at current and prospective demonhunters out there - your "want things changed in the dex" list? my top priority seems to be transports, with rhinos for GK, and possibly razorbacks, really in todays mech up or die environment they need this badly land speeders armed with psycanons and incinerators would be fine too for some mobile firepower some sort of dedicated predator variant is another wish, but even access to regular one would be nice

GK Assault Marines. Not necessarily armed with jump packs. Possibly warp jump generators.
Flamestorm Incinerators
The rumors that I've heard about GK termies put them as being ******** horrifying units. High stats including multiple wounds, good special rules, potentially Eternal Warriors. If this is true, I want to field an army of just them to see what kind of waste I can lay.

Good, they deserve it! Points though... If they are the rules, it'll be like 75+ a model.

something similar to my Wardens would be nice, haha ive been working on a grey knight-styled imperial guardsman recently, just for fun, but i really like him and want to field a unit of them now... maybe ill just use him to represent a Stormtrooper Sergeant, Power Weapon and Hellpistol... Inquisitorial Warden (front)Inquisitorial Warden (back)

I guess it depends on who the author is going to be. It's a split between Robin Cruddance (Imperial Guard and Tyranids) and Matt Ward (Space Marines). If it's Robbin, expect vehicle squadrons and large hordes of stuff, if it's Matt, expect his Mary Sue fluff, overpowered models and a general eliteness to the army.

In all honesty, I hope its Matt. They should be over powered, although not a light point cost, and they really should have an elite feel to the army. Also needs some one who actually understands GKs, since I had a feeling that Matt didn't actually understand the difference between a Captain and Chapter Master. I still think a sergeant should have 1 higher Ws that a normal marine, but hey ho.

Any possibility of Phil Kelly making them? Dark Eldar were great, no units really useless, great fluff (Menzoberranzan meets 40k!), and feel of the finesse rapier army in combat.

It really needs to be one of the oldbloods and NOT WARD. Knowing Ward, they'd get buried under Ultra s**t and GRORIOUS CALGAR.

Oh, Ward also wrote the "Blood Strike Missile Magma Grapple Blood Drop Extravaganza" codex. Sooooo yeah.
As for Phil, he's still regretting the Space Wolves codex.
There are no old bloods left aside from Phil. Unless you want uncle Jervis to gaze upon the Grey Knights and do his "magic" on them.

I am pretty much convinced at this point we will end with Matt Ward, and epic melee heroic army... prediction? WS 5 power weapons everywhere with extra bonuses vs demons. Stormbolters as basic eq are also pretty much given, Think BA Sanguinary Guard on steroids,.. One question needing answer is how they are supposed to survive enemy shooting (yes IG, I am looking at you!)

Either by giving them special deep-strike rules or an incentive to use transports more often. they would need to have said transports first... as for the deep strike, presumably descent of angels combined with heroic intervention would do the trick still this doesnt solve the problem of 200plus point squad killing chimera or ig squad worth less than 100 points and getting pasted in a fussiliade of retaliatory fire

Lt. Brookman Grey Knights have the Rhino, Land Raider and Chibi-hawk as transport options alongside regular teleport attacks. current dex states only land raider as heavy support and no GK dedicated transports at all... unless you take stormtroopers and have them donate their transports to GK razz
