*Than knew she was trying to find him. There was no point in letting her wander aimlessly. He stood and set the doll back down. Holding an open palm out in front of him, the energy around the town starts to draw towards a single point. A moment later, a bright gold beam shoots into the sky from where Than was, a beacon that lasted for a few seconds*

*Walking slowly through the town, Aethi's eyes were glazed in wonder. She hadn't been here before.*
Oooh! I havent seen this place yet! I wonder if there are any fun people to play with here! Hey! Towns people! Come out and play!
*Giggling she half ran half pranced towards the center of the town. For a thirteen year old she was hyper and childish.*

*Than was pretty easy to see among the rubble. His coat was gone once again. His hair was in somewhat of a mess and a bandage was wrapped around his head to cover his left eye*..... Konnichi wa..... Kaiori-san..... *He didn't turn to face her. For now she was more or less behind him*

*Looking around again once she was at the center of the vacant town, she thought she saw something. Or was it someone? Not being able to decide, Aethi chose to investigate quietly made her way in the direction that she had thought she saw someone.*

*Aethi went unnoticed for now. Than still doesn't look at Kaiori, his gaze was set to the ground in front of him as well as straight in front, sort of at the horizon* It would hurt where ever I was. Don't worry about it. Did you come all the way out here just to find me? *His tone didn't change much throughout*

*Creeping up next to some ruins she saw two people and sat quietly, watching. She gave no indication as to whether she could hear what they were saying or not. Just sat there waiting for whenever she might be able to go talk to them. They looked to be in an important discussion or something. She began to lightly hum to herself and nod her head from side to side.*

of course ! *she walks around so she can face him* I ..made you leave .. so I was worried..I'm so sorry Than I wasn't feeling well at the time..all you've done is try to help...and I thank you for that..*she bites her lip, she felt so bad for snapping out at him the other day*

*Than closes his eye and turns his head to his left, so that the good side of his face was facing her but he wasn't looking at her* With good reason. Whether I try to help is one thing..... and I would gladly try to help you whenever I could, but whether I actually succeeded is a whole different story. I should be apologizing to you for so many things......

It wasn't right! I didn't want to kill him!! *Than shouts out nearly as soon as Kai cuts herself off. His shoulders tremble rather badly* Maybe what he did was wrong, maybe he should have been different, and maybe, just maybe, I should be the one dead right now...... I didn't want to take his life. You think I just straight out hated him for what he'd done, Kaiori-san? Well I didn't....... Like you I wanted him to change and see what he was doing..... I wanted him to live and spread that kind of example to his clan. Now because I was stupid enough to use a technique I hadn't perfected.... Apollo paid for it with his life....

*kaiori stares at her feet* you think I didn't know that Than ? ... the point is there isn't anything you can do now anyways ! yah he is dead and it hurts ! I know that Than I'm hurting two ! but you can only beat yourself about it so much before it becomes pointless and all you're doing is hurting more people...

So what!? What would become of Apollo's death if I did nothing but step over his corpse like the murderer I'm turning into? *His breath shakes a bit* Every where I look all I see is those four people I killed from the attack on the dojo and Apollo's lifeless corpse. The sin of their murders is mine to bare, no matter how much I may hate myself for taking their lives, families, and futures from them. Of course I know I have to move on..... but I don't even know where to go anymore Kaiori-san. I've run myself into the ground...... it's not your fault, so just let me take on what is my fault.
