Yeah dude, you should edit Crabula's intro post and do the same for her! If you want to, anyway. ^_^

Can't think of anything right now... Maybe later. sweatdrop

How about
Frosty Crustacean Queen?

She's blue and white, which relates to snow and ice, female, apparently. I can't think of a better title.

Whick reminds me, I better work on some badass titles for some of the bosses I made!

On another note, I'm thinking of introducing Cap'n D after we clear the Well.

Okay, here we go:
Iron Armored Cnidarian, Unova
Colossal Squid Pirate, Captain Cephalo Poda
Dark Entity From Beyond, Blight

I also have a feeling I want to do a Frog/amphibious boss for a dungeon, but I don't know where he'll go. I've already done 2 water-based dungeons, and we're currently in the well, so...
maybe I could think of something for the Mountain Isles.

Speaking of Mountain Isles, I looked at what I had done up for it and the first floor of Hylia's Keel (just to try and get back into mapmaking) and I could barely read the text notes I had written! They were so small, and zooming in only made them a blur @_@ Thankfully I labelled the rooms to get a sense of direction, but it's those notes I'll have trouble with when it comes to DMing.
King's Chapel and Lake Lab are ok, it just the Keel, probably because of its size.

Those all sound like great titles! What do you think, Iz?

Haha, yeah.... We don't need any more Water-element dungeons. At least not in this RP. A frog boss would go great with others though, like Earth or... Fire, maybe? A fire-powered frog would be something to see! Hm....

As for Hylia's Keel, I'd say don't sweat it. I'm sure you'll remember it slowly but surely. Either that, or probably rework the whole thing by the time we get to it! sweatdrop

I think it sounds awesome! ^_^ I'll edit the post in a sec.

...And what do you mean, not in THIS RP??!!! What are you scheming now, old man?

Um... Luke, speaking of dungeons, which ones are we doing after these two?

You'll see. XD

...And I AM NOT OLD!!! >.<

Hm... What dungeons are we doing next, eh? Weeeeeeeeelllllll.... Here are the plans.

After we finish these two dungeons, there will be some more dialogue moments and other things.... the "other things", I'm keeping a surprise. Anyway... then I'll allow everyone to make a last post of what their characters do whenever they get back home and whatnot... Then I'll end the first chapter. When the second chapter starts up, it will be the morning of the next day, and stuff will start happening. The Hylians will be doing their morning stuff, while the Kokiri leave the forest. The heroes will all join up at some point (yes, I have that planned), and they'll all make their way to Hyrule Castle City. And since I've taken liberties with the size of Hyrule Field, that will be at least a full day and a half's walk (given we stop to rest at night...which I'm sure we'll have to. We're not Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli here. XP), maybe two days, away. Once there, the madness will ensue. XDD

What I mean by that, is that there's going to be a SHITLOAD of side-quests and stuff available. The heroes will all be able to split up and do their own thing, play games, and take part in heroic (or maybe some not-so-much) sidequests, while we're looking for who we're looking for. Yes, everyone is allowed to create game shops and side-quests to be added to the list - all you have to do is post your idea in the OoC or app thread, and wait for them to be approved, and once they are, I'll add them to the list (the list will go on the first page of the RP, I'm thinking). YES, you have to call a sidequest in the OoC before doing it. Also, you can only have ONE sidequest at a time. Once one is complete, you can call another. The reason for this is to allow everyone a fair chance to get plenty of them. The ONLY exception to this, is multi-part sidequests, like trade sequences. You can have at least TWO of those open at the same time you have ONE other, which HAS to be a Regular sidequest. Here are the types, and what you'll get once they're completed/a stage of it is completed:

Regular Side-quests: (You can have only ONE of these open at any time)

Small - Very simple, easy-to-do missions, which can be completed in just a few posts. Y'know, like finding that dog at night. Ugh, that lady irritates me. Anyway.... These will make up a LOT of the list. The rewards for these will range between rupees, Collectible items (like Mysterious Shells), Components for forging, and very rarely, Treasure Maps. Yes, everyone is free to make these.

Standard - Simple, but not too simple, and may take just a few posts to complete. May require certain items, or previous events... or at least using your head. Kind of like finding the cuccos in Kakariko. These will also make up quite a lot of the list. Rewards for these will range between Collectible Items, Components, Base Items, Treasure Maps, and, very rarely, Glass Bottles. Yes, everyone is free to make these.

Long Side-quests: (you can have TWO of these open at any time, along with ONE Regular)

Trade Sequences - Divided into stages. Could take anywhere from a whole chapter, to half a year (RP time, not real time), to almost the entirety of the RP. The length will be made known to you beforehand, and the sequence recorded like so:

Stage 1 - Did (insert random act here) for (insert NPC here), and recieved (insert trade item here). - COMPLETE!
Stage 2 - Gave (trade item 1) to (insert NPC here), and recieved (trade item 2). - COMPLETE!
Stage 3 - Look for someone who needs (trade item 2) - In progress

...et cetera. There will not be many of these on the list. Rewards for these will range between a new weapon, new armor/gear, a new accessory, a glass bottle, or a Piece of Heart. Yes, everyone is free to create these, but keep in mind that they will be complex, and your character will meet many new people and have many experiences during these quests. Try to keep them original and interesting.

Rare Side-quests - These are very complex side-quests which, while not trade sequences, may include the use of certain items. They will also require the use of certain items and/or events, and therefore may take quite a while to complete. There will be VERY few of these on the list; I will make sure there are only enough for everyone in the party to get ONE during the entire chapter. Rewards for these will ALWAYS be a new Relic. No, no one is allowed to create these other than myself, but I will allow everyone to choose which ones they want (based on which Relic is chosen). I myself will not be given a choice, and I'll just take the last one left after everyone gets their pick, because well, that's the only fair way to do it. XD

Also, everyone will only be able to acquire one Glass Bottle during the second chapter. Don't worry, we'll all get plenty more later! ^_^

....And that's about it!

As for the game shops, anyone can create those, but you have to create the prizes as well. The prizes MUST follow these rules:

First play: The first time someone wins this game, their prize will be either a Piece of Heart, or an item related to the game. Example: Shooting Gallery gives you a Big Bullet Bag if you have a Slingshot, Big Quiver if you have a bow. You could have an eating contest that gives you a bowl of Lava Soup or something (AND THAT COULD DOUBLE AS THE START OF A TRADE SEQUENCE OMD!), or a game that requires magic (it's a big city, I'm sure they've got a few somewhere) giving you a new spell, or something. Seriously, we're RP'ers. Our imaginations combined are more powerful than rayguns. We can think of something!!! ^_^

Second play: The prizes after you've won once will be at least double the amount of rupees the game cost, or a fair amount of one type of Component, or a large amount of Collectibles (like 20 Secret Seashells or something).

No Relics: Relics cannot be prizes in game shops. Period.

.....So yeah. Sorry, I know that was probably a lot of reading. Um...

So, back to the plan?

Well, after we've all had a long time to have fun and explore the town and stuff.... at some point, it'll be back to business. I'll RP some random NPC telling us "hey, you should check this out, it might help you find what you're looking for" or something. And we'll go to a certain place in town, where we'll be told a story about stuff and blahblahblah.....

And then we'll be told of two different places which are the most likely that we should go to (this will all make so much more sense soon, I promise), and we'll pick one of those two to be our next destination, and the next dungeon will be whichever one is there.

Oh, don't worry. I'll make an announcement in the OoC long before that time comes, listing the two possibilities for our next dungeon. And we'll all vote (out of character) for which one we want, then when we get to the point, our characters will vote, and we'll go on with the story.

......Any questions? XD

I can't believe I was able to keep up with that.

And yes, he is not old, just 5 years my senior.

So what about something like the Gold Skulltulas? What would that fall under for Sidequests?

Sounds like we got a lot of Relics to make, if the rare quests each deal out one.

I also decided to start fresh on the Mountain Isles, whenever I get back to them...I've still gotta get back to SoT on a regular basis.

1.) Ah yes, I had a feeling someone would bring up the Gold Skulltulas at some point during this RP. XD

Well, first of all, we'd have to decide if they're still around. Since SoE takes place in the Child Timeline, I think the only question we really have to ask ourselves to determine that is, Do we believe Link broke the curse after going back to his native time? This is a rather important question, not just regarding sidequests, but the RP in general, seeing as it should be answered before anyone goes to Kakariko, so that we can know whether we'll be stepping through the door of a cobweb-filled, gloomy spider's den, or a happily restored family's home. I think we should all discuss our opinions on the matter and have a vote.

As for what it would fall under, it would be a Collectible Sidequest (I'm still working on putting this whole sidequest thing together, so I hope I don't confuse anyone). A kind of Rare Sidequest, but not like the others; in addition to the final reward, you'd have rewards for each stage, aka, each time you collect a set number of medallions. I'm planning on doing this with Secret Seashells, Mysterious Shells, and many other items, so that everyone can have one... Maybe even things like Force Gems. It's going to take a lot of thinking... But anyway, yeah, that's what the Spiders' Curse sidequest would be.

2.) Don't worry, all the Relics for the Rare Sidequests are already available. I'm just not going to announce what they are just yet. XD

3.) Go ahead and take your time, and move at your own pace. We don't want to make you feel rushed or anything.

Hm. Well, consider this:

In both N64 titles, whenever you travelled back in time (returning to child status and restarting your doom) Link always kept the items he had collected from both the Adult side of things and during the three days of approaching death.

This is why he could visit the Skulltula house as a child after slaying dozens of Skulltulas as an adult, and why we see so many paradoxes from troubled people in the Bomber's notebook.

For example; you help the postman flee Clock Town and get his hat, travel back in time, and somehow both of you now have a hat. his applies to a lot of the masks you find.

TL;DR Link keeps his s**t through the fabric of time, no matter when he distorts it.

Yes, that's true; however, if I recall correctly, when Zelda sent Link back to his true time (at the end of OoT), she sent him back before his journey had started, at the very beginning of the game. Hence Ganondorf being "executed" before he could attempt to enter the Sacred Realm, and Link not being sealed for seven years this time. Of course, I could be mistaken... TO THE LIBRARY!!! *poofs*

Yes, but since Zelda was the 7th Sage, she had the power to do so.

Yeah, right here is fine. You could post it in the app thread, but you don't have to, since there's no code for minigames/sidequests. Much simpler that way. XD
