters, or D. it feels like something I've posted has gone to waste.

It seems like A might have been the issue for me last night because B came into play again. I haven't really worked on a response to things and other things were posted last night because of A and B. Plus, B gets frustrating even further when someone else jumps in on something I intended as a way to get both give more individual time to one character and give someone else in the room something they can react to (I was kind of hoping in world Cree would be the first to really question something and that didn't happen even after I added something to a post here in the OOC thread about it). I really don't want to think C is happening and that it's just how a character is set up but it can feel that way when I set something out there in an obvious way to get something vocal from them, even if it's a simple "leave me the hell alone", and they either don't respond at all or make obvious attempts to distance the character from my own. As for D, that just ties back into B when that one bit has gone unnoticed and I start feeling like it was a waste to add it to the post I've made.

I'm trying to make a post for Aylin in the RP but I don't want to do something if it's going to fundamentally change the way someone's character is being played or if it's going to push things too fast too soon. I know what it's like to make a post when you feel frustrated or down or like you're being ignored. The post comes out accusatory and angry sounding. If someone feels like they can make things better with a post then I want to give them a chance to change it to make it more in line with how a character is set up. I don't want to move forward with this hanging over my post.

And right now with how that last post to the RP was made I really don't know what to do. Do I finish what I had kind of started before that last post or do I scrap it all together because I have to deal with the first stuff Cel posted, not ignore Hydro, and then respond to Seren. There's just so much being thrown at me that the last post kind of messes up some stuff now. It doesn't feel right and seems so out of character to me and I'm not sure if I can respond to it properly. It feels more like it was made just because I had listed those things I personally wanted to get done during the current day. I was kind of hoping to have certain people notice things. Like in world Cree being the one to say something about Kai because it's been kind of odd how the Bartobs aren't taken back by the fact that there's a new cat in the house and Cree wasn't the one to bring him to the manor. Plus, it's the little things like that, which make the RP more personal and fun.

Also, sorry for the mountain of notices but I was trying to tone down and reword a lot of stuff being said on my end.

I'll see what I can do with that post to try and get it to flow properly. I know people were trying to give me something to work with so it's going to take some time to get things right. Hopefully, we can get all this behind the scenes stuff hammered out in the meantime. I don't want to do anything that will possibly screw up what Cree or anyone else has planned for the RP.
