"Tangela...The Vine Pokemon...Normally covered in blue seaweed, nonone has ever seen the face beneath the armor of vines." it rattled off in a mechanical female voice.
"Tangela?" Danny asked his dad. "I dunno Danny. I've never seen that Pokemon myself." he said as he handed the boy Tsuki's Pokeball. "Alright Tsu, listen to Danny so he can catch his first Pokemon." he told the Leafeon as she appeared from her Pokeball. She offered him a quizical look for a moment but nodded anyway.

"I think you're right but still..." Kaya started as he eyed the Tangela warily. It looked odd and his senses were telling him that something wasn't right. "I don't know what kinds of attacks this Pokemon can use Daddy..." Danny said as he looked up to Kaya. "Tell her to use Giga Drain, then throw this Pokeball at it, ok." Kaya said softly to the boy as he handed him a Premier Ball. He'd captured his first Pokemon back on Harmony Island with one and he wanted Danny to do so as well. "Ok daddy, I'll try." Danny said fearfully as he stepped forward with Tsuki by his side.
"Use...Giga Drain..." he said slowly, gulping hard as he watched the Leafeon blast a pair of draining green beams from her ears at Tangela.
-30 to Tangela. 10 Hp remains.
Danny waited for the attack to finish and then threw his Premier Ball at the Tangela. The ball connected and he watched as it shook about.

"Definitely, congrats," Brayden echoed Nona's sentiments with a smile as he looked to the strange Tangella. He was more than a bit startled to hear it talk... the only Pokemon he knew like that were a few psychic types, but... wasn't Tangella a grass type? And weren't they normally a blue-ish, if he remembered correctly from the few he had spotted before. Maybe it was shiny? But that wouldn't explain the skill in the human tongue...
Strange, to say the least.
Caliga sniffed at the Tangella curiously, also intrigued at the Tangella's ability, but her interest didn't last long, sneezing as she inhaled some of the spores. Crinkling her nose, she trotted back over to Brayden's side, staring at the newcomer.
"You did great for your first capture," Brayden nodded to Danny, "You definitely have Kaya's skill," he grinned.

So she released them into the garden.
"What should we do about him, though? Obviously it'll take a ton of effort just to beat one of his pokemon...He's the dragon master, for hell's sake! What the hell are we supposed to do?"
