Do cusotm Jutsu take scrolls to learn?
BEcause, if oyu made them up, woudl you need a scroll?

I actually think Beatriz and Auggie are off at the Chuunin exams place. So, there's no one that can train and move Genin about. The only Chuunin is practically useless. (Mint)

After all, a custom jutsu is supposed to be something you create entirely yourself, But you could find a lost scroll in the back sections of the library or something. But if you created the justu, I think you could self learn it. But custom jutsus may only be learned at chuunin. @Zetsu: No there arent. I know your bored because I'm going slow, but if you want me to train you, then ACTUALLY TRAIN. Dont just go insane. We create NPC's for academy students so they could train, and sometimes to move along the RP. If your going to do nothing but try to kill my NPC and ignore the training tips he gives you, I'm not gonna post. It wastes your time and mine. Make your character go crazy when he's with other RPC's, not an NPC created solely to help train you.

Question alert!! I want to have custom clothes. They don't give me any sorts of bonuses, but they do allow my jutsu to performed slightly more efficiently. Like I said, they don't give any 'actual' bonuses. I'm wondering if I still need to apply for such clothing since that would mean they need a weakness, which makes no sense because there is no bonus to counteract the weakness.

Also you were slow playing me when I was following everything you told me.

very perceptive. They were gonna be a mesh material, made up of bunch of tiny holes, so my bugs aren't limited to leaving through my sleeve and collar. Like i said, no bonus, just helps my jutsu a little. The outfit would look more or less just like shipuuden shino's except he'd keep the hood down.

so....er......yea. hows the chuunin exam going? also, am i the only one who's pissed that the Gobi is taken...i swear, if i could, i would kill the host and take his demon....but the host is the guild captain so yea.....
