A pale Dunmer stepped into the dimly lit sanctuary, the candle light reflecting oddly against her skin. She stood about average height for a Dunmer, and had a fairly thin build. Her face was thin, though not too thin, her eyes small and well rounded. Her cheeks curved in slightly, her eyes a uniqe shade of red, common traits amongst vampires.
She continued down into the interior of the sanctuary, her red eyes scanning the place as she walked.
(that had to be the shortest intro I have ever done. I think my literacy has officially gone out the window. *sobs* )

Aska's mother had been bit by a vampire before she was born and had only inherited the red eyes and pales skin and none of the need for blood, neither the taste. However, she learned what a vampire was before her parents had been slaughtered and recognized the one that had just walked in. She bowed her head some and continued to eat the bread but kept her eyes on her. Vampires where well known to her to betray anyone and everyone for one more feed on blood.

Shaon turned to the new sister. "Hello, dear sister." she smiled. "I do regret to say I've never seen you around here. Are you new here?" she turned her full attention to the dunmer. she hated the fact she seemed to be the only imperial, besides a few, and then she was shorter at only 5' 8''. she felt like a child around her brethren, only being about tweny, now.

She finished eating and walked away from the vampire, not wanting to talk to another blood-sucker. She found Montier's old room, the vampire that used to live here before the last purification. Irony was bitter in her mouth...

"Ah, yes I am, and, hello to you to." she said politely. "I was recruited not too long ago, this is the first chanc I've gotten to make an extended stay at the sanctuary." she said. She took a glance at the woman that had just left. If there was one thing she was ever good at, other than killing of course, it was her uncanny ability to sense other people's feelings. She got an uneasy feeling about her, and guessed she felt similar. Her attention went back to the Imperial, a thin smile on her face. "My name is Arara." she said, extending her hand for a handshake.

Shaon smiled back pleseantly. "And my name is Shaon, it's good to have some fresh blood around here." she clasped Arara's hand firmly and nodded to her. "Things have been going rather slow around here lately, we need an excuse to liven things up, you see." she gestured with her other hand and then pointed to Leo. (who i will get to post later xD ) "Thisis Leo and..." she went to gesture to Aska, but blinked, puzzled that she was gone. "ah, all's well, it's nice to have you here."

Arara chuckled slightly and responded. "Well, I'm sure I can liven things up around here." she said and smiled. "It's great to be here."
(sorry for the shortness, I'm at school, so I can't post much.)

((Hey, here's a good idea; sign up for all of the main courses you need to take in high school in summer school so that you can get half of them out of the way before your second year of high school. This way, you can take all the slacker courses you want in the last two years! xp ))
She sat their, alone and in the dead vampire's room. She had always hated the way they acted, as if needing to make something new suffer every night, just to feed themselves was somehow superior. She thought back to her Speaker and his battle against the traitor and how exhausted he was. She didn't know why but she just kind of did. She finished her bread and went back up to face the music for turning her back against a Sister, munching on an apple. Her eyes met with the new vampire and her face darkened even more behind her mask. Sister or not, she did not like the unnatural things that scoured the earth....

"And I'm Sydney..." Sydney said, bursting through the old, dark double doors and slumping into the seat nearest Arara and Shaon. "Nice to meet you..." He said, holding out his hand.
Sydney was a Dunmer also, though not a vampire.
He was Ashlander blood and the tattooes on his face portrayed it.
The robe sleeve on his left side was still gone, exposing tattooes stretching down his arm.

He felt a lot lighter since Athramir had died. It was as though a blindfold had finally been removed after years.

Vampires. was all she could think and scrunched up her face behind her mask, as if trying to hide behind it. She stood their, not knowing what to do about the thing she hated so and seeing all of her family welcoming it in...

After a moment, Shaon finally figured Arara was a vamprire. She grinned. "i bet you can, lest you drain us all of blood." she teased lightly. "i've always wantedo be a vampire." she nodded. "a lot stronger than us imperials." She only idly noticed Aska, she seemed to be acting different.

(Heh, I might actually do that. *evil grin* Though most of my classes are slacker classes anyways, even my main courses.)
Arara smiled and shook Sydney's hand. "It's nice to meet you too." she said. She turned back around to face the table, opening her mouth to begin some sort of conversation, but stopped when she saw Aska, looking rather displeased. "Is there...something wrong, sister?" she asked, tilting her head slightly as she asked the question.

She just shook her head and sat down next to Shaon and as far away from the vampire as she could. These creatures just never seemed to sit right with her.
((Shannon, could you take over from here? I'll pick back up on my character as soon as I get back in six months. sweatdrop ))
