Siobhan watched Tyrian eat a second and third piece of pie before finally deciding to get second one for herself. She didn't know that anyone else her age that could put away as much food as Tyrian could, but it was something she didn't really find worth merit. He looked like such a glutton, licking his plate, wiping his face, nibbling his paws like some sort of... Animal. She made a face when he wasn't looking at her.
"... Do you want to go get more prizes after we're done eating, Tyrian?" She asked, tilting her head at him. "I think I saw some games before when we were wandering, but I'm not sure where..." (115 words)
Tyrian pretended not to notice that Siobhan was making faces at him while he finished his pie and leaned back to look at her once he was done. She wanted to go play some games, huh? He could do that, but first, he wanted to see if he couldn't get another plushie from one of the booths. He gathered his plates, threw them out, and waved Siobhan over.
"Okay, but I saw a plushie I really liked over here and I want to get it before someone else does!" He called, reaching for her hand as she skipped over. "But, what game did you want to play? Are there any particularly good ones?" (113 words)
Alright, after waiting patiently for another agonizing ten minutes, there still wasn't any candy out for Kiriko to take home! This was the worst festival she'd ever been to, and she hadn't been to all that many! It was devoid of candy, coated in pink, and didn't even have any cute toys she liked! ... Well, maybe except for Mr. Blue, her new Jackalope. She liked him, but there was literally nothing else she liked about this place! She stamped her foot, folded her arms, and stomped off to the exit. Her big brother was going to hear about this adventure, and he'd be coming back down here to get her some candy later! He should have been here with her from the very beginning, but he was too busy painting silly Valentines pictures! He had no appreciation for anything else but that silly canvas and easel!
"Stupid Milo's just a big fat liar!" She heaved, fussing even as she wandered out of sight. "There's no candy at this festival, Mr. Blue! No candy at all!" (176 words)
Allumin admired the newly acquired pendant while Baron hopped around his feet. The purple jackalope seemed to have a knack of hopping between his legs mid stride. From time to time Allumin glanced down to ponder the purple familiar. It seemed like he was making a game of this, and considering how many feet he had to dodge around in a place as crowded as this, maybe his new friend wasn't as fated to be the fat thing he imagined him becoming in due time. Allumin paused in his stride and tucked the pendant into his back pocket. As he did, Baron chose to sit himself down right on his left foot. Allumin gave a short bark of a laugh. "Whatever are you doing you silly creature?" He asked Baron, to which the jackalope merely tilted it's head as though it had no idea what he was talking about.
((filler)) Eli nabbed a plushie for himself while Farid was distracted by the vespercat.
"W-Wha...what are you doing!!" she exclaimed, exasperated at the outgoing neko. Being dragged to a ring toss, she huffed and crossed her arms, no long having the freshling hold onto her. "I'm not shy. And.. why are you so sure I want to play games with you?" she asked. Because I'm a neko? I don't need to be friends with you... What's wrong with you? she thought to herself as she glared as intensely as she could at the other neko. It appeared to have not worked though; the outgoing neko happily plucked up some rings and handed it to Mao, and was urging her to take a shot. Sighing defeatedly, she tossed a ring. Miss. Oh well..
Zephyr nabbed a book titled Outsider. So much interesting literature! They couldn’t wait to go back to their room and read it later ~
Chessy's face lit up at the news and she grinned ear to ear, clapping happily. "I go to Grendel tooooo! I'm a double major too~ In Divination and Illusion. Aaaaah you're probably in my class and I didn't even notice!" she exclaimed, giggling. She couldn't help but get super excited - Delilah was a cute, shy girl and it made Chessy enjoy hanging out with her. She was such a polar opposite to herself - it was refreshing.
At Delilah's disbelief, she waved a hand dismissively. "Eh, I don't worry about it, 'cause those people can't be worth my time, y'know?"
Laina held onto the bouquet of pale yellow roses and sighed wistfully, and walked around the area slowly. Hugging the bouquet gently, she paused when she reached a small game booth. Deciding to try it out, she approached it and placed her bouquet on the ground temporaily while she played. Unfortunately, she didn't do well enough for a prize. Defeated, she reached for her bouquet, only to see a red jackalope nibbling on it. "W-wha...! SHOO!" she squeaked, swatting towards it with her hand.
The jackalope tilted its head at her; reaching for it, she grabbed it by the scruff and looked for a freshling that would take it - she recalled that freshlings were generally eager for pets. Spotting two nekos together, she went up to them and held it out to a neko with a dark red sweater. "Hi there! I feel like you would like this..." she said, smiling at the freshling. Mao seemed to stare at her before taking the jackalope in her arms and cradling it. given to my Mao

Seeing him gesture her to come to his eye level, she did so. Listening to him ramble, she couldn't help but admit it was endearing - kids really were sweet. Estys smiled weakly. "T-thank you, Chau. That's really, really nice of you, Sweetie. And see, one day, you're going to make a girl really, really happy." She hugged him tightly before returning to her height and looking around some more. "Is there any games you want to play, Chau? Or prizes you wanna win? I can try and help you," she offered to him, holding out her hand for him to hold on to, if he so wished.

"Oh! Oh a-awesome! Wuh-we probably do have cl-classes together, thu-then." She picked up a Fenneckit plush, like the one she'd previously claimed for herself, and looked at it, then handed it to Chessy. "Huh...here. Matching plushes... To muh-mark our friendship."
She considered Chessy's comment, then nodded. "Ruh-right. If th-they can't see huh-how awesome you are, th-they don't d-deserve to."
Niamh actually started to fall asleep, there, for a long moment, before her new friend woke her.

“Well” leto finally said after standing there looking at the door for so long. “Hopefully as your first festival at school its living up to whatever you’ve heard about….aaahhh”. Yep there was a reason that he didn’t like festivals maybe the next one he could hide under his desk or it would conveniently happen when he was in the middle of midterms. Although if he really thought about it, maybe Tsuki had done him a favor last time when she ran off, staying safe on a bench even if it was lonely seemed like it had been the better deal. “I’ll have to make sure to add the flowers to a vase then. He tends to like any plant I have in here so it’s nice to know there is something I can accidentally kill” he after all didn’t have the best green thumb no matter what his room suggested. “Yeah he tends to disappear in the plant I have for him now…” Leto did have to smile at Atre who was of course now trying to get all the attention and pets from Jaden, looked like he was finally active for the day. He hoped that he suddenly wasn’t switching out chani for Atre.

The festival had been going well. They had both gotten drinks earlier, sitting on a bench and just people watched. Arinas had never been the most social kid and he seemed to be happy but Aracaea wanted to show him more of the festival. Sitting on benches where both good but it was their first festival. She had just recently come to below after all and Arinas had just recently entered the academy. Over in the corner it looked like there were a couple booths where you could buy things.
“hmm think we should get something for your dad?” Ara asked. She smiled at the enthusiastic response, although nothing screamed Alrai yet. She wouldn’t mind getting the bluish bracelet for herself though.
Arinas had been having fun. The drinks were really tasty and Ara was really good company. He was still a bit sad his dad couldn’t make it but Ara made for a great friend even if she was just his dad’s roommate. Still everyone was so interesting to watch, although he did feel bad for the people that got pelted with plushies…. Some even got pelted with more dangerous items. Love, or whatever it was sure was dangerous. “yeah we should totally get dad something. I bet he really wanted to come” Arinas said beaming. Well probably not, but Arinas could pretend and it was the holiday to give your special people something right. Of course this booth didn’t have anything… although he did ask Ms. Ara for one of those lockets. They were really pretty and he could hold pictures in them.
Allumin lightly shook his foot to dislodge Baron, and the jackalope quickly pounced on his other foot. It took Allumin a few more shakes of his feet to get the hang of shaking Baron off his foot, and hopping his other foot up before the jackalope had a chance to sit on it. Baron dashed between feet, hopping and trying to sit himself on Allumins toes of whatever foot was on the ground. The little hop jig dance carried on for several minutes until Allumin ended up tripping up over his own tail and landed on his butt. He realized at that point he was laughing. Tears beaded in his eyes as Baron hopping into his lap and stared at him. "I get it, this was to make me stop calling you lazy isn't it?" He asked with a small laugh.
Aellys sighed softly, one hand firmly holding onto Bryony's. His son. He smiled a bit at that, gaze turning to the freshling who was looking everywhere but at his father. The last time he had been to a festival like this, he'd been alone, and had not had a family. It was still a strange feeling...this not being alone anymore thing. But he liked it. Like taking care of Bryony and spending time with Alrai and Arinas. Glancing down at Bryony, he had an idle thought and wondered if he ever felt like the odd one out since his was the only name not beginning with A.
