Kano had an urgent like feeling or so. Something had finally hit him, and Kano had Flickered off into town. "Sorry I must go" was Kano's last words before poofing.

Sosay smiled as she felt the heat on her arm from Raiden's touch. "Good! Now lets move on." she could feel the presence of some other people in the training field, more then before. "Okay this is the next one. It's called Fire Release: Flare Technique. For this one you concentrate your fire elemental chakra to your lungs. Then you breath out and a small burst of fire should appear. Like this." she explained. Sosay made the hand signs as she focused her chakra to her lungs, taking a deep breath she let it out. From her mouth emerged a small burst of orange. The flame only lasted for seconds but it lit up the darkened area's around the two. Turning to Raiden she smiled, "Now it's your turn."

Katon: Shoumeidan no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flare Technique)

Description: By molding chakra into ones lungs properly, they are able to exhale a short burst of heat and flame which basically explodes from the mouth. The fire itself actually only lasts for about a second. But its effect is that it illuminates dark places, if only for but a few seconds. "Like this?" He focus his chakra into his lungs. He took a deep breath but he didn't use enough chakra and only coughed up a lot of smoke. "Oh god" Raiden said as he was choking. "Okay let me try this again." This time he put to much chakra and made a big flame shoot out. "Whoops. Heh, Well third times a charm right?" This time Raiden put just enough chakra to make the flame come out. "That's good right?"

Watching as Raiden practiced the technique, Sosay's eye's glanced to the scroll, preparing herself for the next jutsu. When he produced a flame the same as hers she smiled. "This kid's going to be a quick learner." she noted to herself. "Yup! That's how you do it. Now on to the next one. This one is called Fire Release: Shuriken Technique. To do this one, you'll be doing the same as before, but this time with a little more force and a weapon." she explained pulling out a kunai. Throwing it swiftly, she quickly made the hand signs then breathed out. A small flame emerged and flew at the flying kunai, engulfing it in flames. As it went on the flames eventually went out, the kunai hitting a nearby tree. Looking back at Raiden she pointed at where her kunai went. "Now do what I just did." she ordered nicely.

Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shuriken Technique)

Description: A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.
Note: Only one projectile at a time.

"Huh...Alright." Raiden pulls the kunai off his shoulder and throws it. He then makes the hand seal and breathes out. The flames goes right pass the kunai and keeps on flying. "Whoops...let me try this again." He thinks for a while and tries again, only this time he does the hand seals first and shoots the fire. "Ok I only have a few seconds left." He quickly grabs his kunai and throws it through the flame setting it on fire and making the flame go out eventually, and landing above Sosay kunai. "Sorry I had to improvise." He said while smiling.

Ken walked into the training field, taking a deep breath. He could smell a bit of burning, but ignored it, and the faint line of smoke over the trees. It was small, so he didn't panic. Probably someone learning a fire jutsu.
He walked to a secluded area of the training area, near a small pond. He stood on a rock nearby, and started to stretch, getting ready to train.

Sosay smiled brightly as he succeeded again. "Well done! Now I want to show you a classic of mine. It's called Fire Release: Veil Technique." she told him. Making the necessary hand signs, Sosay pulled her hands apart. Bringing them together rather quickly, a hot white flash appeared, making anyone who witnessed it go blind. Moving quickly, she had disappeared from Raiden's sight. She approached him from behind, quietly placing a kunai at his throat. Placing her mouth close to his ear as she whispered to him, "This technique allows you to make a sudden bright flash, allowing you enough time to sneak up on your enemy and attack!" After explaining this, Sosay stood back up straight and walked around to the front of him. "Now you try it!" she started. "Try getting behind be jsut like I did to you."

Katon: Fukumen no Jutsu (Fire Release: Veil Technique)

Description: A stall technique which really only helps genins in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katons. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinities. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.

"Hold on gimme a sec..my eyes still hurt." Raiden was rubbing his eyes so they would get better. "Ok now I'll try it." Raiden made the same hand seals Sosay made earlier. He pulled his hands apart and brought them back together quickly. This caused the same white flash that blinded Sosay temporarily. Raiden then quickly ran behind Sosay before she could see again. "Sorry if I over did it..but is this good?" He said while dusting off his pants. "I think by the time we finish everything this place may get burned down." he chuckled.

Sosay was about to try something different when a sudden loud noise caught her attention. Turning completely she stared at as black smoke drifted off into the sky. "What the heck is going on?" she muttered. Turning to Raiden she motioned for him to follow. Suddenly, Sosay took off for the source of the smoke, still confused.

Reitenmaru heard the loud sound, he turned his head before looking at the boy. "Come with me, or find a secure place." he said, in a moment he dissapeared.

Mimik sheated his Shiriasaya and looked at Mr. Rei leaving the area. He quickly chased after him in a hurried pace screaming, "Yo! Where are we going Mr. Rei!?"

Ken heard the commotion from the training field, and headed toward the source. He saw a group of people rushing out, and he followed them out of the training field.
