The Doctor was a bit shocked at first. " Human DNA? Ok that is too far! I agree we need to save her from the Neverwere but also herself." The Doctor looked out into the distance. " She's changed."

As they reached the dark alley way Samuel held out his arm for them to stop. He looked around he to see if anyone was around but Norma a feeling that they were being followed or was being watched.

"Do you see or hear something Samuel?"

"I don't see nothing but I feeling that...''

"That we're being watched, yeah I have the same feeling. Does anyone else knows this area way?"

"As a matter of fact, some of my crew knows this place and I was soppose to met some of them right now."

Within that moment two more guys came out from the shadows across where they were hiding from. Samuel went towards them and said his greetings and introduced Norma as an alley and not a enemey, for now.

"So where do we stand as going into Torchwood?"

"We're able to go in but they somewhat bumped up sercuity but nothing we can't handle as sneaking and stealing."

"Alright. It's just like the usual, carry or grab as many items you can carry without making a whole lot of noise."

"she's in the city" the Master said as he looked at the Dally and noticed it was diffrent from the ones he saw in the Rani's TARDIS "she's already started transefering the DNA ... she's made a Dally out of a friend of yours" he said to Rose with a sorry look and went out the door to try and find the Rani

The Rani

Charred Torchwood vehicles and weaponry lay scattered around the downtown area. Small fires dotted the scene and in the center of it all the Rani sat on the edge of a small brick wall, one leg propped up the other dangling lazily. New Dallies with patchwork shells skittered about the ruined buildings scanning for resources while their human bodies lay deathly still in the rubble. She twirled an electro-magnetic screwdriver with a slightly bloodied hand as a Movellan approached with parts salvaged from one of the Torchwood vans.

"These are fine, get me more mercury, the ceramic coils are too primitive though, oh and see if you can find any more polymer gel packs. Those blue ones make good insulators," with that she dismissed her minion and gave a stretch. "Ah, it feels good to be in control again..."

The Dally blipped happily while in the Doctor's arms. Just then his cybernetic eye glowed red and he scanned everyone in the room. His armored body then sent the information back to the mainframe and immediately received instructions.

"Doctor!" it exclaimed happily, "Ro...se... Doc...tor... play... Ex-TER-min-ATE..."

The casing on its black sickle-like forearms opened to reveal a set of tazer-like weapons which crackled menacingly with electricity. The Dally gave a child-like laugh as a red homing device activated calling for reinforcements.

"PLAY!" it exclaimed happily, "Doc-TOR and RO-se will run now... Rigel will ex-TER-min-ATE!"

Rose in an instant realized who the Dally was. " Rigel! Not you!" The doctor jumped back. " exterminate who?"

Norma, Samuel, and his small crew arrived at Torchwood but something was off. The shadow that they were walking through ended at the side of Torchwood, where there was very low secrity.

"What's wrong now?"

"There should be at least three more gaurds out here, that's what's wrong."

"So what Samual. They can be on call or taking a break."

"No, not here."

Soon they to where they made a small whole in the wall where they know where it was. As they climbed in, Norma was up next but she over heard one of the guards saying,

"Where the heck is everyone?"

"They're at the site where there's an attack but no one has contacted back. Hang on...There's a problem, we need to contact someone, Come On."

"Norma, hurry it up."

"Alright, I'm coming."

Once they sneeked into a room, the Supply Room then they made their way to the air shaft which lead them all the way to the Weapon's Room.

"Can this shaft get any smaller?"

"I'm not complaining back here."

"Oi!"

"Shhh! Don't forget we're inside Torchwood illegaly so shut it."

The Rani

The Rani began to laugh and it was a hysterical mad sound. Her laughter warped and the Neverwere's voice echoed within it.

"I can smell your fear... quantify it... and exploit it..." she growled at him as black crackled of energy flowed around her, "You ran away from me once before... at the fall of Arcadia... oh yes, the powerful Master reduced to cowering in fear like a lost child... "

She lifted her hand and the suppressor she had given the Master began to creak as if she were crushing it.

"The Rani giveth... the Rani taketh away... run Master... run or I'll release your fear," she chuckled darkly.

The doctor then realized the Master wasn't there. " Oh man. Rose come on! We don't have time!" He led her off.

The Doctor finally found the Master. " Master!"
