 C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________[Cloverpaw sniffed again, excited at the thought that he might please Mapleleaf. He drank in the scents slowly, trying to isolate the fox's, all while suppressing a smile.]
“Uhh...Perhaps last night. I'm not sure, though.”
[The tom kneaded the ground with his paws. Right now, Cloverpaw honestly wanted noting more than to learn as much as he possibly could from his mentor. Perhaps if the Clan would see what a good warrior he'll make, they'd stop seeing him as a kittypet's son and instead as a wild-born BreezeClan apprentice. The mere thought flared confidence within him. Cloverpaw stood up straighter, his green eyes glimmering.]

 Dewburst
[Dewburst sat warily watching camp life pass him by.
He felt so restricted, trapped.
Obviously he was under observation cause of his conditions.
Although he was under control of the Madness didn't mean it couldn't sweep him under its control in a paw swipe.
He growled in his frustration.
His claws were sinking in and out of the soft soil beneath his paws. He padded around camp and stared at every cat coming in or leaving with a bitter envy.]

 M a p l e l e a f "Stand up for what you believe in; otherwise, you will be trampled on by those who don't."____________________________________ [Mapleleaf nodded.]
"Very good, Cloverpaw. You're a fast learner. Let's head deeper into the territory and I'll show you how to stalk prey."
[Mapleleaf bounded down the slope, her long calico fur rustling in the wind. She stopped, waiting for Cloverpaw to catch up, then realized he'd been beside her the whole time.]
"Now, can you scent any prey here?"

 SOFTKIT[Softkit stared after his sister, a look of utter betrayal in his pale eyes. With a mighty sigh he turned to Joykit.] "I think there are more pressing matters than my apprenticeship to worry about. Like this sickness that's going around. What's going to happen to us? WE can't travel with the chosen cats to find the cure, so that means we have to stay here with the infected cats." [He blinked slowly at the other kit. Besides Oakkit, he hadn't really talked to any of the others. She was enough hassle by herself! But... wasn't that what a normal kit would do? Explore and learn and talk to anyone and everyone they could? He sighed once again, and then turned his full attention to Joykit. He would try, for Oakkit, for Sweetmoon, to make friends.] "Joyfeather is a nice name," he tried again, flicking his ears in humor. "But you can't be JoyHEART, because I'M going to be Softheart!" [He growled good-naturedly, sinking down into a playful crouch, while inside his mind he was wondering what in Starclan he was doing. If Joykit took up the offer to play wrestle for the suffix "heart"...] OOC: Softkit is... interesting. He's a tad more difficult than Oakkit...

     ❧  ♨ ((Guys, I'm RPing as Timber's charas because she can't get online and we hafta get this journey going. Okay, here we go! Remeber, Galespirit, Embergaze, and Wavepelt are all going.))
[Galespirit padded up to Wavepelt and dipped his head curteously.]
"Wavepelt, we are leaving for the journey today at sunhigh. We must leave soon; get some travelling herbs from Berryblaze."
[Galespirit turned and then headed off to find Embergaze. He spotted the young warrior on the other ide of the camp. Galespirit quickly bounded over.]
"Embergaze, we are starting out journey. Go get some travelling herbs from Berryblaze. We meet the other Clans at Twin Rocks."
[Embergaze nodded and dashed off toward the medicine den, and Galespirit followed. He grabbed his bundle of herbs and ate them quickly, ignoring the bitter taste. Galespirit then bounded toward the camp entrance, awaiting his fellow warriors.]

"Allright Galespirit" he padded over to the medecine cat's den. "Berryblaze, we need some traveling herbs for the journey".

OAKKITThe cats were preparing to leave on the journey at Sunhigh, and Embergaze was going with them!![Without a single thought, Oakkit bounded off after Embergaze to the medicine den. Softkit had told her about the journey to find the cure. She didn't know how he knew about it, but that was Softkit for you: he preferred to watch than to play, so he always knew all sorts of things that she missed out on.] "They're going to find the cure," he had mewed quietly in her ear. "But they'll need to take warriors, leaving us with the infected cats."[A shiver ran down her spine all the way to the tip of her tail. Left with the infected cats while Embergaze journeyed for the cure! The thought of it scared her. What if another sick cat attacked Softkit? Last time she couldn't save him... would she be able to protect her brother?] [Oakkit shook her head to clear it of the dark thoughts, but they stuck in her mind. She turned around to look at Softkit, acquirdly trying to talk to Joykit. He was getting better, she knew it! How could she let anything happen that would risk undoing all the improvement he'd made?] I can't... I need to protect him. Starclan knows he's not strong enough to do it himself![OAkkit made up her mind, melting into the bushes of the medicine den, watching everything that went on, thinking, always thinking, and planning.]

[Embergaze nodded solemly to his deputy and Wavepelt. He padded towards the camp exit, taking one last look back at all of BreezeClan.
Cats of all ages had crept out of their dens and stopped their daily routines to see off the three toms. Kits bounced around their mothers, asking where the three warriors were headed. Their mother hushed them and smiled warmly as Wavepelt and Embergaze. Elders wore looks of pride and respect as they gazed upon the toms. Other warriors dipped their heads to them and mewed prayers and goodbyes, their apprentices' mirroring their gestures.
The sight couldn't make Embergaze any prouder of being born in BreezeClan.
He dipped his head in farewell to his Clanmates and whirled around, sprinting after Galespirit with everything he had. His deep orange eyes blazed with newfound valor and determination as a single prayer echoed in his mind.]
May StarClan protect the Clans and see us through this journey...

C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________ [Even though he didn't realize it, Cloverpaw was learning quite well. His eyes sparlked at Mapleleaf's praise, and he bounded after her into deeper BreezeClan territory.
Once she stopped and ask him what he could scent, Cloverpaw slightly parted his jaws and drank in the scents around him.]
“A vole, I think. But everything smells of rabbit, too.”
[The tom looked up to his mentor, as if asking for approval to hunt. His green eyes then blinked over to look at the vast expanses of moorland that was BreezeClan territory. The wind ruffling his fur, he felt at home in these lands.]
(( If no one else wants to, I can take up Berryblaze. :3
But if someone does want him, go ahead, because I'm planning to adopt a chara to get NightClan a medicine cat apprentice. ^ ^ ))

  Sweetmoon watched the warriors leave. "Starclan go with you!" she called after them. She sighed and padded back to the nursery entrance. she saw that Softkit and joykit were talking and playing. she purred. she was glad he was making friends.
