*hugs* Become the upstairs neighbor?
The only problem I'm seeing with living on the top floor is moving... By the way, does anyone know how to get a dorm-room worth of stuff cheaply half way across the country? (Its for next year, but I want to figure out how much I have to save)

@bridge: ;_; ugh, water problems. i hated it when i lived on the first floor of an apartment and got flooded because the unit on the third floor had a ruptured water heater. the apartment on the second floor got some wet spots, but my apartment got flooded. just awful.
i'm now living on the second floor apartment. so far, i haven't had any water problems yet from the apartment above me. now, if only they'd stop throwing cigarette butts on my balcony... D:
@vincent: if you don't have furniture to move, you can mail your stuff to yourself. although i'm not sure if mailing nowadays is still cheap. that's how i moved from california to georgia.
when i moved from georgia to colorado, i hired movers. i didn't have a lot of stuff, and ended up paying about 3k (i think it's 3k. it could be more) for the movers to load, transport, and unload my stuff. i had to do the packing by myself. if you're going to hire movers, make sure you do your research. there's a lot of sources on the internet for how to hire movers and also how to select a reliable transportation company.
oh yeah, and happy birthday, adonis! <3

@Sunny: *Huggles back* :'3
@Vinny: lol, yeah, though thats the main reason we strive to get a bottom floor apartment. We feel it's hard enough just to move in the first place, lol X'D
As for the moving issue, I can only suggest either having an uber sweet friend with a LARGE vehicle persuaded to help you, or get a small U-haul truck.
@Terra: Happy early Birthday hun! <3
@Cardi: Oh God gonk We've been lucky to not get actual flooding *Knocks on wood* but I can imagine how much stress that can induce @_x; *Hugs*

Terra Halliwell Aww, Lucca, you're sweet. Is champagn any good???
Thanks Cardi! Champagne can be pretty nasty, or at least the one I had at my wedding was @_x; But some can be almost like a sparkling cider <3

Happy earily birthday Terra!
The cheapest U-haul is around $1,300 without gas. And I dont have that much, its just heavy.
Cardi: I recently shipped back a broken playstation and a blanket in a box, it was around 10 lb. and it was $14. Most of what I have is books, paint, blankets/clothes, or electronics.
So uh, does anyone want to be REALLY nice to me next year and help drive half way across the country? XDDD
I think my mom might rent a car for a weekend and drive across with me. I was orginally hoping the POD things were smaller, because I dont have THAT much stuff... 'specially since the furniture that I do have will be passed down to my freshman that shares my room with me next year. *nods*
