[Ravenwing's ears pricked as Robinsong padded up to him and Lightningstrike, and he instantly looked up from the Ruffe he was eating. Hastily he licked his lips to cleans it of any fish bits that was sticking to his muzzle, and turned around to check that his pelt was at least good enough to be seen. I KNEW I should have groomed it when I came back, now it's spiky while it's drying. Mouse dung! [He thought as he hastily smoothed some of the spikiest bits with his tongue, before turning back to see Robinsong standing in front of them both. He merely flicked one ear in surprise at her reprimand, before drooping both ears to make himself look slightly more pitiful in mock sorrow. His ears pricked back up as she leaned closer to him and took a mouthful with a smile, and mischief danced in his clear green orbs as he looked back into her mismatched eyes playfully.]
"Why thank you, my dear Robinsong, that's the nicest compliment I've heard all day."
[He purred as he stood up out of manners, since lying down was hardly the way to talk to a she-cat. He gazed into her eyes for a few moments, before padding up towards her until his muzzle was only a mouse-length away from her mouth.]
"There's a bit of fish stuck on your cheek."
[He meowed as he flicked out his tongue, giving her a quick lick on her cheek before drawing back, gazing at her with a playful look in his eyes (since I don't think cats can smile XD).]
"There, now your pelt is clean and beautiful as before."
[He meowed as he looked at her full in the face, before flicking an ear in Lightningstrike's direction, conscious that the silver tabby tom was watching them.]

[Mintpaw gazed around blankly.
The Madness had her completely in it's hold.
Ever since the Gathering its hold upon her has grown slightly stronger each day.
Soon, she realized that she didn't recognize anyone.
She stared at a she-cat in wonder of her blue and green eyes. (That's Robinsong.)
She was definitely gorgeous and she wanted to spare that one of its blood.
She stared at the night-black cat beside her. (That's Ravenwing.)
His pelt sleek and full.
A splatter of blood would definitely be bold on that night-black pelt...
She licked her lips, but she'd have to wait.
Shaking her head roughly she thought..]
Oh great Starclan.. have I lost it that much that I dream of grotesque fantasies? she shuddered but the feeling of unease still wouldn't leave her.
[Her blank stare envoloped that black tom.
Hunger panged at her belly.
She had no taste for the limp cold prey that sufficed her tummy for only a few hours..
She wanted warm cat.. right from this clan..]

Lulz, but a silver pelt? Huh huh, noo way. He's more like the son of say Tigerstar's great grandson and some unknown she-cat. XD I really should make a profile for him. . .))
[Lightningstrike flicked aan ear at Ravenwing, contempt glaring in his amber eyes. He dipped his head to Robinsong in a merely respectful gesture of acknowledgment.]
He leaned over Ravenwing and whispered, ever so slightly so only Ravenwing could hear, "This isn't over yet."
[Lightningstrike snorted and reared up on his hind paws, then plunged the other way toward the fresh-kill pile. What is with me? I'd never act this way to another Clanmate! Why can't I stop myself now? Lightningstrike froze. He knew why! Robinsong. She's the problem here, not Ravenwing. She knows that I like her, but she keeps rejecting me! Why did I turn on my friend this way? Ravenwing and I were good friends before. . .her. And now, the friendship's gone. Why? Because of her. If she hadn't oh so clearly rejected me, maybe I wouldn't have this rivalry against Ravenwing. So what? He can have Robinsong. I no longer care.
Lightningstrike grabbed one of the trouts sitting on the pile and then he caught Ravenwing's eye, seeming to say Hungry again? Hm, maybe it fat rather than fluff! Lightningstrike snorted and headed into the nursery.]
"Sandbeam! Here, this is for you."
[Lightningstrike nodded curtly to Sandbeam, confused. Why was he getting angry? Why was he always so short with his Clanmates. Why was he asking himself questions?! He knew why. His amber eyes narrowed, not at the thought of Ravenwing, but at the thought of Robinsong. She can have Ravenwing. If she obviously prefers him over me, fine. I don't care anymore. I'm not letting she-cat get into my head any longer.
Lightningstrike shook his massive head in an effort to clear his thoughts. He gazed up at the sun setting. He padded over to Troutail and dipped his head respectfully.]
"Troutail, would you like me to lead the sunset patrol? I can check the border with StormClan, we haven't been that way lately. Or NightClan, for that matter." ______________________________________

Troutail nodded "sure, I was trying to find someone to eat that salmon on the top with me. I bet it could feed 3 or 4 cats, more on that one than the pike. But the clan comes first, have you asked Mosstar yet?"

"Okay" he looked around camp for cats. Not Ravenwing, not Robinsong, not Ravenwing, not Robinsong he repeated in his head. Then he saw Nightflame "what about Nightflame, could we bring him?"

[Lightningstrike padded over to Aquawish and Nightflame, intending to let them know that they were due on a patrol.]
"Aquawish, Nightflame, Troutail and I are going to patrol the StormClan and NightClan border. We would like you to accompany us."
[Lightningstrike nodded curtly in respect, then turned back towards Ravenwing and Robinsong. He registered the startled look on Ravenwing's face when he saw that Lightningstrike's eyes were warm with friendliness, not cold with jealousy and hatred. Lightningstrike padded over to Ravenwing and Robinsong and sat down neatly next to Ravenwing, gently grooming out his long tail.] ______________________________________

(Troutail is Tigerstar's great-great-grandson, I think)
Good to see them being friends, for now of course. Troutail really didn't expect the friendliness to last long. They both try to compete for a she-cat who probably just likes to see them bicker.

Foxfire stretched as he padded out of the warrior's den, shaking bits of moss from his pelt. The sun lit up his dark ginger tabby fur, setting it aflame in dark fire. His pale gray eyes scanned the camp in alertness, giving a brisk nod to Lightningstrike and Troutail as he padded out. he had taken a short nap in the den, but that was not because he was lazy - it was because he wanted to conserve his energy for the night, perhaps for a patrol or for a shift in the night watch.
He noted the enormous pile of fresh kill with satisfaction, deciding to soothe his growling belly with a delicious looking squirrel that was buried beneath an enormous salmon, no doubt caught by Ravenwing or Lightningstrike. Those two were probably the only ones capable of catching such a large salmon or pike, thanks to Lightningstrike's muscular shoulders and Ravenwing's skills in fishing. He plucked out a squirrel from the pile, before making his way to Ravenwing, Lightningstrike and Robinsong.
"Hello Robinsong, I see you're looking well...that's good to see."
His tone, voice, everything about him sounded normal to his clanmates. Little would anyone know, that this simple statement may mean much, much more. His undeniably handsome looks, his mannerisms, all of them may remind Robinsong all too well about one particular cat. ______________________________

"Greeting, Foxfire. I see you are well today."
[Lightningstrike's eyes narrowed, as if he could sense something was up inside of Foxfire. He felt that it had something to do with Robinsong. He shrugged his massive shoulders, telling imself that he didn't care what happened to Robinsong. But was it true? Of course it's true! i don't care about her or any other cat in the Clan! I'm loyal to SeaClan, but nothing more. Lightningstrike angled his head to groom his back. His rythmic strokes soothed him, though he kept one eye partially open to watch the other cats.]
"Foxfire, would you like to accompany us on the sunset patrol?" ______________________________________
