Aspyn lifts her head with a start. "Wh-...oh, hi Hany." she says ssoftly, forcing a smile. She sits up. "You like? Was a bit of a shock to me, too."
[GAH, mom's forcing me on in 10 mins. crying ]

"Looks good." she says plainly as she sits the other side of the door, tail curling and flicking out at random intervals.
"How are you?" she asked, leaning forward to inspect the new, larger Aspyn.

Aspyn blankly notices the dryness between their words. "So..." she starts, "You've had a bad day, too, to say the least?"

"Oh, No.." she shakes her head "Not really..." her tail curls up around her bandage so Aspyn wont notice.
"I'm just tired is all..." she explains as she smiles a little under her skull. This is when she realised she didn't really like lieing to her friends.

Aspyn, her expression still unreadable, says, "Hanyuu...don't lie. You should know by now that I can see through it. And you're hurt." she motions to her leg, and although her face is still looking at Han, worry dashes her eyes for the first time.

Hanyuu froze. She knew she was bad but.. Oh come on, was she really THAT bad?
"Eh..." she murmurs as she stares down to the floor. "It's just a scratch, it's fine." she sped past the topic as she tries to change it to a new angle. "How's your family?" she rushes, not wanting to get into detail...

She mutters something silently under her breath as she looks back up and grunts "Want the long or short version..."
She couldn't believe she was willing to tell Aspyn. Wow... The power of Aspyn and nuzzles? Or was it she felt bad for lying?

"Ok..." Hanyuu's tone wasn't that happy but she continued anyway. "Toby er, I said that Toby should leave. We were having a petty fight and he said 'Ok' and tried to leave. I tried to stop him. The end..." she finished up quickly. Basically missing out every detail possible.

Aspyn stopped. She shot her eyes to Hanyuu. "Toby...he stayed, right? He's still here? He didn't leave again, right? You got him to stay?" it was like a switch gone off inside of her, sending frantic questions spewing from her mouth like fireworks gone awry.
