Ive slid out of her silky nightgown and got ready for the day. she walked to the mirror and brushed her hair, though it didn't help much. she applied a slight amount of make up and slipped on her tall leather boots, "Alright... Off i go." she mumbled to herself as she opened the door and...
(Tolleh can fill in the blank ^^)
~~~~~~~
Ailes smiled, "No i don't recall having any vases in the house, but i should probably get one since i love flowers..." she hugged and kissed Toole's cheek, "would you like to pick one out?"
"What is your preferred color so it doesn't clash with the themes your going for?" Toole began looking at other vases.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``
Tolly just sucked her into a tight embrace and spun her about to push her against the wall in a really close and passionate kiss. After a moment he takes a step back; "Now were ready to go for sure."

Ive smiled and took Toleranth's hand, "Well, Let's go then."she giggled and walked down the stairs and left her house.
~~~~~~
Ailes giggled and looked around the shop, "I haven't picked a color, i've just been grabbing things that look pretty. I trust you, Pick one you like."
Tolly kept up with her pace; 'So what are you planning to look at first?"
~~~~~~~~~~~
Toole juggled several vases trying to pick, the shop owner cringing behind the counter at the spectacle, and he put a few back and set three on the counter. 'I'll have more coming so please hold these until my lady is finished choosing her order." Toole slipped up beside Ailes towards the back of the store and looking first to make sure no one was watching he snuck a long kiss on her cheek.

"I guess i really don't know..." Ive laughed as she walked down the busy streets, "I wasn't planning on doing much i guess... It's just nice to look at all the little shops... I used to take Ailes and do this all the time."
~~~~~~~~~~
Ailes smiled as her cheeks turned a pale pink, "I like this vase!" she announced as she held up a wide bottomed vase that pulled up into a think neck and bloomed out at the lip. it was a deep dark blue color and had purple around the rim of the vase that ran down into the inside in thin lines, "Don't you think it's pretty?" she asked as she looked the vase over again with sparkly eyes.
"She probably has your eye for bargains, she's spoiled having a master craftsmen and a healer for a future husband, well not quite a master. Toole does not have the patience for a loom to make cloth. He can stitch though, and his leather work is A+. I would recommend him for any work you desire there, it may take awhile to get, but you wouldn't be disappointed with it." Tolly glanced at the titles of the small shops; "That isn't to say that small shops don't have that obscure artistic piece that just grabs you." Tolly put his arm around her back to pull Ive into his side as they walked down the street.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Toole smiled; "It is rather beautiful, and would make a great table vase. That is good work Ailes, you have a knack for shopping, and a keen nose to sniff out a good deal. That was on a sale table."

"I can't say I'm much of a bargain shopper... that was more Kaos's cup of tea... I just thought something was pretty, and made it my goal to get it; no matter how much it costs." she laughed as she strolled through the streets, "And it's good that Toole's good with leather, because now i know who to go to when i rip my boots..." ~~~~~~~~~ She sniffed the vase, and then looked at Toole; not quite getting the whole keen nose thing, but then shrugged and scurried up to place the vase with the other three, and pay for them. The shop keeper rang them up with a smile, and gave her the total. she placed the appropriate amount of gold on the counter and watched as the clerk wrapped the vases neatly and slipped them into another bag to add to her collection dangling from her arm. She slipped the bag around her wrist and shuffled out of the store, "Alright! off to home to drop off some bags and continue shopping!" she called as she took off for home.

"I'm sure he can make you a set that will be darn near impossible to rip, but i couldn't tell you the cost. I'll need your boot size, and I'll let you know the time when there done, what color do you prefer them in?" Tolly pulled her to a stop and drew her into a shop that sold boots and took her back to the boots. He picked up a rather flashy red boot; "Arynian leather, triple stitching along the sole, double along all other seams. Single stitch around the lacing holes, but the thing with Arynian leather is your feet suffer, leather is very stiff and hard to break in unless your a foot soldier and walk 30 miles a day." Tolly set it down and picked up a very soft boot that almost folded over at the ankle. "o la laa, roadasian leather, soft and supple, beautiful texture inside and out." Tolly let hsi other hand brush down her cheek; "Much like their ladies, but that is another story." Tolly lifted back into view; "Soft and supple it wraps your foot in pleasing comfort that requires less breaking in for the wearer. Hell you slip into this my dear and you could dance all night without blisters. Mmmm, beautiful blue as well, but..." Tolly placed it back on the display, we stand in the presence of many fine leathers and styles. So without price being an issue let us walk out with a pair for my lady's feet. You choose, I pay, but choose wisely my dear." Tolly took Ive's hand and with a tug, and side step he brought her hand up and over to give her a slight spin that reeled him in close face to face. "You never know if we may be dancing in the moonlight, having traveled all day, and in our seclusion we battle to keep our hearts from exploding in passion." Tolly's voice had lowered considerably to a near whisper as his lips neared her, and on his last word he kissed Ive right there in the store oblivious to the shoppers and store clerks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``
Toole gave chase; "Ailes...Ailes....wait up..." Toole caught up to her; "Your faster then a rabbit when you shop, and my my these look good on you." Toole fiddled with the bangles on her wrist. "This mornings deals of a lifetime I presume?"
"Oh Toleranth," Ive giggled with a slight sigh, "I'm already drowning in boots... i don't need anymore. the ones i have are plenty comfortable, and definitely well broken in." she looked around, "Though... I could use some more corsets... can never have enough, because right when i think i do... something surprises me." she smiled at the passionate kiss and looked back at the velvety soft leather boots, "Well, If i were to find myself dancing in the moonlight after a long day's travel... i would definitely love to slip my feet into those boots... but maybe in a light brown color..." she added as she slipped out the door and onto the next shop.
"Well Tolly you old dog, guess you better learn some new tricks." Tolly rubbed the back of his head and followed after Ive with an amused smile on his face. When he caught up to Ive his tone was very amused; "Well I'm at least fortunate you found the humor in that." Tolly seemed to return to somewhat of a rational person that Ive knew and merely looked around, he was looking at engagement rings that didn't have a price tag listed for obvious reasons.
"Hey Ive want to try some of these on?" Tolly pointed to engagement rings that had huge diamonds in their settings. Nothing under 5 karats.
Ive's eye twitched as she looked over the selection, "They hurt my eyes... and i'd probably end up losing a finger if i ever had one of those... hell, I'd never want to wear it..." she grumbled as she examined them. she looked just over further and saw a set of rings with pearls, "Now these on the other hand..." her eyes drifted along the rows of them, "I love pearls... they're so.... pearly..." she smiled as she touched one.
Tolly looked at the shopkeeper, and they knew what it meant as they bent down and slid out a drawer and set it on the counter. The more expensive and finely crafted pearl necklaces and rings were displayed in the drawer. "Feel free to try on anything you like Ive, anything in this store, because you may just walk out with it on."
Xylon passed on the orders to his delivery personnel and closed his office up early giving the unassigned the rest of the day off. He carried himself like any other married business man, stopping off at a flower shop to pick up some flowers for his wife, and he stopped off at the message delivery office and dropped off two envelopes that contained orders for two people who were about to commit murder. Underneath the normal shell, Xylon hated the way the realms were, his pupil, Hiyru, was unable to cause enough impact to increase his wealth and power through arms shipments, and his other subordinates were unable to start their planned objectives.
Xylon had power, but in order for it to be effective he needed a war to break out in at least one realm. However he was going to great lengths and with his seemingly inexhaustible wealth to ensure that war would break out in three realms. This was also while he was actively buying up all the smaller shipping companies and reorganizing them to put people in place that shared his sentiments or removed their management and integrated their lines into his existing company portfolio.
Xylon happily paid the clerk and they talked about business for a minute while before Xylon said his parting words and taking his flowers moved on. He stopped off at another house, the woman opened the door and looking around he entered the woman closed the door and locked it. "Where is Dominic?" The woman lowered her head; "He is in his study, and should i bring refreshments?" Xylon nodded; "Please do, are his other guests here yet, because i would be displeased if they are late." "They are present, but two of them do not approve of me." Xylon lifted her head and noted the fading hand prints and the small cut from a ring. "Do not worry, I will discourage this sort of activity promptly, you serve Dominic, and you do nothing to warrant such violence done upon you by those who come into a house that I own."
Xylon left her and entered the room where Dominic was, and he set the flowers down on a desk and his briefcase beside it. He moved over to the resting Elsa and without a blink slapped her hard enough to knock her and the chair over. "You hurt Dominic's house maid again I swear on my soul I will kill you." Hamlin slid his hat back from his eyes; "If you plan on hitting me then think twice, because i will not hesitate to stab you." Xylon humphed and with a dismissing gesture of his hand Hamlin was surrounded in box of barriers. "Then let your arrogance be your downfall, i would be careful how much you breathe, because until I leave your stuck in there with the air you have. You both are fools, I am not giving you power to piss it away in making those gain courage to draw us into the light of discovery. I would rather those who seek answers find only you rotting flesh before my plans are realized."
Xylon took off his coat and threw it over the back of a chair as he sat down. Elsa picked herself up from the floor, wiping the blood from her lip, and she corrected her chair to sit down. Xylon began with a sideways glance at Dominic; "Have you assessed the strength of the militaries we are about to plunge into war?" Dominic nodded; "I have, Arynia is perhaps the weakest at the moment having fought a battle with the united clans of the lighting demons under Merril, and most recently the internal civil war started by Hiyru. Their strength is weak, but they have unbending resolve, and a knack for luck with getting outside help from yet unidentified sources. Isabella is young but her education is top of the line, she was the student of Lord Toleranth's school, but seeks peaceful solutions rather then settling matters on a battlefield. Arynia would be a great first target but with Isabella in power the chance for war would be slim at best." Xylon nodded; "I have that problem solved, but what of Rodasisa?" Dominic moved over and unlocking a cabinet removed a small folder; "In terms of strength it would be a hard target for any invasion, psychics and healers are tough, but with their king missing most of the time most the responsiblity falls upon the assistant. Overworked and constantly on the search for her king we might have and advantage there. One of Elsa's assassins was successful in securing a few sheets upon which royal decrees are written. They will be here within a day or two, and I suggest we wait until we are certain the assistant is gone before we allow..." Xylon humphed; "If the assistant is a problem then just eliminate her, make it appear as an attack from a neighboring realm, and where is Casandra?" Hamlin spoke up; "She asked me to pass along her apologies, her trip to Draeutia took longer then expected, but she said she would arrive soon as possible."
Xylon had a displeased look; "If she plans on following in Hiyru's footsteps she is doing a good job at that, right up to the point she dies foolishly for being late. On with your report Dominic." Dominic handed the pages in the folder to Xylon; "All of it is there, but as it stands Rodasisa will be the toughest to push into war. The hardest part will be keeping our involvement a secret until you spring your trap." Xylon read through a few sheets; "That will not be a problem, so long as you do as your told and maintain a close eye on our subordinates as I do. We are fortunate there are many problems elsewhere keeping the people focused elsewhere and not on us."
The door was thrust open and the maid shoved forward to stumble onto all fours. A tall woman clothed completely in black leather stepped into the room, her face hidden by the large hood, the silver of her dagger glinted in the lamp light. "I caught this woman passing a message to someone, I warned you about that Dominic, but you ensured me she could be trusted by us." Dominic smirked; "They move fast don't they Elsa?" Elsa looked at the woman and then to Xylon; "She has been forwarding information to the moonlight clan. We confirmed it when Dominic spied her copying fake documents. Hamlin intercepted the first runner and killed it before it reached its first contact thankfully."
Casandra took over; "I killed the most recent the body is in your kitchen Dominic." Xylon leaned forward in his chair; "I am saddened young one, I defended your honor, and you repaid your master in betrayal. I would only ask that you not resist or fight back, but accept the death that you have earned by your treachery to us." Xylon stood up; "I must be getting home, cleanse this house of all documents that tie anything crimminal to us. Restrain this maid, and you know what to do with her." He released Hamlin from his barriers; "Be especially careful, and check your mail. Casandra, my new task for you, to convince Rodger in Arynia to allow me use of his trade routes. You have two days to convince, on the third you murder him and any of those who stand to inherit those routes."
Xylon left the house to head to his own, and he kissed his wife after she took the flowers from him. "So how is our son doing today?" He rubbed her swollen belly, and she giggled; "Kicking and fussing as usual, but your home early today." Xylon nodded; "We pushed hard these past few weeks and i wanted to give those who earned it a early start to the night." "Your being very generous, but come along I was just about to have tea."
A few hours later the four left out the back door of dominic's house and went separate ways. The maid inside pulled hard against the chains, but it was in vain. In the last few seconds of her life she just prayed. The house exploded, the burning debris rained down streets over, on the street in front people were impaled from pieces of the house. Windows in all the buildings withing a certain range shattered. the house neighboring it sustained devastating damage as well, their occupants either killed or seriously injured. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Toole just dragged Ailes to the ground after he heard the explosion as pieces began raining down around them. He just stayed beside her on the ground while the chaos unfolded, and once the pieces stopped falling he pulled her up and looked her over. "You alright, can you hear okay?" Toole finished looking over her body and didn't find anyplace where debris had burned through, though he did brush off splinters and small chunks of what was the roof shakes. Silently he thanked their luck for not being far enough from the explosion not to be hurt outright. The smoke rising showd it to be a few streets over. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tolly heard the explosion and felt the tremor in the ground. He moved to the door and looked outside. He saw the cloud rising up and came back inside. "I think something just blew up, and judging by the traffic on these streets there are probably injured closer to the site of it."
