But see, there in lies the problem. If you were deaf since birth, you wouldn't know how to perceive sound/voices even IF they were in your head. And since your brain never learned to cogitated sounds into complex words and sentences, you wouldn't even be able to "hear voices" so to speak. It would just be something akin to like mumbling or moaning. But we'll never know. It's a frustrating dilemma.

LOL. Well. If I had a character count increase, I would make 3 of each race. I would rp all of them as well. And all of them would have thorough profiles and history set ups. Sadly we are limited to 3. I really want a Bount. xDD ANyway. NIGHT ALL.
