Yep, each berry knocks off 10 EV's.
example 10 berries that reduce attack = -100 EV's for atk.
To get your attack back, you use 10 Protein. = +100 EV's for atk.
But yea, like LF said keep track of how many berries you use. 3nodding
Yea it was taking me about 2-3 hours each pokemon to EV train both stats. sweatdrop
I have the items that double the EV's gained, but no Pokerus.
But now that I remembered I can turn battle animation off, it has scratched off roughly an hour of training. 3nodding
Make sure to turn battle animation off, so you can train them quicker.

lol well there's a problem with that..
The first 4th gen game I bought was Pearl when Diamond and Pearl came out in high school.
I named her Kasumi.
Then Platinum came out. I bought it, and made it my main game. Also named her Kasumi.
HG SS came out recently. I bought it and named it Tentae as a Breeding/nostalgia/alternate main game
So then we were talking about Lorelei one day in this thread and I wondered how well I'd be able to do with Lorelei's team. So my Pearl had terrible non-ev trained pokes.. It was just sitting there collecting dust.. so I restarted it and named her Lorelei.
Went through the game SUPER half-assed.. didn't battle hardly any trainers. Left a whole bunch of items and places unexplored. I only caught like 10 pokemon. lol
Now she's almost done though.. I just have to breed the correct natures and characteristics, give them the appropriate movesets.. and it'll all be over xD
Then you guys can take on the ex- elite four member:3

Why I joined? I'll give some reasons. I've always felt the need to protect those who were weaker than me. I'd rather hold this gun, than have my child ever hold one, so I hold it for them so they'll never need to. My grandfather, who raised me so I consider him my father was in the US Army, hes a great man. I always wished to be like him since I was younger. With this feeling of having to protect, and being like my grandfather, I looked into the US Army since he always told me about it, and saw I could do all those things plus more. I could now defend this great nation, and its beliefs. Which I actually felt great about doing, joining the Army was probably the best decision I've ever done. I'm not saying taking human life is the best way to go about things, but if that is whats necessary to protect my family. I'll go all in.
Some may not agree to what I've said, but I have a strong sense of honor that will not drive me from that.
If you have more questions throw em at me.
Also to turn off battle animation, go to options and select off. 3nodding 3nodding

I don't mind having the battle animations on...gives me something to watch, instead of the game being like a first person RPG...those were so BORING!
