Under the woman’s eye, there was a small twitch as she didn’t notice Eldin blushing, but she did look over at Joker, giving a sweet smile, “I’ll keep that in mind, Joker… Kyo-chan’s been so… odd lately.” Oh yeah, the woman had ways to get back at the guy that was making a bit of a joke. Dusk wasn’t mad, seeing as that was probably the most fun of the night, but… Still.

Rolling her eyes at Kyoshi’s comments, she simply leaned over and snapped her teeth at him as well. “Oh hush, you… But yes, Joker’s quite cuter than you.” Smirking some, she simply leaned up and tugged a bit on the other’s silver hair. “It’s probably the hair… silver… old…” Now she was really pushing his buttons, but her other hand came up to touch his, keeping him there with a soft smile.

When they were asked what it was that brought them there, Dusk couldn’t help but stiffen a bit as the memory of the body on the floor, bloody and charred, came to her. But not only that, but the mask as well… That one mask that meant… a lot. “Well…” She looked at Kyoshi, her eyes basically forcing him to say what it was that they had seen as she glanced back at her, “Where’s Rave?”

Biting her lip softly, Dusk’s hair was once again covering her face as she sighed softly, shaking her head at the identification. “It was a hybrid elf… male.” How did she know that? How could she not have known it? The woman had learned very quickly that she needed to take notice of certain things, and when there’s a body wearing the black mask, you take notice of who it was as quickly as possible as you’re running away.

Eldin looked up, frowning at the description of how they had found the body. “Miss Dusk… black mask?” He watched as she nodded and soon sighed, getting up so that he could track down Rave, who was somewhere still arguing with Kyin on the phone. “I’ll find him… That must be what they’re arguing about…” Dusk nodded some, “One of the two would need to know that they’re near here…” She sighed again before leaning against Kyoshi’s arm, biting her lip.

“How do I know?” She raised a brow, “I saw the body… I saw the mask… I saw the mark, and I know what it means.” The woman sighed softly as she pulled up the sleeve of her right arm, showing that the woman had the same mark, only hers was covered with bruises and scratches from the night before. Quickly the sleeve was down as she stiffened at Joker’s question. It was completely valid, but… It wasn’t something that she really wanted to talk about.

But she had to. Sighing softly, Dusk shook her head, “It’s a sign of the hunters… A white mask means that you’re being scoped… a red mask means that they’re going to talk to you… a black one means the same thing, only… it’s more…” “Deadly.” Rave had come back in, but he looked livid; his face calm but his eyes almost black in his annoyance. It was… scary. “It means that she’s going to be hunted down, again, and this time we don’t have a good way to cut them off.”

Rave didn’t speak for a while as he simply closed his eyes. He wasn’t used to not being in control, and when anyone dealt with the Hunters, then there was no control. There was simply annoyance and hell. Sighing softly, he shook his head, “Kyoshi… Your home has been found. If they found that, then they know every other place that she goes to… But… I need to ask what caused this.” His eyes closed as he locked them onto Dusk’s. “Even with someone like you, a black mask wouldn’t come first.”

When she looked away, rave knew that something was up. “Cecilia.” Dusk flinched before sighing softly, “We… think we may have run into a hunter yesterday…” His brow raised, telling her to continue. “Um… Ziggy was the one that found it… The masks… and… then there were these files…” “And you were on them?” She nodded, “Me, Tal, Zig… all three of us. Ali wasn’t, but I don’t think that even they’d take a hit on a kid.”

Rave sighed softly, nodding a bit as he grumbled a bit in elvish, Eldin soon speaking. “But, I don’t understand… If they’ve been here… it’s not exactly impossible to find you, Miss Dusk. You’ve been here for years, so… why the wait? Wouldn’t you be like… top of list?” It was mean to say but it was the truth. Dusk shrugged, “I have no idea. Maybe they recently got here? Checked out all the elvish places? I honestly don’t know.”

Eldin continued to look confused as Rave nodded, “Agreed. I’ll make sure that they know what it is that’s going on… And see if they had a visit.” He sighed softly. Very rarely did the Hunters attack out of nowhere, but… maybe they would. They had before, but that was simply one that didn’t really know how it was that the rules were played with the group. Dusk bit her lip before shaking her head, “I… I mean… Ali’s a halfbreed… they’re not going to go after her, right?” All she got was a shrug, “They shouldn’t, but they shouldn’t be going after a princess either.”

Joker again stopped licking his dessert. "I wouldn't put it past them to not attack Ali. It's best to concern all options and the usual people they target. Otherwise if we just guard you, Talon and Ziggy but not Ali, they will go for the weak spot. Not something you want to show your enemies." He said, not returning to his lollipop to really get involved.
