Assuming we must stay within the known realms of our reality, I would possibly go with a horse, fox, wolf, cat, large cat of some kind (mountain lion, panther, etc), a dolphin, some kind of bird (that can fly), ... I don't know. Choosing is difficult. I wish I could change back and forth

I would have an in-depth discussion with the artist, look and numerous samples of his/her work, take into consideration his/her style, and go with something artistic, possibly with meaning special to me.
Overall though, I'm not ready to make that kind of decision at the moment, if ever.
I once drew and redrew a flower pattern on my ankle for months when I was considering a tattoo there. I decided against it.
I refuse to make such a decision at the drop of a hat... or a demanding quiz question in ALL CAPS.

Not that I know of, I never got tested. I think I might have a slight allergy to cats and maybe dogs because I sneeze a lot and my eyes can get bothered when I'm in a room with them.
