Ci'nala gulped; no one regarded her as royalty anymore, but maybe she should reawaken that side of her.

"Well, apologies wont help anymore. She's long and gone, about one thousand years now probably. She was a cute, brutal, and deadly australian dragon. She was also a fire dragon. Unfortunatly I let her go hunting alone, and British dragon hunters happened to be patrolling the waters she hunted in. They some how got the upperhand, and she was murdered..." Yamamoto said as a single tear slid down his face and landed in his beard. "I don't wish to speak about it anymore, no mater how many centuries pass. Her death will never stop haunting me."

"I know the feeling," she said simply, but kept walking. "On another note, where exactly do you live? I can see in the forested area, but I'm not strong in this part of the area. I can't even sense a major source of water anywhere here."

Yamamoto stopped and looked at the trees surrounding the path that the two had been traveling on. "Hehehe, oh well this is embarrassing now isn't it. It seems that I was so wrapped up in my own rambling that we passed my hut. We have walked about ten minutes in the wrong. I apologize, it was my fault. We'll just turn around now. You see when I get on rambling I sometimes forget to check where I am wandering too. It happens on many occasions, take a right at this turn, although most of the time I am speaking out loud to myself. I remember this one time I was comparing some fruit that I had recently found to some fruit that I found many years ago, and we take another right here. As it turns out actually I was comparing to different fruits and I hadn't realized it until I was three hours in the wrong direction. I was getting very angry at the fact that I couldn't find any similarities between the two fruits. And we take a left here on this path. It was very embarrassing if I do tell you the truth. And we take another right, and my hut is right there" Yamamoto spoke with a slight giggle.

Ci'nala laughed loudly at his rant. She did that a lot sometimes, but over the ocean, which meant you could be lost for days.
"Sounds like you're comparing fish. Like sardines and anchovies, though why anyone would eat those little things are beyond me."

"Well, those little fish thingys are all salt. I've never understood why those little fish would all jump into those tin cans. They seem to very crowed, smelly and uncomfortable if I do say so. I suppose that fish do, do some crazy things. Like this one time I was out on my fishing boat, this was when I was living in the Caribbean you see, and there was a shark swimming around next to me scaring off all the fish. Except for this one little fish, I don't know what type of fish that it was. But it was significantly smaller than the shark. The little fish stood up to the shark, until the shark got angry and decided to try and eat the fish. So the fish jumped in to my fishing. I suppose it was trying to find the lesser of two evils. So I took the fish and rowed back home. It made excellent fish curry, and sushi. Most of the other inhabitants of the islands that surrounded mine always found the way I ate fish odd. But then again they never took to lightly about eating raw food."

She smacked her lips in anticipation; she had a nice fish left over from the other day.
"I love sushi; if you cook a fish, sometimes you lose all the flavor. And I never got the concept of the sardines in a can either. Doesn't add up in my opinion."

"Cooking fish is a delicacy. You have to know how to cook it, what to cook it with, how to serve. That is if you want to cook it at all. You know what also doesn't add up in my opinion? Well, you don't want me to go down that path, there is so many other things that don't add up to my opinion. I could sit down on that tree stump there, and I could sit there and talk and talk. I would be there until three weeks later...Well we are here at my hut. Achiu is inside, maybe sleeping. Lets us try and be quiet, just in case"

Calypso heard Kai start to wake up and hurried over to him.
"Kai! You ok? how are you feeling?
He asked hurriedly. He wouldn't try to whisk the boy away in his current state, but he did have some questions regarding the claims Nari made.

Kai was not entirely awake so he didn't really get what the young dragon had asked and ended up staring at the boy, slightly wanting to ask if he was really flying before but changed his drowsy mind when he noticed the lack of other larger creatures. "..where are we?" Kai asked as he tried to get up.

Calypso put a hand on Kai's shoulder and helped him to sit upright.
We're just in a cave not all that far from the other's. A girl named Nari said she knew you. Actually, she kinda kidnapped you from the others. She attacked and then dragged you off into the bushes. She told me that you both actually hate dragons.
The young dragon recounted the other things Nari had told him and then burst out.
Kai... Is it true that you would kill Eclipse and... and sell his claws and fangs??
His blue eyes were huge and pleading. He wanted very much for Kai to laugh it off and tell him he was crazy.

Kai looked at Calypso's pleading eyes for a moment before lowering his gaze to the ground. "....sorry.... didn't think any of them..would come back..." he said weakly before slowly struggling to his feet, trying to ignore the wave of dizziness that threatened to send back to his dreams. "..if we're still here when she returns..it'll be tough to get back.." Kai started to slowly limp toward the exit.

Calypso was shocked and felt his didain for humans flood back, but nevertheless, he helped Kai.
So... you mean you would have. But you won't now? Tell me the truth Kai. Did you intend to hurt the others?
He pried and he knew it, but he was upset that someone he thought was a friend would do something like that. He saw Kai was still dizzy, most likely from blood loss and the drug. He put a hand on his shoulder and acted as a crutch of sorts.

Kai looked the dragon-boy in the eyes, "I promise...I mean no harm to the others now.." he managed to get out the whole sentence without too much strain before almost falling over, but stayed on his feet with Calypso's help as he felt like the ground was turning into jello or something.. "We should...hurry.. Nari' would think that..you guys tricked me or something..if I tried explaining everything.." Kai held onto the young dragon with one arm, holding his own foggy head with the other.

((I just finished watching the full 3 seasons. heart ))
Calypso nodded and hurried as much as he could without knocking over Kai.
There has to be a way to convince her that we're not going to eat you or something. Besides, from what I know of biting a human, purely in self defense, they don't taste good.
He stuck out his tongue and screwed up his face. He was glad Kai wouldn't hurt any of his new friends. He would always have a small sliver of distrust of all humans, but he would try to put that aside in time.
