HeavenSong You. Tell me the server and charrie name, now. I feel the need to make another character... a better one. And I need a damned good place to start. *Grumbles something about the fact that she didn't tell him until a few days after he started so that he had to restart and switch servers, and even then he never saw her once.* ... *Would also like to note that as much fun as FFXI seems at first, he really thinks that $13 a month is too much to pay for the quality of the game, because it gets very old very fast.* ... *Would also like to note that White Mage is the most fun of the classes, at least as far as the ones he's used. Thief looked pretty good, too. Though those two classes are so ungodly better if you have someone to team up with.*

I just wish I could find people to play with...theres so many..and I just get shy and can't go up to any else there...so many different people...things to do...it's great...and you only pay 13 a month if you have two charries..its 12 for a single chara.
I think thats way cheap.

Vahn The Devil And FFXI is not boring or dull or tedious. Say what you will... I'm just not a fan of runnning for 40 minutes just to get from town to where I intend to kill things, and, while there, have to sneakily avoid half the enemies for fear of beinge eaten alive, and only pick on the tiny ones that give me 12 experience for a kill. It's just not as fun as it could be, you know. rolleyes

NOT a Paladin... are you? I quit after Xmas break, when I had been away from the game for long enough to realize just how much it sucked up my time for such little reward... At that time I was a level 16 War/8 WM, and, due to my antisocialness, other than a few people I've teamed up with, it was mostly me and Steve going out and taking advantange of what the warrior's provoke could do for the backstab of his 17 Thief/8 BM. ...I remember one severely dumbassical adventure where a TaruTaru mage in our party cast a spell on a bug across the river in the mines... apparently not thinking, because the other 4 party members just kind of backed away to the side of the room and said, "Idiot." To which she replied: "...I'm boned, aren't I?" And we said: "Yup." So, after just kind of standing around for about 3 minutes rubbing our brows in frustration, about twenty seven beetles charged out of one of the tunnels and proceeded to stampede over said TaruTaru... The rest of us were, of course, ignored.

Though I suppose if I did I'd probably start in a different kingdom or something... We were cruisin' around the desert flats of Bastok...
*Tries to remember more about the game.* ...weapon skill levels? ...yeah... I remember at level 15 I swapped out the regular sword for a scythe... ninja Sucked royally starting out, but the skill points added up real fast and all. 3nodding

If you decide to play again..we should all try to get into one server..make a link shell group labeled Gaians or something nerdy..and just have fun amongst ourselves..

Sadly..I find myself much more open and relaxed with the freinds I have here, In gaia, and online..than those I have irl...
