He felt a bit bad, having to spoil her fun simply because of his lack of confidence. Though in a situation like this, it was hard for him to have a huge amount of confidence. Maybe over time, but for the moment he was still feeling like he might suddenly drop. "Oh I'm sure you do. No reason for you not too." He replied glancing down for only a split second. No, better to keep his eyes up. The thought of a visual aid did seem more comforting. It would help him relax. Or at least though it would. He didn't know how much, but it would be better than just seeing nothing but open air around him. He wished he could feel as free as Vira probably felt. It would make the whole event a lot more fun, for the both of them.
He felt almost like a child, learning to walk. The way she almost seemed to pull him forward easing into it, it was like he was just learning to skate, or something along those lines. Only, with a bit more dangerous twist. He kept trying to reassure himself she would make sure nothing happened, but just knowing he was up in the air was such a different feeling for him. "I'm trying" He said still feeling slightly nervous. Though he did feel a littl better with Vira being closer. "I don't know how you have the confidence to soar about the way you do. I'm still trying to get used to the fact that I'm not on the ground." He said keeping his eyes on her to keep himself distracted.

Vira was really worried, he seemed so uncomfortable. Did she try too much too soon? Had she missed something? Baka! Bakabakabaka! She scolded herself, finding the word to roll off the tongue and in her mind easier than English did. She could thank the wind sprites later for teaching her that one.
As he mentioned confidence, she seemed a bit surprised, her eyes widening slightly. It made her smile softly, if not with a little hint of sadness, lowering her eyes as she let go of one hand to reach around and touch his back. Using the water in the air, she formed wings of ice that were filled with the wind, giving them an almost glowing an effect. They would flap as she would need them to, giving him the effect that they were helping him fly. Or so she hoped. "I wouldn't call it confidence. Flying was my escape from the land below when I was younger. That world with the ground was not kind to me for many years of my life. I feel safer up here than I do down there. Even now it is the same." She told him softly, her hand sliding away from his back to take his hand again, now flying a bit faster. She suddenly seemed to age a bit with how she was acting, no longer the somewhat ditzy, bubbly girl she usually was. It was clear she knew the darker ways the world worked.

If she wasn't going to fret over it then he wasn't going to either. But he'd make sure to bring it back up if he ever did remember. He simply couldn't at the moment, for whatever reason. His mind was a little bit fuzzy whenever he tried to recall the question. Maybe it just wasn't anything too important? Just something out of curiousity. That had to be it. If it was something he really wanted to ask her he would have made a mental note about it. Or at least reminded himself to ask her at a later point in time. Whatever, it didn't matter. He wouldn't let it bother him.
Seeing the way she seemed to react to his kiss, Seiji was worried that a memory might have surfaced suddenly. The last time hadn't been so bad, but the first time still made him cautious when she seemed to stop moving like that. Though his worry quickly passed when she smiled. He smiled in return, watching her lean in. Seiji's eyes closed in response, a light 'Mmm' escaping his lips as she kissed him. That too seemed to send him into his own little peaceful world. He enjoyed it more and more each time.

It was strange to feel something form onto him like that. Her gifts were so much more amazing then his was. Or at least, he thought so. Having control over the wind, and water too. She could even fly because of such things. Sometimes he wished he hadn't been so foolish and acted on the Succubbus' offer. Sure he wouldn't have any ability, but he often found himself wonder what if he did have something more unique? His eyes looked to the wings for a few moments, as best he could without turning too much. That...made him feel better.
"Well, maybe for you, who's so used to it. But for someone like me, who only ever got off the ground when I dove into a swimming pool. It's a lot different." He commented, laughing lightly, feeling better. So, there was something in her past, obviously from the scars. He wouldn't ask, it would likely only bring up bad memories. He didn't want to distract her either way. Though he was feeling a bit more confident, he hadn't forgotten that she was the one keeping him up here. "I can see why you love it so much though. Just being up here. After I start to get used to it...it does feel pretty cool. You're lucky to have a place like this to escape to whenever you want." His only escape was ignoring people or taking off and being alone.

She didn't immediately pull away, finding herself content to hold this kiss longer than before. It made her heart flutter, taking another couple of moments before she finally did pull back though slowly and not far. Her eye opened a moment later, tilting her head slightly as her hands gave his a gentle squeeze, bringing the one closest to their faces to her cheek. She liked feeling his warmth.... It didn't make her feel so strange. Or rather, like it was ok for her to be how she was. She had heard that little 'mmm' come from him, but she did not understand why. Though, that usually was a sound in response to something pleasant, yes? She didn't worry about it, her crimson depths meeting his gray ones. She never wanted to lose this feeling. Ever.

Vira tilted her head a little to think about that, now allowing herself to fly as she would normally with him. All she really did was soar over the campus, no real tricks or anything. Besides, part of her mind was elsewhere. Her smile had lessened a bit, having to reach a hand back to apply a cool extremely thin layer of ice on her back as some of her scars throbbed again. "Maybe.." She didn't pursue the matter further, not wanting to laden him down with her darkness. It wasn't worth possibly scaring someone off or just ending up with pity. She didn't want that. She managed to call up a smile for him though, for the moment unable to call up her bubbliness.
They were flying at a faster speed, the wind blowing past them, a faint whistling in their ears. His comment made her chuckle a bit, glancing around with a light sigh. "It's my happy place. I'm just glad you've started to relax." She murmured, brushing her bangs back as she turned so she wasn't facing him, instead facing ahead like he was, breaking the one band on his wrist since it wasn't needed anymore. Her expression grew hard to read, it was still like before but there were some strange elements in there that didn't really give off any clear emotions. "We all have our escapes, our vices. It's just a matter of how we escape thats different."

Lexy started to tred the halls for trouble after she left Tristan and Elly and told them she would go see her uncle. She didn't want to do what other people told her to do, her rebel like attitude already starting to show when she only just got there. No one was in classes so she could do anything like that, and then the oppurtunity striked. She over heard a girl talking to her friend about Elly and about almost dying yesterday. They mentioned how they always liked Elly and that she was a kind and helpful person. For one reason or another, Lexy got mad, but then she smirked, thinking of something troublesome again. She summoned her little fairy friend and asked where Elly was again. The fairy took her to the pool in which Lexy peeked in and saw them. She secretly changed into a bathingsuit she poofed out of no where, and jumped into the pool. "Elly, Tristan! I've been looking for you everywhere ever since I went to speak with uncle. Hey, Elly, let play a game. The object of the game is to not panic," she said calmly and before Elly could object, Lexy jumped on her and dunked her under the water. This would be no problem for Elly, except for the whole drowning thing. She could hardly swim well enough for her own good and now there was this game Lexy wanted to play. It was a dangerous and scary one for Elly wasn't used to these situation and didn't know if Lexy wouldn't lnow how to free her. Once she was dunked once, Elly rose to the surface but then something sucked her under again before she could get a breath. It did it again before Elly reached the surface yet another time. "Lexy stop it! You know im not that good of a swimmer like most kids. STOP!!" Elly warned, her patience waring thin.

It was easy to just be around Ranka. For him, being with her made things in general easier. Their connection obviously had something to do with that, but just the way she reacted to some things or took a moment to understand. He found those little quirks slowly growing on him. He was certainly used to it by now. Those little pauses she took before answering, or the way she looked at him if she didn't quite understand. He found it to be very cute. Even if she didn't understand that part of it either.
When she finally pulled away, Seiji let his eyes open slowly, still letting the feeling wash over him. Just gazing into her eye, Seiji didn't really feel a need for words. A connection like theirs didn't always need it. Especially in these sorts of moments. Their hands joined once more, and he felt the coldness of her pulse through him again. It was such a calming feeling for him. He couldn't help but feel relaxed.

Tristan paused as he heard Lexy again, raising an eyebrow at this "game." He wasn't getting a good feeling from this. As the girl began to prevent Elly from getting a breath, he felt a flicker or rage in his blood, the shadows suddenly leaping out of the bottom of the pool at the girl, restraining her away from Elly. "Leave. Her. Alone. NOW." He muttered rather darkly, a rather ominous presence coming from him. He took Elly's hand and pulled her close, always gentle. With that, he felt the shadows rise up around the two of them and take them out of the water.
They reappeared a short distance from the pool in a different part of the gymnasium, his dark eyes still showing he was seething from that. "Menace. Can I harm her?" He asked, raising an eyebrow to his question in an almost hopeful sort of manner. Though, considering she was Atlas' niece, he doubted the answer would be yes.

Elly sighed in relief as Tristan protected her. She clung to him in fear and watched as they hovered over the water and to the other part of the gym. Tears welled up and fell from her eyes a bit, though not very big tears. "No, don't. She was only... playing. She doesn't know when it's time to stop so yelling at her is good enough. Gah! Don't m-mind the tears..." she told him, rubbing her eyes to get the redness and the tears away, the tears due to her fear of drowning. As Lexy had become restrained in the shadows and then the others moved, she had an almost look of hate that was glaring at Elly as they moved. She then turned her gaze to Tristan and smiled, though not when he was looking. "You know I would never hurt you Elly. Too many people just adore you!" she told her and smiled, the smile, to Elly, not looked genuine at all. "I'm sorry Tristan, I was just playing a game with my friend, that's all, no harm done, right?"

Ranka felt a smile of content spread across her pale features, for once not feeling the need to be doing anything. Or maybe technically she was doing something. She was spending time with him. That had to count as something, yes? She was sure someone would agree.
She remained there with him another moment till she sensed another spirit descend upon them, flicking them away with a finger. And just that little flick seemed to send the spirit flying. Sighing lightly, she turned her gaze back to him, chuckling a little. Something had struck her funny, though she did not really know what. "Never a moments peace. Well, is there anywhere you wished to explore since this is only your second day?" She asked him softly, wondering how her sister was doing considering how slowly the spirits numbers seemed to be shrinking. She was probably fine, she just found herself worrying anyways. Illogical to.

Tristan simply held her tightly, his tears only fueling his disdain for this little s**t that had appeared at his home this day. "You sure? That seemed like malicious intent to me. Not simple playing." He muttered, sighing lightly as he smoothed away some of the tears for her. "It's ok to-" He stopped as the brat had followed, his eyes narrowing. He turned a bit so Elly was more hidden from view, standing up a bit taller.
Ok, whatever he said earlier was ignorance. Maybe naivte. "Almost sounds like your jealous. They don't truly care about her." He murmured, his voice remaining level and seemingly calm. He ran a hand along Elly's back gently, the apology making him more angry rather than soothing him. Yet he merely kept the same expression with his eyes narrowed at the child. "No harm done? I beg to differ you little s**t. Leave Elly alone, ok?" He answered, the volume of his voice raising in the slightest. Not much, but a bit. He doubted this would smooth this out, but it was worth a shot.

She wasn't as cheery as she had been a few moments ago. Something must have been going through her head. What was she thinking on this time? Watching her turn away, and seeing one band dissipate, Hyunn listened to her voice, wondering what was bothering her. It was a personal matter no doubt. Something he shouldn't stick his nose into. Still, he might be able to cheer her up, or help in some way that didn't involve him having to learn her secrets. The mention of escapes brought a few of his own memories up.
The succubbus. She had promised him exactly what he wanted. It had only been a month or two into the deal when Hyunn began to question his decision, not wanting to leave suddenly in the middle of his life. She had said she would make it look like an accident, but as the days had passed he found himself trying to find a way out of the deal. Luckily for him, he had managed a way. His life didn't exactly return to normal after that though. In the end he had ended up running away, leaving as his escape. Estelle, in a manner of speaking, was his escape.
Hyunn felt his eyes lower for a moment as he pushed the stupid thoughts from his mind. He was here now. There was no going back. He'd made his decisions. His eyes rose, looking to Vira as he wondering how she must feel. Mustering up some courage, he tried moving finding himself hesitant at first, though finally managed to force himself to. It had taken some effort, but he found it not so bad. In fact, he managed to move a little closer to Vira, if only slightly. "Well. I think I might be able to get used to his eventually. Maybe you could bring me up here more often once I get the hang of it?"

Seiji smiled as well, happy for these little moments. If he could spend time like this with Ranka more often it would definitely make his life easier. Sure they wouldn't have the chance to see each other every moment of every day. Anyone sensible enough to think would know that. But being in a relationship was supposed to be like this. Just enjoying the other person's company. It seemed that the two of them were very much doing so. When she had tended to the spirit his eyes glanced to the movement of her finger, though settled back on her when she spoke. More laughing, his smiled widened. He liked the sound of her chuckle.
It was just a quick thought to her comment, but it rang true for her. She said there was always something for her to do. Even if not always her physical self there was something. Though, that was the realm of death. So far it hadn't interrupted their moments together, for the most part anyway. He understood anyway, there would always be things she needed to deal with. Seiji had to wonder if there was really anything he wanted to do. She'd listed off what was around, and had to answer no. It wasn't like he really needed to see any of it, but wandering about the campus might give them something to do, more to see. He'd already thought of that as a possibility. A little tour around wouldn't hurt. "Well, nothing specific, but maybe we can just walk around the grounds. That way I start to get more familar with everything."

It was coming to the point where she couldn't pretend anymore, glancing back to him as she thought about it for a moment. Did she trust him enough to let him see more of this face? This real her? Trust.... God she had such issues with the word. At this point, she wasn't sure if she had much choice. This was also what happened while she flew. She didn't have to hide from anyone up here, put on the charade. She could be herself without fear of hearing someone advise her of what she may want to do or anything.
Looking ahead of them, she had them turn, now flying over the lake and the back courtyard. She noticed he had drifted into his own thoughts, showing the same courtesy he had her. She did not ask what was on his mind. Instead, she merely gave his hand a squeeze to show her concern, her eyes remaining straight ahead of them in this silence.
Once it was broken, she noticed he was closer up to her, almost next to her at this point. It made her smile softly, nodding once as she tilted them at an angle to the left, raising their altitude so they could soar over another building. "Just needed to adjust was all." She murmured, the band of air fading from around his wrist. She didn't think he needed it anymore. "Sure. It'll be nice to have some company that is someone other than sprites." She chuckled a bit, her hair breaking free of it's hair tie, fluttering more as it billowed free from it's restraints.
