Luo...if you want I can become a captain...I would just need to make a better rpc that is worthy of being captain...and don't think I have not been wanting and thinking of the best power for it, too.

If you want to you can, but it really isn't up to me, it's up to Jedi since technically, all the spots are filled, and someone would have to be kicked off the captain's roster. But I wouldn't mind.
