well i got some confusion going on, brain fried confusion mostly, but anyways. what villages are open, and what ones are closed for applying for being part of that village? (for me it was confusing on what was open and what wasnt) Next question is what lvl do i start out at, academy student or gennin? Next is question is, for the point system do you have 20 points in skills, and 20 separate points in stats if you were starting at lvl 1? please pm me the answer or post it here and thank you a lot. So much to do, little thought process left.

Oto is currently under the dictatorship of a clan called Otobe... And Kumo is kinda active... it's very slow man... Mainly because the teacher isn't active... I will make him do more stuff >>
